Went in trying to get bookmarks and figured the best place to find one would be, ya know, a book store.Was really disappointed to find they barely had any. Plus the ones they did have were half religious or Harry Potter bookmarks or for kids.The few they did have for normal people were really lacking and was told by the staff that they barely get any.Whatever, Ill just get something online from another place

Great. They even carry things I wasnt expecting to find, like import toys and figures. Some sections/genres can be bigger than others - the science-fiction lineup seemed to be roughly one aisle! - and the organization may be a little imposing if you dont have the time to spend browsing through the books.

Its sad to see bookstores go the way the are going. Customer service is a businesses greatest value. The expectations did not meet. I had forgotten why I dont go as often.

Always like going to Barnes and Noble. They have a great selection of books and gifts.

We love this place, its always a treat. The kids love spending time picking out the perfect book, we like to read a few and decide which was our favorite. They have a huge variety and everything is always so well displayed and stocked. Very helpful information desk as well. Cafe inside, music department, children zone, gift area, journals, games, magazines, maps, coloring books, flashcards, recipes, etc. Happy reading!

Great knowledgeable staff. They have what you want or they will get it for you. Guess Im old school, I still like the smell of a book. And I like to pick them out in person.

Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Just wish the will carry more manga, or at least more volumes of the current series.

Good library selection and you can get coffee. Almost never crowded and never loud.

I got great help for a game. Just wish there selection of Christian fiction was a bit bigger.

Still a great place for books, magazines, Starbucks at this locale, and an interesting selection to move outside the feed you get on the internet.

B&N is the best place to buy books I purchased becoming by Michelle Obama for a friend and they absolutely loved it

Don’t come here if you want to buy manga they put music stickers inside their manga cover damaging the manga

Wish there were more independent bookstores but Barnes and Noble has almost always had what I was looking for.

They are friendly except the Cafe guy. The books are great if you want to pay extra when you can buy it cheaper online.

TLDR: Employees dont follow mask guidelines.Asked for help today at the customer service desk and the woman who was initially helping me first let her mask go under her nose while talking to me, then took a call and took off all of a sudden without any explanation. Some guy came to finish answering my question and while speaking to me, completely removed his mask from his nose AND mouth. Wound up stopping him mid-answer and walking because I just did not feel safe after that. Never got my book obviously. What is so hard about keeping a mask on while talking?

With the new addition of toys and other kids things, it has vastly improved. The books are still updated and many different book lovers can come here all the time to enjoy studying, reading, and a day of relaxing. The atmosphere is unmatched in terms of relaxation at a public place in the plaza. Definitely a place you should go to if you ever want to get away from crowded places.

Everybody was polite and helpful.They always remember what my wife and I like eat and drink. Its like coming back home again and again, just warm and inviting.

Barnes & Noble is a lovely place to stay for long periods of time and read books or magazines. Alot of hot babes and there is a starbucks inside of there. This is an excellent place to study and pick up on woman. If you are homeless, this would be an excellent place to chill out and stay warm.

I love the selection that they offer for kids chapter books for my kid. And if they dont have it on their shelves, they walk you through the ordering process so you can get the book you want. As long as there are some in circulation.

I love Barnes & Noble. These stores are hard to find now. They didnt have a bathroom though and had no idea where we could find one either. Not exactly an information hub I guess. We were disappointed.

When it is open to the public, this is my favorite BandN. It’s about 25+ miles from my house in Rio Vista. The staff is friendly, remembers my name and goes out of its way to help me. And is CLEAN!

Did Christmas shopping here. The staff is friendly, the store is clean and there is a lot of good deals going on. I even got a $2 off coupon to save on a coffee in the cafe.

Great place to relax and read a book or two. Quiet, clean, and cozy, it has a place for everyone. My only complaint is that the staff occasionally switch the sections and may make finding specific genres confusing.

Wonderful books and people

Very useful even in this digital day in age. I must admit I could spend some time in that place. Everything from books to magazines to games. We were just walking around the area after dinner with some friends and stopped in to look around. Ended up buying a game and playing right outside with our friends. The game was only 20 bucks and was well worth it for the enjoyment that day even if we never use it again, which we will though.

I went in looking for a Bible for my granddaughter. The clerk was very helpful and took me to the section.

Well kept bookstore. Has a wonderful kids section. There are tables chairs and benches through out the store to sit and read. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Starbucks has a small cafe in there as well which is a nice touch.

Super glad that masks are required to be in the store, but I didnt see a whole lot of employees sanitizing. Im not sure of their cleaning policies though, so maybe I just didnt see it. Everyone is kind here and I always enjoy stopping in!

Been going to Barnes & Noble for years. You can get big discounts on Books, Novels, Atlas, Kids books, Magazines and other things. When you join the Membership Club, you get a 10% discount off you merchandise. They usually have what your looking for or can order what you need. Also a Coffee Shop in the Book Store Too. :)

Took my boys for books. Staff was very friendly, checking in frequently to be sure I and the boys found what was wanted. Very clean, very pleasant atmosphere and plenty of parking. Boys enjoyed themselves and I could actually sit while they shopped. All came home satisfied and pleased with experience

The staff were very helpful considering how the place was organized. Unless you come in not knowing what you want asking for help to find a specific book is a must. Or maybe I just dont know how the books I was searching for would be sorted.

Physical brick and mortar book stores are sadly becoming harder to find. When you find one that also has a good selection, it becomes a go-to book store. Also close to other shopping and food so you can go for the books and stay for some food, a little more shopping, and maybe catch a movie across the street.

For the past month along with this current month September, I was seeking some inspirational books recommended by Oprah Winfrey and so I visited the Barns and Noble in Fairfield CA about 3 major times and all those times Abigail S. was my Cashier. She is very pleasant and welcoming and she made me feel at ease and made my visit delightful. If I were a manager I would give her a raise or some kind of reward incentive to let her know that she is a valuable team member who is making a positive atmosphere and joy to every customer who visits. She is quite unforgettable with her lovely hair color in which I enjoyed. She is very friendly and easy and fun to talk with.Barns and Noble is one of my favorite stores because I love learning and reading and its always nice that Barns and Noble hire the best so that people like Abigail S. can share her warmth, kindness, and assistance with each customer making them feel welcomed and wanting to return.
