My most recent experience was a telephone call to ADT to address a minor change to my recently installed security system, which was handled professionally and diligently. Thank you. Now, to address my recently installed security system, Daniel, your ADT representative/installer, was extremely courteous and professional. He ensured that any questions or concerns were immediately addressed, which provided me with the level of comfort and confirmation that I made the right choice with ADT. Thank you.

The system designed by the technician adequately protects my home when I am home or away. There was a small mistake_an alternate route to the master bedroom was left unprotected, but that would seem to have an easy fix. The advertised cost for monitoring was half of what it took to provide decent coverage. The advertising could have been more forthcoming.

ADT is first rate... Tech was excellent. Polite and professional and seemed concerned with our well being. Costumer service people patient and helpful. Overall a great experience.

The technicians were polite. They explained the security features extremely well and worked with my husband and me to plan the best security for our needs at a price that was affordable. They took time to secure a safe plan for us.

Installer did great job. Sales people were knowledgeable, but several of them that I spoke with used the hard sell tactic which I dont respond to well. The last Manager (Bryce Armstrong) I dealt with was great though.

Defender was professional and knowledgeable of the system being installed. Seamed to be more user friendly about how they listed our devices. Which makes for better communications when we have a monitoring call when we are away.

My technician Brian was great! He was very clean, patient and made sure I knew everything I needed to know before leaving. Before installing everything he made sure I was ok with the placement. I never felt rushed to make a decision or like he was in a hurry to get out of here. I appreciate his patience.

When I called today, after 3 days of my panels not working, I was told there is a keypad somewhere that will still work. I was never shown this keypad. Its nowhere to be found, not even in the ADT box. ADT says its free for them to come out and show me where this keypad supposedly is. Went to schedule this appointment and there is a $25 trip fee. These guys try to suck money from anywhere they can. I was here for the install and was never shown this keypad. Very disappointed.

The whole process was easy and fast from the initial call to the completion of the installation. The technician was fast and friendly and made the process easy for my family. Made my whole family feel safe and secure again.

Buyer beware of advertisement: 15 Door Window Sensors for pre-wired doors and windows means just that, you must already have the wires running through the house to get all 15 sensors. If not pre-wired, you will get a reduction of sensors or you must buy them. Showed up late for the appointment and stayed very late, unprofessionally late. Claim to be ADT employees when they are not. Protect your Home is an authorized dealer, they are not paid by ADT. From the beginning I asked them to sit down and discuss what will be taking place and they claim they must 1st ensure the system will work in the area/house. Started drilling holes and stapling wire around the house without asking or advising of their actions. I was not happy about this as they were rushing to get the job done. They 1st want to sell you all the bells and whistles for $4K+ with the fancy key fobs, cameras and Pulse service at a higher rate. When I spoke to the rep on the phone, he supposedly gave me the biggest credit the company gives. I finally got the free home security for $1400 plus $99 installation fee which they charge over the phone before the actual appointment. I had to call for the yard signs because the reps forgot. Be prepared to spend more than half the day from start to finish. Check your charges, I had to call several times between ADT and Protect your Home to have this finally corrected. I am happy with ADTs monitoring.

The technician was very kind and considerate. He patiently explained why he was going to do and why before proceeding and answered any questions that I had at that time.

I had a appointment today waited 5 hours the ADT technician no showNo call. I CONFIRMED MY APPOINT THIS AM AND RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION. MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WAS FRIM 12 NOON TO 5PM.
