The team at EBC Security is awesome. The techs were able to quickly come out, evaluate our system, recommend next steps and take it from there. The techs came back out after the initial visit with new equipment (about one week) and fully install a new system and ensure it was working before they left. Cannot say enough good things about EBC, you can’t go wrong with them.

Tried to go with a family business, but the installation is very frustrating. Install guy has no idea how the salesperson designed it the firstcall to sell me their system. House now set up like the installation guys says. Cant remember all the details from weeks ago. Terrible.

Never explained how alarm system worked or provided an actual manual. Then refused to provide letter co firming alarm system was in (for use with town to approve renovation) bc of disagreement over AV contract. On AV contract, broke a TV, didn’t center anything correctly, WiFi didn’t work, subwoofer makes random loud sounds. Decided to have another company re- do their work. We refused to pay final payment bc of poor quality of work that requires us to hirer another company to complete. Horrible customer service, horrible execution.
