Lets Talk about Over and beyond!!!Cedric Glover—General Sales Manager and my salesman Brain!!! I really dont know where to start!!! What i will say is that this was the most Pleasant yet frustrating process ever!!! One would ask why. Well ill tell you, I came to the table to do a deal and DID NOT have my DUcks in a row!!! Most sales managers would not have even talked to me or sold me a vehicle with a very bad deal!!! BUT NO!!! Mr Glover took the time to educate me and deal with my frustration. Days and Weeks of visits and him saying well yeah Juan I could sale you this vehicle but you need to wait. I mean some days I would leave upset and frustrated because things would look soooo impossible. Ced would say Just be patient we are close. I would say I dont believe you and just leave lol>> All in all these guys went way over and beyond... They followed up with me weekly to make sure I was taking the steps needed to get the deal done... But after many days of let downs and frustrations and exactly 1 month to the date of the first attempt I drove away in MY 2020 Radiant Silver Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury!!! I would not and could not have had the where-with-all to stay vested in this process had it not been for these guys... I will forever buy my Cadillacs from Cedric Glover—General Sales Manager at JEFF WYLER FAIRFIELD CADILLAC!!! Ced Im looking forward to my 2023 Lease!!! LETS GET IT DONE!!!!

***BEWARE***. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE!!! I took my car there to have the rear end differential replaced. I paid $180.00 for diagnostic and was told by Joe in service if they did the repair the $180.00 would come off of the repair. They had my car for weeks before I was notified that my car was finished. When I picked the car up I was charged an additional $100.00 and the $180.00 didn’t come off of the repair costs. They actually messed up my exhaust while fixing the differential and now my car is so loud I cannot drive it. They refused to fix it and they wouldn’t refund my $100.00. They LIED and said the exhaust was messed up when I dropped it off so they didn’t have to fix it. I brought this to several peoples attention (Joe, Roy, Amanda, Stacy and Cedric) without any resolution. I wasn’t even offered a loaner vehicle for the WEEKS that I was out of a vehicle. So now I’m out money and my car still isn’t fixed.

I wish I could have gave 0 stars! Im going out of town so i scheduled an early morning service for my car. When we got there I was told I did not have an appointment even though I had an email confirmation of my appointment from them! I was told I could wait for a few hours and they could get me in or I could go to Jiffy Lube! Seriously???? I will NEVER go here again and I will NEVER reffer anyone to them!

Terrible customer service from the service team all the way to management. Every time I would schedule an oil change (with a loaner car) I would show up and they would not have me down for one. Finally complained to the manager one day and he never followed back up with me. Emailed Cedric Glover on May 20th about a postcard they sent about buying my Escalade and never heard anything back.

Great to work and deal with. They made it seamless. Worked the deal out over the phone. Drove up from Louisville and was out the door in 20 minutes. And they stayed past closing time to accommodate the deal. No issues at all and love the truck!

Two times they have messed up payments for leased cars and both times it ruined my credit, none of them seem to know how to fix anything either and they just blame each other for the problem, stay far away. Edit: one month out and no update and no fix, make sure you record all conversations or get literally everything in writing

Brought my car in for service and they had no loaners. Had to sit and wait when I was told I would be able to have a loaner anytime I service the vehicle.Need more snacks in the waiting area like some pastries or donuts.

I found a great used car at Jeff Wyler. However, the process to purchase the vehicle took several hours and the communication has not been great. Once they got their money, they quit returning my phone calls and answering my questions. The warranty process was explained in a way that made it sound like it came with all their used vehicles but come to find out it was thousands of dollars in addition to the vehicle cost.

For about a year I’ve been thinking of buying a new car. I need a small SUV but I didn’t really like anything except the XT4, and I had dismissed the XT4 because I did not think I could afford one. Last month, Jeff Wyler was advertising some rebates so I thought I would just go take a look at Jeff Wyler Cadillac but I fully expected to end up at Jeff Wyler Kia right next door.Well, I didn’t end up at Kia... and I got the XT4 that I wanted thanks to Fitzgerald and Roy! These guys are seriously the best to work with. So good that that my boyfriend went back the next day and bought a CT5 from them! Brian followed up with some of our requests after the sales, and he was awesome as well. If you want a pleasant car buying experience, go see the guys over at Jeff Wyler Cadillac. They are the real deal!!!

Scheduled an appointment to look at a car. Dealership sent out a confirmation text verifying the appointment. When we got there, not only was the consultant (Keeno) that scheduled our appointment absent, the car was sent to the body shop for alleged scratches and wasn’t going to be available for viewing until that evening or the morning after. This is all fine and dandy but it would have been nice to receive a call or text saying that they would like to reschedule. Instead 3 people lost half a day of work and hours of time. I will not return nor will I recommend this dealership to any of my peers. I even tried to call back after we left to see if there was any way to reschedule myself but no one would pick up the call. Totally inconsiderate.

The issue I have with them is that my mother and I were getting the car and they made sure that mom had nothing to do with the car. So she doesnt have ownership to the car and the payments helps her improve credit I. Order for her to get what she needed. Mind you we repeatedly told them to WE are getting a car.
