Salesman was great. people in the back once I said Ill take this car tried to add five to six thousand dollars of extra charges to it for no reason lying to the salesman telling him that the charges werent included when it was clearly on the stickers at the price for the remote was included in the price despite all this and the salesmans honesty because of the salesman honesty I finally decided to buy the vehicle I just wanted to pay a fair price not be given jacked-up prices but I understand its a predatory team you have in the back trying to push the salesman

First let me say we love our car that we purchased..I will list the good and the bad.. good... Super nice staff (Roy, Tonya, Cedric, and Ciara), and they worked hard to get us in what we wanted. They got us a much lower interest rate than other dealerships. Bad/marginal- We bought a courtesy car that had 7000 mi on it, they did not clean it and people had removed items from the car.. this should have been looked over before selling to us. The dealer DID make it right, but we had to make an extra trip to get these things handled.
I have been dealing with Jeff Wyler for years. They are easy to deal with and have great service. Eric McClure and Kyle Bockerstette are awesome to work with!
Staff are very nice and accommodating. Lobby area is very functional and clean. However, I do think there are areas of improvements needed on the service end. I noticed several bolts were loose on each of my wheels. Some fluids were low but not indicated on the summary sheet. Their Technicians should do a quality check prior to giving vehicles back to customers. I always get a second opinion or check myself after services. I’ve been taking my cars here for years and will continue to do so. Overall, I would recommend. As always, do your due diligence as a customer and maintain oversight of your vehicle to ensure everything is good.
My appointment was a complete debacle and the person assisting me could not have been less helpful. I also don’t think he has a very high opinion of his fellow Senior Advisor, Lisa Weber, as he completely threw her under the bus as being incapable to properly assist customers. Lisa tried to help me last week and even though she couldn’t help…she did everything she could do to help me. I never caught the name of the person who had no interest in working with me but it doesn’t matter…I will never use his services again under any circumstance.

Few months back I was in the market for a new car. I found one I absolutely loved and went to look at it here. Bianca was the saleswoman and she was great. Super friendly, very informative and knew what she was talking about. There was no pressure to buy the car. She simply made the buying process easy. I will not be buying any other cars unless she’s selling it.
I paid for an oil change/ air filter/ AC filter change, full tire rotation, tire plug for nail in tire/slow leak. I told them I was taking a long road trip and needed the work done to make sure my car was safe to drive. 5 minutes after pulling away my low air notification came back on. They asked me to bring it back and they put air in it. I asked them if they for sure completed the tire rotation because the same tire that was low before and needed plugged was the same tire that was low in air. They said they did but forgot to put more air in it after plugging it. The next day as I am in Illinois my low air notification (same tire they supposedly rotated and plugged). I was forced to go several miles out of my way to find a gas station with working air pumps. This set me way behind on my trip and cost me extra money in gas. I am now waiting until tomorrow to take it to a shop to have the work I already paid for at Jeff Wyler Nissan done by someone else! I have had to put air in my tire 5x since it was supposedly repaired. I do not believe ANY of the work I paid for was done on my car. Now I have to wait until I can get in to a shop here to get an estimate on repair. I was told yesterday that they didnt rotate the tires on the right side .... after I was told they did and paid for a FULL tire rotation.

This was my first experience at the Fairfield location and will most likely be my last. I had an oil change appointment at 11am. After 30 minutes my car still wasnt pulled in so I texted my advisor and received no response. After a total of an hour and 15 minutes, my car still wasnt pulled in so I went out and spoke to the service manager.. He told me that they have been backed told me that they have been backed up for 3 weeks and would pull my car in as soon as they could as they could. He really didnt seem to concerned that I had already been waiting over an hour and 15 minutes. He said they were short on techs which isnt my problem. They shouldnt schedule so many cars in if they are short on staff. Needless to say my experience wasnt good and I dont plan to return to this location. I spent 2 hours waiting with an 8 year old and I even told them I had another appointment at 1pm and the service manager seemed to care less. They really should have better customer service and value the customers time. It was a very disappointing experience.

I went in yesterday with my sister to provide support as she bought a brand new Sorento. Bianca was amazing! She aided in the whole process quickly, professionally and efficiently. She didnt try to sell anything my sister wasnt interested in. She got straight to the point. Even though my sister was the main priority as she was the one buying the vehicle, Bianca made sure I was comfortable as we went through the process and didnt need anything. We were there for awhile as car buying isnt a quick process however she filled gaps with easy conversation and made the time pass by quickly. The buying experience was great there was some confusion with the sales person on test driving but the supervisor was very understanding and allowed me an extended test drive. I decided not not purchase but enjoyed the car so much I changed my mind and was amazing about letting me do so. The staff was very helpful accommodating my elderly mother who was my co signer. The only issue was I enjoy Satellite radio and was told it was available in the Vehicle turns out that is not the case, however I did receive a call that I was unavailable for that said they have a possible solution for that, so that issue maybe solved as well.

I was convinced to buy WylerCare by my husband. I normally just go to quick lube places and never had a problem. Scheduling was 2 weeks out and I had to take a half day off work. My appt was at 2, I arrived at 145, and my vehicle was not finished until 315. My paperwork consisted of 2 pages and the second page wasnt even for my vehicle and it had someone elses name which I didnt realize until I got home. I will continue to go because Ive paid for this up front but its honestly not worth it considering I had to take off work to get it done.
I had not been notified by Nissan or the dealership about a dangerous recall on my 2013 altima. We were driving on the highway when the rear control arm broke. I lost control of the steering. My family is lucky we werent killed!!!I had to bring the car back after the repair because the alignment was off

I just drove my new Kia Sorento home from Jeff Wyler Fairfield. This was the easiest of a lifetime of car purchases.I sent out an interest email on Saturday night and a response arrived on Sunday morning from Chris Wilder. I couldn’t imagine such a personal and immediate response. You see... Chris’ expertise and wisdom are easily masked by his youthful appearance and enduring energy. He is simply all about his customers!Throughout the week Chris supplied me with information and opportunities for my car choice . I was turning in my leased car and had only a vague idea of what I wanted to do. He encouraged me in a very professional way to consider other vehicles in order to commit.By Thursday I had chosen and the deal was written up but I needed a day to be absolutely sure. Chris’ patience was a true act of kindness and he allowed me to return today to purchase.Everything was expedited and he sat with me explaining in a way that was warm and professional . He even contacted me on his day off to assure me that the car would be ready.This young man is an excellent example of the energy and passion of a great salesman. His supervisor, Nick, even arrived today to meet me and make sure all of my needs have been met. He seemed well aware of Chis’ talents and, frankly, I might have bought another car that I really liked. But... their sales team could not compare to this Wyler team!

Chris is always nice and takes care of me but recently this past time I don’t know if someone left all of my car lights on or what but the next day my car wouldn’t start at all. I was told that I have a 3 year warranty so I just needed to bring the car up there so I got it up there the next day then no one would take care of it. My car is barely 2 years old. You can’t leave an email on your website I’ve tried multiple times it just says oops action cannot be completed at this time. I even messaged your Facebook page and someone finally got back to me. I was told the service manager would give me a call first thing that morning and I still haven’t heard back from them. The whole reason I leased a new car was to not deal with car trouble. I pay all my payments and pay for all the services when they need done. I’ve been as nice and patient as I could be because I’ve been in sales for a long time but this is just not right.
It was courteous and professional the staff answered all my questions and the service on my car was performed well to my satisfaction.

THEY’RE THE FAIRY GODFATHERS OF CAR SALES!!!Speaking from someone who has worked in the car sales business for over 6 years and my husband for over 8, I was EXTREMELY impressed with the service and the amazing deal we got at Jeff Wyler in Fairfield.Now don’t get me wrong, just like any place, there’s always pros & cons. But the only con was that they were extremely short staffed. Now again, knowing the car business & what a predicament that can put a dealership in, I will say they handled it extremely well. I mean EXTREMELY well. Did we have to wait a little longer for finance? yes…but that’s expected in that situation. You should always a lot an entire day to buying a car anyways, because it’s a long process by itself even if everything runs smoothly without a hitch.But what blew me away the most??? The deal we got!!! My best friend flew all the way out here from Florida to up here in Ohio because Florida charges over $895 with no maximum on their document fees alone, where in Ohio it’s only a $250 fee. And she’s on disability with a fixed income, and it took her 9 months of eating ramen noodles to save up just short of $9k before her 1983 Lincoln finally bit the dust and she had to get a new car. So I bought her a plane ticket for her birthday and spent the entire day before she arrived calling around getting prices and seeing what dealerships had what cars, and wouldn’t play any car guy games with us. This was a once in a lifetime experience and I wanted to make sure she got her money’s worth at the least.So we drove all the way to Fairfield Ohio from Dayton Ohio, because out of the 100’s of dealerships I spoke with the day prior and sent Internet leads to, Jeff Wyler’s staff were the ONLY ones who kept it straight with me. But then when we got there, the car we were trying to get had already sold, and my heart absolutely broke for her. I was going to take her across the street and see if Performance had anything as a last ditch effort before we drove the 45 minutes back to my house, but before I even got the chance to, the manager found something special they had in the back lot that she fell in love with. And even though I know was probably the biggest pain in the butt third base coach ever (Cause I love my friend and wanted to make sure she got something that she could drive back to Florida in that I wouldn’t have to worry about her breaking down in.) they still made that deal happen. A deal that I even know should of never happened, but they did it. Like went ABOVE AND BEYOND! They gave my best friend, someone who’s been through more bad things, health problems, surgeries, and just string of bad luck then I think any one person could ever handle; an amazing experience but even more importantly an amazing car that she’s absolutely in love with. I’ve never seen her more proud and happy.So from the very bottom of my heart, I want to thank Travis, Miguel and Pat for being Michelle’s fairy god car salesmen and making her Cinderella story have a happy ending. You’re truly the good guys still left in this world, and we need more dealerships like yours in the world we live in today.So if you need a good dependable car, competitive pricing but don’t want the car guy games; this is the place folks. Look no further. Or if you’re like me and picky where your hard earned money goes, and only want it going to the good guys who truly mean well and so good on this earth; this is DEFINITELY the place.

I had an oil change (not a full service, an oil change only) appointment scheduled for 2:30 on 18 May. I arrived early before 2, knowing that there was an appt opening @ 2 which I had verified online before leaving my house. It took 20 minutes for the attendant to enter my personal details as Id never been to this dealership before. This was apparently big deal. The fact that I had to enter the very same details, including my VIN number to actually make the appointment online was apparently not relevant & of no use to the attendant. The man explained to me I was due for preventative maintenance. I made it clear I did not want any as I bought the car from a family member, & it was for my son to learn to drive. He said it was his job to offer the services, and was just short of being pushy on selling them. He explained that they were going to perform a service that included additional inspections for $59.95 versus the roughly $30 oil change only that I had booked. Even though I had just rotated the tires & replaced the air filter myself, I could not be bothered to argue, & didnt mind if my brakes were inspected, & figured it would take even more time for him to change things to the oil change only, so I acquiesced. I also brought 3 new blank keys that I needed cut & programed. 2 of them had built in remote fobs. I explained that I needed them ready to use on my car, but that I knew how to program the door lock key fobs & would do that on my own if the price was too high. After he went to parts to check the price, I was told it would cost $25 per key (& oddly, $165 for a new blade if my keys broke their machine?) to cut the keys. Given that it costs around $5 @ a hardware store to cut a key, I figured that also included programming the keys to start the car. I asked how much it would cost to program the remotes, & I was told $200. Keep in mind, I handed the man 2 blank key fob keys, 1 key only, & 2 separate fobs which would have needed to be reprogrammed @ the time the new fobs were programmed. So, I assumed it would cost $50 per fob. I declined the fobs being programmed. I explained that I would be waiting @ the dealership for my car; after all, it was just an oil change & cutting of 3 keys. My car was not ready until 4:05. Even though I had booked an appointment & indicated online and in person that I would be waiting on site, it took 2 hours to check in, get my oil changed & complete a visual inspection, and cut (but not program) 3 keys. I was not in hurry, so I just dealt with it. Then, when I was handed my newly cut keys, I was told that they would turn the barrel in the ignition. What? I asked if they would start the car which I thought was a weird thing to have to verify. He said no & pointed out how he had questioned me on that earlier. He did not. He had tried to push me into maintenance that I did not ask for, but never asked to verify that I had the complex ability to program an ignition key. I did not argue & point out that he had never questioned me, or that the math did not add up for 3 keys to be programed for a total of $200. I asked how long it would take to correct the issue & was told 45 minutes. Nope. No thanks. This dealerships 45 minutes is likely twice that & I had waited long enough. Ill drive further & go to a different Nissan dealership in the future where they know what they are doing, can communicate clearly & dont take forever.

The waiting area for customers is clean, provide snacks/beverages while you wait. The service advisors are wonderful. They are friendly and wonderful from start to finish. They answer all questions you have and complete routine oil change and tire service in an hour or less. I really like the Wyler Care package that you can purchase for routine service. See you in 5000 miles.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated plus the all over inspection. Mr. Fran the Man took excellent care of me. He was very friendly, Courteous, and even took the time to ride with me to check what I thought might be a hesitation when accelerating. He answered all my questions and concerns. While waiting he offered snack and drinks to me. It was a very positive experience.
Had an amazing car purchasing experience with Mr. William Lyles who gave me an amazing time when I purchased my 2013 Dodge Charger. The environment itself is friendly and opening to everyone who comes in. With a comfortable seating area while you wait as they go as quick as they can to meet your needs. The staff and accommodations were way beyond my expectations. I struggled with finding the service entry initially and it did take roughly an hour for a scheduled oil change (kind of over kill). With that being said I was pleased with the work and the prices. It was also very nice that there was not excess pressure to complete other services.
