Had an amazing experience! The team members were supper nice and friendly at least the two people i had the pleasure of working with. Salesmen are typical salesman, rude and pompous. I’m sure they think they’re the best but if you’re going to tell me “everything can be seen online” and “no one needs to sit in these” then what do we even need you for? Dressed like scrubs too, wasn’t sure they worked there for a second. Best of luck to you, sure you’re raking in commissions but you’re still obnoxious individuals. Parking lot sucks, for all the cars you sell, maybe time for an upgrade?

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Matt was very helpful explaining the extended warranty. The only negative thing is I didnt receive the key for the wheel locks. I called Josh the following Monday, he said he look into it and call me back. Its been a week and I have not heard back from him. Otherwise I had a good experience.

I was scheduled to bring the car in for a diagnostic check for a blown head gasket on Tues, Oct 12. When I got there I was told that the EV Tech is in training for the next 2 days so they cant see me. Why wasnt I notified before having to use precious vacation time at work? Because it was last minute which sounds to me like they didnt do a good job checking the appt log for any EV customers scheduled that day. I rescheduled for 7:30am on10/14 & left it for the day. They provided me w/ a ride to work which was nice. One of my co-workers drives home that way so I called @ 3:30 to tell them that they dont have to pick me back up. I ask if the car is ready & learn they havent even looked at it yet but that Im next. I take the ride from my coworker anyway and figure to just hang in waiting room. Im told at 4:30 that theres no way they can perform the diagnostic & would need to keep the car for 2,3 more days - w/out a loaner to offer. They claim to no longer have one. 3 other garages (AAA, MT. Laurel, NJ, Malouf Chevrolet, Brunswick, NJ & Chevy of Milford, CT) performed the diagnostic w/in hours. Maritime keeps my car for 9 hrs on a scheduled day and needs 2 or 3 days more? Either they are incompetent or purposely trying to inconvenience me to avoid having to fix the head gasket that AAA & Malouf already diagnosed, Shame on them.

This is our first experience driving a Chevrolet vehicle. We drove a certified pre-owned car off the lot from this location less than three years ago with 23k miles. We were sold on the fact that they had a longer warranty than other dealers/automakers. With the bumper to bumper only 7 months expired, and another 3 months left on the extended powertrain warranty (which we were sold on the fact that it would give us peace of mind for this exact reason) we had a major issue that they estimated would cost about $1,500 to fix. The car is still relatively new, just over 60k miles on it, with only 37k on it by us in just under 3 years. I was told there was nothing they can do about it, as it is not in their control. Thats fine, just dont sell people on peace of mind.Being a customer here, and doing everything by the book I expected them to hopefully work with me a little. I guess not. I would not recommend Chevy to family & friends. I will not be back here for any reason in the future.

I needed an oil change and decided to wait with vehicle. Approximately an hour passed and vehicle had not been brought into the shop. When I asked the adviser, she appeared frustrated and in a rude tone told me to wait because she was busy doing something on the computer. She then grabbed my repair order and went to the back of the shop and I could see her through the clear glass windows to the shop yelling while approaching a tech. My vehicle eventually made it into the shop after the tech who was yelled at pulled in the vehicle. The advisor is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers and staff. I cannot believe she is allowed to work there. Very unfortunate experience. I will not be returning.

Had a great experience buying our new Chevy from Maritime. Annette was great! After calling and visiting several dealers I decided to call Maritime. Over the phone Annette gave me detailed information on the vehicle I was looking for, even going out to the lot several times to check for specific options. Your service coordinator, whose name was Melisa or Marissa, was excellent. Probably the best Ive dealt with in all my 78 yrs and that from someone who was in the a/c service business for 58 yrs. Its my guess that she is not getting paid equal to the value she brings to your dealership!

Luke was helpful and informative and upfront. The check engine diagnostic is a flat fee, which while was annoying to me at least it was expressed before it was done. He could not have known my car was still under warranty so I was pleasantly surprised that the system automatically knew not to charge me for the diagnostic because it was under warranty. If I had not gone to the dealership I surely would have paid to have the light essentially turned off. Also I called about getting recalls taken care of. There was no upselling or pressure to do more. They would have happily just taken care of the recall and given back my car. They also made it easy to bring the car in and get it back. I have always been told dont use the dealer, but this experience has completely changed my mind.

First time client service experience, when I walked in and noticed 7 employees behind counter and completely ignored, myself the only customer at that time, I knew this was not a professional place, when I finally ( got asked what I was coming in for from Marissa, I told her I had an online, she continued to ask all information including asking me to go back to my vehicle and bring in the registration,( maybe I costume to better dealer experience where they come out to walk around the vehicle and inspect the exterior ) after finalizing the information that I took the time to input on the website online appointment, she said I was all set, I had to ask for a price and a time frame for an oil change that I stated I would be waiting, her response was 45 minutes, after waiting for 45 minutes I made my way back to the shop and my car had not even been moved, they quickly brought in and I was able to view the service through the glass viewing area, the technician brought it in an drain and put a filter in, less then 10 minutes my car was done( my point is if I wanted a quick and fast service I could of just gone to a drive up quick oil change place, I brought it in to the dealer with expectations for a better customer service and a more thorough safety check, when I asked if they had found anything that may need attention to my 6 year old vehicle, her response was no that the technician had done a safety check and everything was good,! ( I did not see the technician so anything more then a drain and fill oil and I doubt he did it outside in 20degree weather,! Also be aware of a sanitation fee and a miscellaneous fee which you are not made aware of.Please no response needed from the dealer, after reading reviews and responses.!seems clear this is not a place of business for myself.

Ive been to many dealership; I cant speak for everyone, but from my experience, this is the most stand up, honest dealerships I have ever given my business too. From oil changes to as simple as a diagnostic, I have never felt gypped or taken advantage of by Maritime. They are different from the stereotype of overcharging; impersonal; non explanatory garages. Me and my 16 Camaro SS are happy with calling Maritime Chevrolet our home car dealership/ garage.

Just got a new truck from Maritime after shopping quotes and inventory at about 8 Chevy dealers within 100 miles. Other dealers advertised particular trucks in stock on their website, but when contacted or visited they said the truck was gone or sold... Maritimes website is accurate, they had the truck I wanted waiting for me with my name on it at a competitive price.Horacio was a pleasure to work with, responded to all emails and phone calls immediately, got started with paperwork over the phone - When I went in to pick up the truck it was parked out front, shiny clean, gassed up ready to go. When i purchased my used 2005 Buick LaCrosse from you I felt that it was a very positive experience. So I had expected that same type of experience from your service department when my car needed repairs. Unfortunately that was not the case.When Rocky picked up my car for service I left explicit instructions in the car for you service department describing the problem I was having with my power Steering (pump was whining) after the car was driven for a couple of miles. You had my car for 7 days and first I was told it was the pump, then they discovered that the rack was leaking when they tried to bleed the system (they had to replace the rack twice as the first one they supposedly changed was defective) and then they had to replace the pulley. After 7 days I got a bill for $2,850.00 + (included a $50.00 oil change) and the car was returned to me. I immediately took the car out for a test ride myself and it still had EXCTLY the same noise problem as when you took it in. I drove directly back to your service department where Ralph and another mechanic inspected the car and agreed that it was still making noise and there were air bubbles in the fluid reservoir. They said they needed to bring it back in to bleed and purge the system. Rocky picked the car up a day later and took it in for the additional service which required the car be kept over night. When it was returned the second time the problem was solved. Since the noise issue was resolved after the second trip which consisted of a purge and bleed, I have no confidence that the new pump I was supposed to get was actually needed or installed in the first place as that didnt fix the problem. I crossed check the prices for the parts that were supposed to have been replaced and your mark-up is shall I say - very disappointing!I will not be bringing my car back to your dealership in the future nor will i be purchasing any vehicles from maritime in the future.Gary Koos

The sales department was excellent! Josh and Nelda are awesome! Great sales experience. Ive had a couple of issues with my vehicle but thats no reflection of Maritime. I recently had a problem with my vehicle which was unfortunately not fixed. I was unable to shut off my vehicle a few days after my initial service and had to bring it to a closer dealer to try and finally fix the issue. Turns out it was not the fault of the Maritime, they were following Chevys bulletin which unfortunately didnt rectify the issue the first time. Ralph in service did follow up with me to rectify the situation which was greatly appreciated.

I cannot begin to brag about the customer service not only when I purchased my vehicle, but especially when I had an issue with the car. The service department went above and beyond any service department that I’ve ever dealt with. They took into consideration my family‘s needs if I would need a loaner car. They were able to direct me to the roadside assistance, and texted me with all information I would need to tell them. I was called the entire way through the process to make sure that I knew that my car had arrived at the dealership safely. I was updated periodically throughout the day with what had been done to my car even if it was just a simple just checking in and letting you know we’re still testing it out. My car was delivered back to me in my driveway. They sanitized it after the driver returned it too. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude on how I was treated. I will definitely sing their praises to anyone who is looking for a dealership that cares. This is my first purchase from this dealership, as my pervious dealership was not helpful during the later pandemic. I was brushed aside. Maritime made everything right and simple! Kudos Maritime!

Buying a new vehicle at Maritime Chevrolet was a decision made following hours of research. As important as it is to research the make and model, it is equally important to know who you are purchasing from, and what reputation they have in the community. Having a specific vehicle in mind, many Chevy dealers were visited. None, however had customer ratings better than Maritime, and none had friendlier or more helpful Salespeople. Horacio sold me exactly what I wanted, and didn’t apply any pressure to buy more than I needed. They (Matt) even saved me a substantial amount of interest over time by securing a lower rate for a loan than I was getting through a local credit union. Overall the experience was painless. I will be sure to recommend maritime Chevy to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle.

Maritime Chevrolet is the best Chevy dealership around!! All of the sales associates were courteous, friendly and truly cared about my experience. My wife and I brought our 12 month old son with us and they treated him like he was there son. The showroom is amazing!! Having been to many of the Chevy dealerships I can say without a doubt that this is the best!! If you want a great buying experience you should give them a shot I think you’ll find it’s worth it.
