We recently utilized Carpet City for some carpeting for our home. We had two custom sized runners made and our staircase carpeted with a runner. The showroom has a large variety of samples to pick from with quality products in a wide price range. Dave was very responsive to offering pricing for the selections we were considering. We made our selection and the scheduling was easy and prompt. When the installers arrived (on time,) they were very pleasant and did a nice job. We are very happy with the finished product. The experience, from start to finish, was very good.

Dave was so wonderful to work with in the showroom. He took the time to understand our needs for the carpet and what we were comfortable spending. He never pressured us or tried to upsell.We had the carpets installed today (2 different carpets for 2 different rooms in crazy insane downpours!) and the men that were here working were so nice and friendly (even to my tougher-than-he-looks-and-sounds dog!) Everything was left perfectly clean and looks amazing.I highly recommend Carpet City.
