As any other GameStop, they have a good selection of games. This location does stand out in customer service. They are friendly and help with any questions you might have.

Knowledgeable staff, I always end up getting something from this location.

I went into GameStop Fairfield,Ca and there was a woman near the door as I walked in. I believe she was doing inventory not sure though. I said hello and she didn’t reply. I said hello to the guy Nick who was behind the counter and he didn’t reply either. I’ve never seen either of these people there and I visit GameStop a lot and make purchases all the time. Nick wouldn’t let me use my Klarna, sezzle or QuadPay as I do whenever I’m at GameStop and he and the woman both gave me unwelcome vibes. I promised myself not to purchase if I ever return and see either of them again. I’m normally greeted by a gentleman that’s normally there and I haven’t caught his name but he usually opens the store has great customer service and he’s very helpful and a multitasker. Nick I believe is a lead and he deserves no stars.

The person I worked with was super rude, the moment he finished ringing me up, he just walked away without saying anything. The next day, my friend had to go there, and she also said the lady she talked to was incredibly rude. I dont expect to be treated like royalty, but some common human decency would be nice at least...

Im only playing my review because they answer the dang phone. And they also answer the question of the Cydia. Youre also understanding kind about it. So thats why Im getting the best review than Vallejo.

This is where I bought my Xbox one and most of my games! The people that work there are very nice and answer all of my questions over the phone if I have any. They also fave fair prices on all of their games and accessories.

According to my children and husband, this is the only place they will purchase their video games. They have a membership where they accrue points. The staff are great and take care of them if they purchase a used game that has issues or a new accessory that is giving them trouble. Wed never go anywhere else but Gamestop for our video game needs.

Make sure that you state what system youre pre ordering a game for slowly, clearly, and multiple times otherwise they will order you a copy for a system you dont even have, then make you wait a week while they get more copies of the game for the system that you have. On top of that they dont even order enough copies to cover the pre orders so it makes it pointless to preorder if you have to wait until more come in.
