Marquel figured out and fixed my situation with a defective Note 20 Ultra 5g. I had been to store previously 2 times but couldnt get the problem resolved. Now its fixed and all I can say is he is GREAT with fixing problems and customer service!!

Went there because I needed some help with a feature on my Motorola phone from Verizon. The girl that was there Im assuming a manager was just locking the door when I walked up. I asked her if she could help me with this feature on my phone she said sure what do I need I told her she fixed it immediately and I thanked her for taking time for me after hours. That is extremely great service and I appreciate everything she did thank you very much. I have always got excellent service at any of the Verizon stores I have visited thanks for the good work!!

I came in to ask about my upgrade options and also ask about different plans. Met with Leela the Manager who was incredibly helpful. She explained my different options, she told me I could get some money off my new phone with a trade even though it was slightly cracked on the side. What stood out to me about this interaction was how informative she was and not sugarcoating anything. Usually I come into phone stores with my guards up because not all of them are honest and only think about their pockets. This interaction was completely different. I was more open to getting things I normally wouldn’t because she took the time to actually explain them to me and answer all of my questions honestly. I told her this will be my new Verizon store because I only want to work with her. She told she’s leaving the end of the month which made me sad but she said there will be another amazing person here to replace her. I will still be back to visit the location because I left feeling happy and satisfied! Thank you again Leela!

When I went to this location to upgrade mine and my husbands phone and to get a phone for my son Kayla helped me. She was personable and helpful. Mine and my husbands phones were not in stock so they were shipped to us and when we received them we went back and Kayla helped us yet again to set them up.

Baby girl by the name is Leela was a pleasure to work with. I mean absolute sweetheart and so patient. I stopped coming to this location back in June because the previous staff were so nasty. I was expecting to get bad service but to my surprise she was so sweet. She said she will be running this location and I’m happy because I only live 3 minutes away. Due to this interaction I will now be coming back here and only dealing with her. She’s the sweetest. I’m still shocked at this interaction today.

Im very unhappy with my service at this store. The woman that Ive spoken with multiple times at this location has spoken unprofessionally and even threatened me at one point. Apparently this is isnt an abnormal experience for people who have delt with her previously. Ive had friends and other associates complain about the same woman before. I would highly recommend not going to this store, instead go to the one off dixie highway. They treat me with respect everytime.

I had been dealing with someone on the phone trying to get my order placed for over 2 hours. After arriving at the store and seeing that the guy was busy, I kept trying to complete my order over the phone. The guy kept multi tasking with other customers, and turns out I could of had it all solved in a couple minutes. Brian, thank you for being nice and straight forward with me.
