The staff is great. However the cooler section is ALWAYS EMPTY. There is never any water, juices or Gatorade. I come into the store at different times of day and the cooler area is never stocked.I was hoping with the new construction on the building that the ready to go food and cooler section would be brought up to speed. It seems that I can only depend on Thornton’s for fuel, cigarettes and cups of ice. Those are the only areas I haven’t been let down.This location is directly between my home and work. I unfortunately will have to go out of my way to UDF or Speedway because of the inconvenience of this convenience store.

Was denied beer sale saturday 5/23/2020 i was told they changed the law to 12am,the state law is 1am and i was there at 12:45am so i left.i went to speedway a half a mile away and was told i have 5 minutes left and made my purchase and felt like the 2 white boys racially profiled me at Thorntons Dixie hwy!!!!!!! Never going back to thorntons anywhere!

Theres a lady worked tonight named Rebecca, ahe has amzing Customer service and was pleasant to meet!

Used pump 18 swiped card, swiped rewards card. Selected grade of gas unit looked to clear out. So I started pumping. Says I pumped $20. Except it didnt. Tried again same thing. Tried 3 times exact same issue it kept instancing that I had put $20 in my card except I didnt. Nothing fuel gauge kept saying empty. Suspiciously the security tape had been peeled about 3/4 of the way off the top of the machine and same on the receipt printer. I get gas from 4 different Thorntons and have never had this problem. Please be safe.

There gallons of water they receive them cold and put them into the direct sunlight and it put chemicals into the water becasue unless the bottle is bpa approved it realizes chemicals when it goes from cold to hot so DO NOT BUY THERE WATER I GOT ONE YESTERDAY AND I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK BECASUE IT TASTED SO AWFUL

The cashier is the nicest woman i ever met. I was attacked on june 12th around 2 am. and she was working where my attacker left me. she helped me stay calm until the police came. she needs a raise

The worker on July 14 talked like he wanted to fight then proceeded to follow me outside ... It could of been bad i seen 2 of his other buddys come from around the corner .....

There is no accountability at this location. Just purchased wine with a shelf tag that stated $8.99. Actual price was $13.99. Marcie in management apologized for the issue but refused to change the price on the shelf because that was not her job. This gas happened a lot at this location and no one takes responsibility for the issue or to change the issue. Poor.

Went there today! The employees made it more than a trip to the gas station, it was truly an experience.
