Love this place! They’re open early if you are catching a train or just don’t feel like cooking yourself. Yummy pastries and sandwiches and really cute areas to sit inside and outside:)

A lot of good things about this neighborhood place.First of all, its super welcoming, with a cool vibe and design.Second, the service is amazing. Friendly, kind, prompt.And third the food and drinks. My 7 year old and I love coming here. Her favorite is Hot Nutella (watch out Hot Chocolate). I love their Mochas.Breakfast sandwiches are delicious, and come on an awesome pretzel bun (my daughters favorite is bacon, egg and cheese). And their lox sandwich has some of the best smoked salmon Ive ever tasted.For those that commute to NYC, its literally next to the platform, which is super convenient.Glad they were able to hold through the worst of Covid, and hope they will be around for a long time.

This Apple Crisp muffin is reason enough to come back here every day. Delicious coffee. Fresh, no frills. Very friendly service. Girl at counter said, I love working here. Very sincere during friendly conversation with her. This place is perfect. A little pricey, but worth it. Definitely will be back!!!

We stopped here for breakfast while on a road trip. Anyone whos traveled knows finding good food on the road can be a challenge to say the least. Wake-Up-Coffee not only stepped up to the plate to provide quality fare, they did it with a creative twist that knocked it out of the park. Breakfast sandwich on a soft pretzel - brilliant and delicious!

Located conveniently right next to Fairfield Metro train station for quickly grabbing a coffee to go or breakfast. The pastries are delish and the coffee is so creamy. The service has been great so far. I would definitely recommend this place if you would like to enjoy a good coffee in a peaceful coffee shop.

Crazy good! These guys seriously knock it out of the park. Their signature wake-cup-shot is worth the trip alone. Definitely try the sausage, egg, and cheese on a pretzel bagel. You will be planning your next trip after eating that! The space is renovated, so it is light & bright and very clean. Staff is genuinely friendly and happy to be there. Awesome spot! I cant wait to try more of their menu.

The best coffee /breakfast shop you could possibly ask for! It is hard to pick your favorite item as everything is top notch from coffee to sandwiches and baked goods. I adore this coffee shop. Being from Seattle, I know good coffee, and this is the best coffee I’ve had up and down the east coast! They roast it in house. All of the pastries and food is delicious. Highly recommend the pancakes and avocado toast. I love all the baristas and the owners are there all the time. Super friendly and the store is gorgeous!

Excellent coffee and breakfast foods! The pretzel bun egg sandwich was a little heavy for breakfast, but do not miss the breakfast quesadilla! Nice sitting area outdoors is convenient to the Metro North. Kids loved seeing the trains come and go.

My wife and I love Wake-Cup-Coffee. Its a short walk from our house, and right next to the train station (which is awesome, as I commute into NYC). The owners Stanley and Nadia could not be more friendly. They recommended the cold brew and arnold palmer last time we went, which were both delicious. Were excited to go back over and over again!

One of the greatest names for a coffee shop and eatery I have ever seen and the perfect launch pad to an enjoyable place for breakfast and or lunch. Smooth and gratifying cup of coffee to compliment breakfast sandwiches and griddle cakes.. GET THE GRIDDLE CAKES!!!Hoping to have lunch here as well because not only did I experience a wonderful coffee and but the waitstaff was extremely kind and welcoming.1

I came across this place a few days ago while on business in the area.I had one of their signature espresso shots, a latte, and a chocolate croissant. Everything was excellent and I’d say that this place is a cut above the rest.The interior of the shop was very clean including the seating areas, etc., with a nice atmosphere.The staff was friendly and worked diligently behind the counter to fill orders.I had the pleasure of meeting both the owners while I was there, and they were warm and inviting. It’s clear in speaking with them that customer satisfaction, and the quality of the product they make and sell, is of utmost importance.I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Really, bad service 😒,Asked for chocolate croissant BUT was given a plain croissants,coffee with none dairy milk was ignored and also a cold pretzel. When I asked please to be warm up ... what attitude!!!!I would not come back .

Happened to pass by the area and seemed interesting. Ended up going in and was welcomed to a suprise. Welcoming staff full of conversation and joy. The overall feel of the place is very comforting and warm. Not to mention the food and drinks being fresh and delicious. Id love to come here more. The place is full of spirit of the holidays. If you are looking for a place to feel warm and relaxed Id reccomend you come here. I reccomend the Hot Nutella.

This place is the best thing to come out of 2020. The cafe decor is adorable, the seating is spaced out for social distancing, and if you wanted to stick around to WFH, there are literally outlets everywhere. The location is perfect, directly next to the Fairfield Metro station for commuters who just want to stop in quickly. The drinks/pastries/pretzels are amazing, you literally cant go wrong. Most importantly, the service is incredible - Jasmine and the rest of the team are so sweet!

Awesome new Coffee spot! It is right next to the train station, so you can quickly grab a cup of coffee and a treat before heading to NYC. If you want something third wave, get the Kenya Pour Over. Breakfast foods are good, a lot of the baked goods are good. Owners and staff are super friendly. Definitely check it out if youre in the area and want to try something new.Theres outdoor seating as well.

My boyfriend and I went to Wake-cup over the weekend and loved it so much that we went both Saturday and Sunday. Its environment is cute and open filled with motivational quotes on the wall along with a scrumptious aroma of pastries and coffee. I would highly recommend! The owner is super friendly too! Best of luck for continued success!!

Update: I’ve been stopping by whenever I can. Usually things are great. Last visit I asked for a cherry danish and got apple - no biggie. Today is my bday, so I stopped by. Breakfast sandwich was so wrong - no idea what happened. Pretzel bun was super hard and the bacon was so chewy I couldn’t actually chew it. Not sure what’s different today. Please... fix it 😭I have been looking for a solid coffee shop while visiting. This is most definitely one of my favorites so far. The breakfast sandwiches were perfect. The pretzel bun was perfectly soft and warm. The coffee and chai were perfect. Everyone was great. Thank you for making my morning.

Wake cup coffee has a lot of seating area outside and inside the coffee shop. They are always warm and welcoming.They have freshly grounded coffee, great pastry collection and sandwiches. Its a family owned coffee shop come show some love during pandemic. Help small businesses grow.

Excellent customer service, delicious coffee (Im addicted to their oat milk lattes), and their Brazilian cheese balls are a favorite. As a local, I come here daily and it never disappoints. Stanley and Nadia, as well as their daughters and Jasmine, are a sheer joy to be around.

Stopped here yesterday for a coffee after a run and was REALLY impressed with this place. I had been anxiously watching and waiting their arrival from the Metro North platform every day before the pandemic, and was worried for them when they had to open in the middle of all of this. The inside is MUCH more spacious than I imagined it would be, and really nicely decorated. I got a cold be yesterday and the owner told be how rich and not-acidic it was when I ordered, and it was even better than he said. It was so good that I went back again this morning to get another one. If youre looking to support a great local business, please come check this place out.

We got a couple of lattes and tried the butter and chocolate croissants. The coffee was great and the croissants were heavenly! We also tried the nitro coffee and it was unbelievable - no bitter taste at all! Its beautiful inside and there is some seating available outside. Highly recommend and cant wait to try everything!

They roast their coffee on premises! Loved the espresso and the staff is very friendly. The decor is a must see and you cant beat the location.

I ordered breakfast twice, my first try was on Uber eats I ordered scramble eggs and coffee and the cup of coffee arrived empty it might be either the driver or the restaurant’s fault so I wasn’t pleased I gave a bad review, my second try was also on Uber eats order the same things and the driver took the order for delivery but never came so I had to cancel the order, how unpleasant!!

Wake-up coffee was great! Their pastries were delicious and my son especially loved their hot Nutella and the Nutella filled chocolate chip cookies. The woman working their was so kind and the place was spectacularly clean! We will definitely be coming back.

We stumbled upon this coffee shop at 5:30 am on a Sunday morning. Stanley and Nadia are the nicest owners! We tried the Nutella espresso shots, hot lattes and Bavarian pretzels. Safe to say this is my new favorite coffee shop!

I paid $10.25 for a weak and watery cappuccino and somewhat burnt, and lacking in flavor, blueberry/lemon muffin. Sorry, not worth it. The Coffee is average and the pastries are quite far below average.

Good coffee

The coffee shop is brand new and conveniently located next to the Fairfield Metro Station. This shop has a neighborhood feel even though its built for convenience and the rush of commuters. There were several tables set-up outside and the interior is well lit with plenty of space. The coffee is great and the shop is reminiscent of those inside of Waterloo Station and Gare de lEst. My plan is to miss several trains on my way to New Haven and New York so I can loiter in this splendid little coffee shop.
