Before COVID, I shopped here every day. Just bought roses for my sons burial ceremony. Perfect blossoms, lasted forever, and enough to go around to the participants.

Whole foods owned by Amazon and lots of food choices. It is a great place to get different and unique food items. We love their naan bread

Highly disappointed with what they did. I was on a line behind a young lady who was buying pumpkins and was told she could not purchase the pumpkins with an EBT card. To my understanding carving pumpkins are edible and used in many recipes. I find that to be rude that they pick and choose what food you are allowed to buy. I felt terrible for the young mother. Those were the only pumpkins left. Very disappointing.

The variety of foods, groceries and stuff stocked in shelves is insane. Holy moley, its bigger than any supermarket I have entered.

Wow the Amazon return center here was super simple. Just walk up, they scan your returns and then done! Very easy. The cafe here is nice too, great coffee, and lots of food to choose from in the bakery section. Overall a very big and organized wholefoods!

Terrific Whole Foods quality and service. Lots of good fresh produce and prepared foods. All the departments from seafood to pizza are well-staffed and have good products.

Its located in a convenient plaza. The grocery attendants are very nice and helpful. The sandwich section and the food bar is pretty clean and fresh.

It was horrible experience i had today. An employee from whole foods deli department inappropriately grabbed my behind while inwas shopping in the produce department. I am livid and extremely disappointed on how it was handled. I will be definitely seeking justice.

I like whole foods what can I say..they have everything I need in store and if not I order on Amazon prime and have it delivered to store or my home

This location is a basic wholefoods, with hotbar, like any other nothing special. Customer service was attentive and asked of i needed help, the cashier was friendly for the items i found some were on sale amd others werent for the items that i buy at my local wholefoods were two times more! Highly pricey not sure of this is due to the logistics. I would definitely come here to grab something quick. Had the olives were fresh and the hot bar.items looked very good

Fun fact, you can shop online with Amazon for your groceries and then you can pick them up right in the designated spot for grocery pick up outside Whole Foods Market. Amazon and Whole Foods do your packing for you so you can continue to maintain social distance during this pandemic. How cool is that! So like I always say, GO FOR IT! 😊

I always say bring your whole wallet. On a serious note the produce is very fresh and nicely displayed. You can certainly find many ways to spend your money. Iam a Prime member and I use my Amazon credit card to save 5%,but it is very easy to spend more money than you you anticipated?

This Whole Foods is nicely located, and easy to access from the main road. Theres lots of parking, and there was no line when we stopped by. The interior was clean, and they required mask wearing. The items we needed were easy to locate, and the store was clean. Im not a fan of Whole Foods in general due to the cost of their items, but this one was nice.

Organic food is fresh

What can I say - its a typical, average WF store, with the same complaints I have about others - expensive, limited choices, prepared foods with few gluten free options (Big Y and Wegmans do much better, especially with sushi) and a lot of basics that cost at least a dollar more than anywhere else. They do have Feel Good Foods gluten free frozen foods that I cant find anywhere else, so that is a plus. They have great prices on flowers and plants, too. Those are typically the items I ho in for and rarely am compelled to buy anything else. Friendly staff.

I really enjoyed the black truffle mixed with the balsamic vinegar marinated duck breast pastrami. But really this is a good store.

I did a return to Amazon at the Whole Foods Market in Fairfield. The workers are very courteous and helpful. The person who worked with me with the returns was very patient and helpful.

I’m giving 5 stars to the employee that was making the pizzas tonight. He was professional, courteous and made one of the best brick oven pizzas my family and I have ever had. It was cooked perfectly! Being Prime members we’ve gotten pizza from other Whole Foods, but they’ve never been this good. My husband and I would like to extend the 5 stars to the young man who helped us at the deli/prepared foods counter. It was a very pleasant interaction and we will definitely be back to this particular store for the majority of our shopping trips in the future. I’m sorry I didn’t get your names to let your manager know that you both deserve recognition for your hard work. Very clean store with very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Found my non-Chinese garlic! Roots intact.Place of origin clearly marked on items. Only visited Produce but very impressed with quality and helpful service,attendant brought me to what I wanted,didnt just point. Very fresh Asparagus in ice bath looked delicious as did everything. Clean store,strict Corona precautions,friendly personal. Will visit again

Organic and non GMO food here. This store is super clean, and the people who work here are helpful. They have tastings and samples of new products here, often. Good produce, Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Fresh Pizza, and the famous food bar sold by the pound. Hot meals, including Paolo, vegan, and gluten free choices. A quarter of a mile from the train station they have Electric car charging stations.

One whole yikes. The store is constantly understaffed or allowing far too many people in at a time no matter the day of the week.2 cashiers for a line that wraps all the way around to the freezer sections is rough.

Prices a bit higher than other supermarkets but quality consistently high.Discounts available for those with WF app are good and for Amazon Prime members can be considerable.The eat in area is nice but we didnt care for the cold cuts sandwich bar food.Will try again to see if any improvement. High end supermarket for yuppies with VERY specific food habits. Not as Angry as typical Whole Foods. The butchers are nice and friendly. Cashiers, too, especially if you are nice to them because this is Fairfield County and a lot of people are rude. They are always a bit relieved when you arent a tool.

Great selection of fresh foods. Has a deli counter and hot food ready to eat. There are places to sit in also. Can be a bit expensive compared to other discount supermarkets.

Be mindful at the food bar at this location! Even though much of what whole foods offers is ironically full of unhealthy unnecessaries, I had always appreciated the care taken in listing ingredients & allergens. Aside from the fact that less than 10 minutes before I arrived I was assured via phone that there was a ton of the Moms Chicken soup I inquired about and arrived to barely any left, when I went to finally eat it, there was some noodles inside. I went back to see if I mistakenly had taken from the wrong pot, but I did not. Ive had this soup plenty of times before because its free of noodles, this is the first time they put noodles in it AND they did not add it to the ingredients list (see photos attached). I believe it was a mistake since there were not a lot of noodles, it appeared as though they probably realized it wasnt part of the recipe and stopped adding or tried taking it out. So, if you have any kind of allergies, BEWARE, do not trust the kitchen at this location, clearly they dont care if they endanger someone.Additionally, while I was paying, the girl at the register put the soup on a tilt in the bag. This wasnt even a mistake, she was just void of any common sense or simply did not care. Who puts soup on top of a bag if uneven green beans as opposed to putting it on the bottom and then tries handing you the bag where she can feel it wobbling. Likely, someone who doesnt care.And last but not least, when you see a clearance sale at this location, search the products first. They claimed that a particular item was on clearance sale at 50% off meanwhile it cost less in general at regular price! Gain your own product knowledge because whole foods, at least this one, unfortunately is not trustworthyId give 1 star but some of the employees here are absolutely lovely, but they clearly are not in charge of the cooked foods issue or the deceitful advertising.

Lots of great ready to go soups, rolls, salads to choose from. I only had a few minutes there, but my daughter and son-in-law go all the time, and I can see why. Good, fresh food, and friendly, helpful clerks who didnt treat me like a moron because I had never been there, and didnt know how purchasing worked there. Bless you all!

Regarding WFs seafood: On and off I have been buying their seafood when its late in the day and my usual fish stores are closed. The quality is very second rate, and the prices actually a bit higher than local fish stores. If you like fresh fish, I suggest you make the effort to go to one of these three local markets: Nordic seafood in Fairfield center; Paganos in South Norwalk (on Water Street); or Fjord Fish in Westport. Fjord has the highest prices, but the quality is the best. Plus the sellers at the fish store are very knowledgable and pleasant--unlike WGs workers.

Expensive, good stuff but not strictly organic

I found this spot as a good place for a lunch time and early dinner, since they have a great variety of different salads and homemade meals. It is also a great alternative for local take outs choosing from all surrounding restaurants and fast-foods. I would give them two stars just to raise awareness of the management of this particular place. Food is not always ready to consume, and obviously I know it is not a prestigious restaurant, but the minimum standards of cleanliness and freshness should be met. I do go there once in a while these days, but it has been changing for worse over the last 9 months.

Ive never been disappointed in whole foods & Ive been visiting for a really long time. They have such a variety of food and its pretty much all healthy, quite expensive, but healthy. I know some of the staff closely now and its always nice to see them.

The market and the food itself is as its always been, good and great quality. My issues lie within the bakery section. A year or so ago it was always amazing, everything. Since then its all been down hill. The muffins are drier, the cookies are drier, the brown butter cookies used to be big, soft and gooey; now they are always burnt. If you dont get there before 9am, the breakfast is dried out and the bottoms of the breakfast sandwiches are rock hard. They stopped making the best items; cinnamon rolls and cream cheese biscuits. I dont know what happened, its like they dont care anymore. I would go somewhere else but everything else is much farther for me. So yes, I like whole foods, but the passion that had is not the same anymore.

My first time in Whole Foods, the only thing I purchased was a shopping bag. 😆 Now that Im working as a full-service shopper, I get to go into Whole Foods more often now, and I see items that Id buy and feel alright about spending here. That Prime option is appealing to me, and I bought some fruit snacks and popcorn and Im hooked.

Now taken over by Amazon. No place nice to sit anymore. Kind of grubby in the eating area. Loud the people yakking and more people in there getting paid to shop than there are actual shopping customers. No more cups or maple syrup to put in your tea. Prices are not any lower. Hardly any place to park due to the people delivering groceries leaving their cars running outside burning fuel and polluting the air

Its a great and reliable place for ready-to-eat food on the go with a ton of different options, buffet station with warm and cold foods, fresh pizza station, sushi, sandwiches made to order, bakery, cafe with a barista and more....

Quick service, easy to find items, and impeccably clean. Free masks to those who dont have them as theyre required inside.

While at the counter when we checked out earlier tonight we spotted two items that were billed at regular price though they were on sale. After we pointed out we had to wait for a super to come and correct that for us. But only after coming home we noticed we were overcharged for one more item. Makes one wonder if overcharging customers is being done systematically at this store. Given the weather, I wouldnt have bothered but for the price difference, it was over $20. So had to drive back to the store. Explained it to the same super that corrected the price earlier. She recognized me from earlier, went to check the price and found I was overcharged. All in all, wasted a whole hour of my evening driving 7 miles one way to this store tonight, to get the pricing right. But that was not the worst part, the super was trying to wave me off saying, blah blah blah.....its too complicated! Great customer service guys! It will be a long while before you see me in your store again.

Its a slightly above average whole foods. Nothing special to complain about or compliment. The also have electric car charging stations which are a nice touch. However, be careful because they dont fit in the Tesla socket.

This whole foods is clean and theres plenty of space. The fresh food bar is great and there is tremendous variety. The service is good and friendly, no much more you could ask for from a grocery store/ lunch spot. Great tables for lunch as well.

The Fairfield location is extremely dirty. The hot and cold bars are dirty. I worked there. The standard of cleanliness goes against every I learned in Food Service.

What’s not to love? I have basically grown up in this Whole Foods from the day it first opened and I feel like I have never had a truly horrible experience. The food is expensive (hopefully the Amazon prime discount will be helpful!) but everyone is truly nice and they are very accommodating for vegans as well. If you haven’t yet, try their vegan pizza with the vegan cheese! It’s amazing!Thank you guys for everything you do!
