Really great resource for vinyl, both new and previously owned. The staff is knowledgeable and really friendly. Its great to just lose yourself looking through albums and then coming upon a great find.I cant recommend Vinyl street enough!!
Both Josh & Kitty were super friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed their store, which features lots more vinyl than is pictured here on Google, so don’t be fooled...this is a very nice little record store with a good selection of both new & used items. Also, they feature some cool collectibles and you’re encouraged to put on an LP you want to check it out for sound quality during your visit. Just a fun store with fun people in a cool location...we’ll be back!
Great little record shop. Nice selection of new and used records. There was a great 90s vibe as there was the Pixies and Sonic Youth playing in the store while I was there.
Josh is super welcoming and if he doesnt have something in his well-stocked store, he will work to get it for you quickly. In addition, to new vinyl they have used LPs, CDs and DVDs and you can often find a gem. The new arrivals in the used vinyl section is a welcome addition for those who go in often. Had a great experience there on Record Store Day and recommend them highly.
Great collection of music and very friendly staff! Highly recommended!
The person there was so nice, It was nice to be there alone because it’s such a small building.
Vinyl Street Cafe is an awesome record store. Excellent selection of good vinyl, official band tees, coffee, relaxed and really liked the staff. Hit this place up! I got some Otis, Charles Bradley... can’t wait to put it on!
Incredible people, great little store
Very cool, understated spot. A little hard to find; its behind the stores that are on the Post Road. They have a mix of media, and historically great content as well as the latest sought after titles. Check it out
Run by the best man in the world, really cares deeply about his shop and always has an extensive range of genres-there’s something here for everyone. A glimmering pocket of nostalgia of the small mom and pop record stores that are disappearing fast, Vinyl Street always has what I want and the store feels like coming home.

Awesome spot! Looking forward to more frequent visits to this gem of a store!
Josh is awesome! He goes out of his way to help you and get what you want. He is friendly yet not pushy. The Vinyl Street Cafe has a very relaxing atmosphere and you get a cup of coffee as well. Very highly recommended..
Love this place, great customer service, tons of great records and a good selection of used too. Josh, the owner is very personable and can order you stuff, sells turntables and can also give recommendations. Its also a great place to hang out, drink coffee and meet other music fans! Highly suggested, best record shop around!
Josh is like the truest of fans of all kinds of great music, and he brews a mean cup of the most perfectly roasted coffee ever! Wish I could stay in that shop listening to music and sipping on the delicious coffee forever!!
Places like this are hard to come by in a state like CT, or anywhere in fact. Quaint and cozy, yet modern and upscale. If youre in the area, this is the best place to grab some coffee and pick up some music. Talk to Josh and the rest of the crew, or just quietly ponder the endless amounts of used and new goods. Best record store for the best vibes, great brew at the best prices, and of course vinyl.
This place is great, tucked away but definitely has a great selection/variety and you dont have to go digging around forever before getting to what you want
Nice selection, friendly staff. Tad more expensive than Id like but still reasonable. Would recommend.
Great spot.
Found some incredible records at great prices here. His selection is top notch. Josh is the man!!

Just discovered this sweet spot in westport and its excellent. The selection of new albums is brilliantly curated by the kind owner, Josh, who has broad and excellent taste in a variety of genres, new and old. Here youll find hip hop mixed in with metal, soul right next to folk and everything in between. And the coffee us excellent!
A place where I can have a coffee and shop for records? Perfect! Huge collection, friendly staff, cozy layout, whats not to like? 5 stars all day!
Had my first visit to Vinyl Street Cafe today and was an awesome experience! The minute I walked in, the owner is super friendly and incredibly helpful. He asked what I wanted to listen to and put on that music, which was so cool. The selection of new stuff is incredible. I found stuff that that took me years to find on the internet in this one place! The used vinyl section is also really awesome with turntable set up so you can check them out. My favorite thing was every used vinyl was graded, rarity rated, and deep grooved or not. For a vinyl freak I was in heaven. For any music freaks in Fairfield County this place is a must! 🤟🏻
Cool place. Picked up a few good stuff.
Great place for vinyl records
Cute little store, good coffee, and Josh is a great owner. Love the place.

Good selection, and some good tunes to listen to while you browse
AMAZING selection! Josh will try to get special requests too. Hope they stay in business forever!
Less coffee selection than I hoped for, but a solid brew by a solid dude selling great vynals for solid prices
If you like coffee and music this is your place
Found 2 new LPs that Ive never seen in any other record stores-very impressed! A small space, but theres lots to check out!
I loved it, picked up a copy of The Money Store and couldnt be happier
Great selection, great eployees, super friendly.
Good selection. Prices were ok
Friendly atmosphere, lots of new inventory.
Drove 30 minutes on a Friday because their posted hours were 11:00AM to 8:00PM. Arrived at 7:15PM. Closed with no note to explain. What’s the point of having business hours?
