I’ve never had a bad experience. Love that it’s a family owned business, the twins and their mom have a great relationship. The Live shows are hilarious. The girls are great salesman’s, if they don’t have what you’re looking for they definitely will be on the lookout for it. It’s funny because my husband knows this is one of my favorite places. I’m always looking for a unique item of some sort and I don’t have to look for long. It’s so true that one person’s trash is another’s treasure but in this case it’s never trash and always a treasures. Lots and lots of treasures.

I love this store! Great womens clothes in really good shape, some brand new never worn. Beautiful designer purses very gently used. Household items, furniture in really good condition. Great prices and friendly helpful staff. A very nice shopping experience!

I went into the store to consign or sell. The lady told me my options when I got to the counter. I have never consigned before so I didnt know the process. So I wanted to try to consign because I never did consigning before. I was told you consign for 8 weeks but not told you must consign for 8 weeks or you cant consign anymore. I was also never told the items are donated after 8 weeks which really bothered me. She also told me their is no consisting pricing on items it depends on what person you get to look at your items. Please make sure your employees are going over the rules with everyone because I was not handed the brochure until after I consigned with you and I read the brochure when I got home and was shocked to learn you donate the items under $50. Is their any way that I can get back my items after the 8 weeks?

Gently used or consignment shop doesnt apply here! These things have been previously loved, but barely! Everything is in such great shape! They take the time to really look over things to make sure it is still looking new! Not only ladies clothes and jewelry and bags and scarves and shoes....there is home decor and furniture and so much more! I love this place! So much good stuff! And great people! And the prices are outstanding!

Not a thrift store, good only for women looking for higher priced items

I cant say enough great things about 2nd Chance! The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help their customers. They always have amazing items at great prices. I love being able to watch the live videos when I cant make it into the store. They let me see what is in stock and if I see anything I want, all I have to do is comment Sold! Love, love, love this store!

I was in with my wife it was very organized and well decorated. Your employees were very rude to my son and also not very helpful to my wife. U get the presence like ur employees think your better than others. I planned on buying upwards of 500 dollars of your merchandise but after the vibe I got from your staff I told my wife u will not be getting my business.

Ive always had a very pleasant experience at Second Chance. I both consign and shop here. The staff, and especially the owners, have always been professional, friendly, and helpful. Their pricing is fair (both to buy and to sell) and the store is kept clean and organized. I will keep coming back!

I live in Maryland but make at least one trip to 2nd Chance Resale every time I visit my family in Ohio. They have an awesome inventory and I especially like the Chico’s racks. The store is very shopper-friendly and very clean. I’ve also purchased from their live Facebook sales. If I lived closer it would be my first stop on a shopping search. By far the best second hand shop!!

Beautiful selection of pre owned clothing and accessories. Nice prices. Friendly help. Found a Vera Bradley bag which has become my top favorite, and several other treasures!

I shopped here today for the first time and I loved it. There were so many unique items from clothing, jewelry, accessories and decor that I just didnt have as much time to spend shopping as I would have liked. The staff was very friendly and even though I wasnt dressed very trendy due to having handicap issues that limit my shoes or what purse I can carry everyone treated me so nice. I cant wait toshop there again!

Seemed disorganized. Was told one thing on Friday what is accepted and another when there. Online states cash out option available, when there was told between seasons they do not. You cannot call to see if items have sold or account balance, you have to go in person. Also do not have option to pick up unsold items, they are given away after 8 weeks.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. My consignment experience was so easy. I would recommend to anyone looking for an easy resale.

The store was nice, but a little pricey for 2nd hand store.

I walked in to the store with my two children, aged 17 and 5 years. My 5 year old son was looking at a bracelet on a table. The sales clerk rudely yelled at him from behind the counter that she had worked all day on fixing that table. My 17 year old told him to put the bracelet down and came over to tell me what happened. (I had heard what the clerk said, but didnt realize it was directed at my son at that time) My five year old was embarrassed and extremely upset about being yelled at in front of everyone and said, I wasnt doing anything wrong mommy, I was just looking at a pretty bracelet. I told him it was okay and that no, he hadnt done anything wrong. I then announced loudly that we would be leaving the store and would NEVER return again. Very poor customer service and after reading the review before mine, its apparently the normal thing in this store!

This is a great resale store. I’ve bought and sold clothing and home goods at this location.

Dont consign your clothes here. They will cheat you!!! A few years ago I consigned some shoes with them. They moved during that period to their current location. Once they reopened I went to check on my items. All were there except for one pair that they sold and an expensive pair of Michael Kors shoes. Ironically their system said that these shoes were still available, but they could not be found. Then I was told that they were probably donated. I guess they thought I was stupid. No restitution was made by owner. I have no doubts someone took my shoes. But let this be a warning!!! Dont patronize these people or consign with them. I have read similar stories on Facebook.
