Do NOT attempt to resell to this store for any reason! They want what they want on their own indescribable “needs”! They’ll offer bottom dollar for things that are fairly new but have the most worn items in store! In short they should partner up with “once upon a child”! Will not ever buy or attempt to resell anything to them ever again! Good luck to those to come or run the other way while you may!!

Make sure you check your receipt before leaving the store!!!!! I was over charged about 23 dollars for items i did not have! I just went in yesterday and bought a few items of clothing and a few non clothing items. I was in a hurry for it was a gift for someones birthday! When i got to the birthday party and started looking over the receipt i noticed i was charged for items that i didnt have! I bought 10 items and was charged for 15 items... Very disappointed and I Wont be returning!!

Clean, nice staff but disappointing how much they keep raising the prices. This is supposed to be second hand but lately they are pricing items that are used at prices I can get brand new at a regular store. Pretty disappointing.

Me and my sister walked in three women were there two behind the counter with green or purple hair,and another one in a vest,None of them spoke or offered to help us,They looked at us in our face and kept doing what they were doing.Simply rude!!!!!! Never will I go there a.c gain.

I decided to attempt to sell a couple pairs of shoes for extra pocket change. Well In the end that’s exactly what I got. Pocket change. $4 for a pair of Nike and JoJo Siwa shoes??? Really? I understand they are worn and used but in fairly good condition. I wasn’t expecting $30 let alone $20... but $4. Unbelievable. I went on my lunch break and because I was rushing to get back, I just took the little snack change and told myself I will never come back. I bet if I were to go back today, the shoes would be marked at a much higher price. I understand that this is a resell shop, but the low amount they buy for is just taking advantage of people who do sell their items. If I had known that’s all I would’ve gotten, I would’ve just donated them.I’ve also been there to shop a few months ago and wasn’t impressed. They’re so picky about what they choose to take, but I’ve seen many items that were stained or faded, and shoes that looked like they were played in minutes before putting them up for sale. Again, I understand that this is a resell shop and you guys depend on customers to bring things in for you to sell, but I wish that you wouldn’t be so cheap in what you get. There are some people who genuinely need just a little money for whatever, and giving them a couple dollars for items that are worth way more just isn’t right. It’s not like you can’t afford to give a little more. Won’t be coming back.

If feel the offers and/or lack of negotiations on merchandise could use some help. I came in with 3 items, 2 specifically were barely used and one being pricey, was offered 10$ a piece when a lady before came in with something not so gently used and old and was offered $12. I was told there is no negotiation when I asked if they could consider a higher amount (by $5). Completely get these things are used and know I am not going to get full price but there could have been some negotiation considering the things were very gently used. I will probably not be back to this place to sell my things.

Good place to shop

I wish they gave a little more when you sell items (I think they count on people being desperate to get rid of things) and that the prices were a little lower. It also seems they are not conserned with saving the customer money. Example, I spent over $95 and they only have me 9 stamps on the reward card (1 stamp every $10, 10 stamps gets $10 off). I would think if a customer was dropping that much on a regular basis that you would round up? Technical they are correct but it also seems like youd want your customers to know you really appreciate them spending so much with you. Anyways, other than those little things that irk me from having working in customer service for way too long, the store is great. The sales are good and theres almost always something on sale. Its my go to shop for kids resale.

Great place for baby clothes and toys

This is the best kids resale shop in town. Reasonable prices and lots to choose from.

When I started going to Wee Runs, I was overall happy with the selection of clothes, shoes, and toys that were there. There prices are more than reasonable and the have a pretty good selection. The reason for the one star rating (and I would select zero starts if I could) is the inability to sell clothes here. I am extremely disappointed in the consignment service of clothes that they have. I finally got to the point where I asked them to breakdown why they werent taking back some of these clothes. Here are the many reasons that I received: 1) not in style 2) we like to buy in sets 3) plaid is not trendy 4) nothing will match with this shirt (jeans?) 5) we dont except this brand and I could go on. Most of the clothes that I brought in were fairly new. The only conclusion that I can make is that certain people look at a person and draw their own conclusion about what they want to buy. I am a minority and the person I dealt with was not and given the world that we live in I cannot help but draw the conclusion that due to my ethnicity I was short-changed. I would not recommend selling to this store and, if you can help it, I would not recommend buying from this store. However, if you do want to take a chance on the store, I would recommend that you call ahead of time and ask them to tell you specifically what they are taking (e.g. Carters blue shirts) so that you do not waste the gas. This review applies to the West Chester location as well.

They didnt even take the time to properly look at the toys I did bring up there . Pretty sure they thought I was just going to donate it all so they could sell it and make money off it but not offer me anything. Plus the lady who was helping me was eating and chewing with her mouth open and spitting food all over stuff it was kind of gross. I will not be back to sell or buy from them.

I love Reruns! I like to check this store first when shopping for my kids, because they frequently have what Im looking for - in great shape and at a lower price than a standard retail store. Not only do I have money, but I help the environment by purchasing secondhand items. Win-win!

Excellent prices & good selection of new/used items. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only 4 out of 5 stars because the parking is kind of a pain.

Always greet me as we enter always let me know sales or specials going on helpful you feel part of the family they help me with suggestions whenever I am struggling to decide and NEVER make me feel like Im bothering them. One time I was looking for a stroller and after listening to me she suggested that I not spend the money on the stroller suggesting reasons why I would regret the purchase.... she was right great selection in Fairfield store as well as west Chester location. Cant say enough !

Excellent store! They always have what I am looking for. I could get sucked in the store for a good hour. Im glad to have this store in our town. Much more reasonably priced compared to Once Upon A Child.

Tried to give me $5 for over $60 worth of stuff. I get it’s a resale shop and I wasn’t going to get what I paid but come on, five dollars? I left

The selection was not as varied as I expected. I thought the prices would be a little lower. They do have a reward program where you gain points for each $10 spent that I thought was a plus.

Never been too impressed with their selection and my selling experience was nothing to get excited about either. But today, I was turned away because they were not open yet, even though it was a good 30 minutes after the sign on their door, and website, said they were open. When I politely made this point and told her we drove from far away to use our in-store credits and we wouldnt be making anymore special trips there, the worker said in a very snide manner, If youre going to be like that, I guess Ill open just for you. This was a Monday and it had snowed the night before. She claimed this was weather related, but I drove on the same roads and shoveled my own driveway and was able to take my 2 1/2 year old out, and yet I still was able to time my trip and get to the store in the time I planned to.

Its ok. Lately it has been a waste of time to go over there because they hardly take anything and the money they offer is low in my opinion. I guess Id rather donate to a person in need and save my time and effort.

They have everything from baby furniture to infant socks and maternity clothing! Every baby item you can think of! Some new and gently used items at great prices and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Ridiculous prices for clothes that ALWAYS have stains. I often pay the same prices for new things at old navy, childrens place, or carters by waiting for their sales. I rarely ever leave the store with clothing items but I have found good deals on toys.

I drive all the way from Norwood to shop for my 1 year old and 8 year old. I prefer Wee Ones over Once Upon A Child which became overpriced for used clothing.

Its ok. Very much like a Once Upon A Child except you are are assulted with rabid Christian music and insane Christian talk radio.

Some things like the car seats are over priced but everything else is pretty reasonable

No one should be allowed to sell used seats for money. This place is literally trying to make money, and paying others, to put the lives of children in danger. Used seats belong in the garbage, not in a store where they can potentially kill a child.
