I love the customer service at New England tile and Marble. I have done many projects with Marielle and Monica and they are both fabulous decorators and very very well informed about the products that they sell.I have designed several beautiful bathrooms with Marielle. And she always knows instinctively what I am looking for and comes up with great ideas.I highly recommend them

I am so happy that I found Mariel at New England Tile. Her guidance made every aspect of designing my new bathroom suite a pleasure. She gave me invaluable advice for the renovation, including the type of tile I would be happiest with in terms of maintenance and aesthetics, and the appropriate placement and pattern. Mariel was well versed in all aspects of planning the renovation, too. The results are remarkable. We absolutely love the final product. I would highly recommend Mariel to anyone who needs a great professional tile interior decorator.

I’m rating this Company the lowest rating possible. I chose a custom blue tile with Monica after visiting 4 other stores in search of the “perfect blue”. Monica failed to explain that 1. The tile sample board was old (she told me this after the fact) 2. That “There is high variation in shades of color and crackle due to the glazing effect.”The tile I saw and ordered in the store was denim blue, the tile that arrived is grey. The store manager and Monica said that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee and a additional $85 delivery fee to return the custom tile. I paid almost $2,000. The store refused to take the blame and instead said they can do nothing else. I will never EVER go here again for all my future projects, and will continue to spread the word about the terrible customer service I have experienced. I have never seen anything like this. DO NOT buy your tile here!!

We had a great experience, start to finish. Staff was kind and helpful. They provided several great ideas and lots of samples up front. After our project was completed they accepted the unused tiles back without issue. You cant ask for much more than that.

Theyre super helpful and knowledgeable. I thought the variety was great without being overwhelming and they had a range of prices. Everyone here really knows their stuff. It was a much better Experience than most of the tile stores I visited.

First, they had a great selection of tile and helped us find the perfect one. When I had a small issue with one of the tiles in the box they took care of it right away. Would highly recommend!!!
