Want to shout out Keva Jewelers for taking incredible care of my wedding ring. I didn’t purchase my ring from them, but they fixed some issues with it and it looks better than ever. They did awesome work for a great price compared to the chain jewelry stores. Highly recommend!

I went here to replace the battery on my Casio Baby-G watch since I couldn’t do it myself due to the finicky waterproofing on the watch. It took less than 15 minutes to get it done here and I was charged a fair price ($25, I was charged a bit extra due to the fussiness of this particular watch which I feel is totally reasonable). They even adjusted the time and date for me before they gave it back to me. I would definitely come back here again if I need a watch battery replacement that I can’t do myself.

I was in there earlier this morning & the owner changed the battery in my Seiko watch & Im so glad its back in working order. Very nice business & I recommend it highly.

I just picked up my opal ring from Keva. It needed to be resized. The ring was a graduation gift from my parents 50 years ago. Keva did a beautiful job with my ring in a timely manner. They are very personable people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Keva is a great place to shop. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I took my watch in to have it repaired. Well they had to keep it a little longer cause they found something else wrong. Which I really appreciate them being honest with me. Prices run a a bit high but as I always say you get what you pay for.

I emailed Keva about a quote for some basic repairs and got a reply within minutes. The repairs wound up looking great and were fairly priced.

Ill give credit where credit is due, & kindness truly goes a long way. BUT... Ok short version: Had hubby bring in wedding set for adjustment (loose stone/prongs). I was sure it prob be sent out. Within minutes it was adjusted & Im grateful! No fear of losing a carat Marquis & had it back instantly. BUT... Since then it still needs fixed! Now my diamond is sunken in under 1 prong & its Offset. Ive been nervous for 2-3 months Id still lose it. 18 Yrs of staring at it, I know when its not right. He (whomever quick fixed it) told hubby it was originally done beautifully & he didnt want to mess w/ it much. So on One hand Thank you for securing my beloved diamond, & free of charge. But on the other, well now what? I dont want to make another trip & be unhappy again. Also now need a small round diamond secured in the channel setting. This beauty has taken so many hits over the years on sinks, washer dryer, doors etc. No matter how careful I am, Due to the 6 prong being high, it snags easily. I really dont want to send it out to a large company, but I do need peace of mind that itll be done right. To have taken time to sit down & re-adjust all the above, so one day my girls will have this Same piece for an heirloom.

Keva did an amazing job with my grandfathers watch. Its been in a box for over 20 years and now looks and works like it was purchased today. I cannot Express how much joy this brings me. Wonderful service! I had a bent ring shaft that estmates given by several larger chain jewelers to fix were ranging from $50 - $250+ and some wanted to send it out. The wonderful Jeweler at Keva took about 3 minutes to fix and return to me in perfect shape, with No Charge! Very professional, friendly and caring! Found this jeweler on this site with good ratings. I stopped in and he fixed my husbands watch right away. Other jewlers in the area told me to go to the battery store in the mall (even though it wasnt a battery issue) Kevin fixed the issue right away and was friendly and reasonable. 9/19/2019Walked into Keva today, to get an antique locket fixed. The chain had broke and needed a new clasp. I assumed I would have to leave it and come back at a later date. Kevin fixed the clasp in a couple of minutes and said no charge.....Nice customer service!

I did some online searches for Jewelry repair in the Hamilton Fairfield Area. There were several listed, but when I called they all sent the items out to be repaired. The only one I called that did the repairs on premises was Keva Jewelers. I took in two rings that needed work. Both had diamonds missing and one ring was bent and cracked. The quote to have both rings repaired was very reasonable and Mr. Barger the gentleman giving me the quote was also the one doing the repairs. I was called less than a week later to come and get the rings. I was astonished when I inspected the rings. The replaced stones matched perfectly. Both rings were straightened and the repaired crack in the one ring was undetectable. The rings looked brand new. I should note that Mr. Barger put a rush on completing the work for me so that I could present the rings to my wife on her Birthday. I give a big thank you to Keva Jewelers for the professional work and the kind, friendly and reasonably price service I received. You seldom find a business today that has that to offer its customers. Mr. Barger has this big friendly German Shepard named August behind the counter that will greet you when you arrive. That was a plus.
