We bought our engagement ring and wedding bands here only because I had a credit. Nothing in the cases are real. They send out for it after you decide on a Chinese demo. Ernie says it will take 10 days to get but it takes 6 weeks. After 10 days they charge you more because who ever they use to manufacture the rings has to match the Chinese demo. lie after lie... they told us that all stores are not keeping inventory now...not true..just them. Ernie is rude. He told my wife to shut up. DO NOT GO TO MADISON JEWELERS!!!
