Eric and Advanced Instruments Hearing Aid Center is absolutely amazing. Erics level of genuine care for each customer is second to none. His skill in the industry just amazes me. My Grandmother had multiple failures with other audiologists and was convinced the appointment was a waste of time, but Eric was able to diagnose and help her in a very dramatic way. His knowledge of how to program each of the dizzying array of brands out there makes him valuable to anyone and everyone. His initial session is free so that he can prove his value before you have to pay a dime. Eric is the BEST!

I would like to thank the staff at Advanced Hearing for their outstanding customer service the past 3 years. I picked up my new hearing aids today and as usual Eric, Deb, and Tyler are absolutely the best in their field. Excellent. I like Deb is a very nice and beautiful, very clean and neat office and she is very nice person and very patience with customers and explains everything very good! Congratulations! With all the respect they deserve from me I was really impressed with their service!!

Eric and his employees are very concerned with your well being. There are many places that sell hearing aids, but none that I know of that are more concerned with correctly fitting the device and making the customer feel like family.
