It was a great experience! I had no idea what to expect and the process was very easy. Deb Davis was so nice and explained everything I needed to know in detail which made the process a pleasant experience. Tanya who scheduled my appointments was also very nice! This hearing center is great!

Deb Davis is wonderful. We have had such a positive experience at Kenwood. My husband was able to get hearing aids through Lions club of America. Deb guided us through the entire process and for someone who struggled for years of not being able to hear well Deb and the Lions Club have given my husband a miracle.Her office staff is always a joy and we feel like we are meeting old friend atar each visit Debs professional knowledge of her profession is always given clearly She is a great teacher.

Love Love Love!I lost hearing in one ear due to a bad cold that settled in my sinuses. I went without hearing for 5 months that significantly impacted my work/job. I couldn’t hear people talking in meetings, At functions, etc. you don’t realize how important hearing is until you loose it!I found Debra at Kenwood Hearing Center in Fairfield CA. She’s amazing! Helpful, Kind, Considerate, and supportive. I can’t express how scared I was and how helpful she was to calm my nerves and guide me through options.I can now hear and love my hearing aide. My hearing aid of 5 yrs decided to quit working! I called them and received an extremely timely appointment which I really appreciated since I have very poor hearing. My hearing aid was fixed in office and didnt need to be mailed off!! I was not charged for the repair which I really appreciate!! Thank you for your caring and great service! I highly recommend going to this Kenwood Hearing Center in Fairfield, CA because of the staffs professional knowledge, courtesy, and caring attitude.
