Absolutely love them they are great so nice and kind we will always take our stuff to Honda in Fairfield Ohio and were from Indiana so its a long drive but worth it because the service is great💙
Great clean place and great salesman Brent.
I got a 2010 Goldwing that I took to Honda of Fairfield get some accessories installed. My saddlebag trim has 6 lights out (3 on each side) the pice on my lower saddle bag, one side is totally out. LED cover fell off my ring of fire. And to make thing worst they install a Eagle on my front fender but didn’t use the right materials and it broke off, came right though the fender.. they are NOT taking responsibility saying “I didn’t bring them the right stuff to use so they just use whatever” mgr words really “just used whatever”. Now I will have to take the bike some place else to have them fix everything......Update: talk to the owner and he said he NOT doing Sh.. for me. Just so you know thats how they treat you after you spend your money with them..... I bought a Goldwing in 09 and my dad bought a brand new silver wing the same day I bought mine... I have done all my maintenance at Fairfield of Honda so have my dad on the scooter. I have given that shop somewhere around $3,000 to $4000 just in the last 2-3 months for maintenance. And after THEY mess up, NOT anything I did it’s don’t come back to my store.....
Loved my time spent with Ryan Williams of Honda of Fairfield very reachable and knowledgeable of the Honda talon 1000r that me and my wife purchased there was alot of back and forth over the phone and never had any dislikes thanks again to the whole Honda of Fairfield team that helped me in this process absolutely will recommend you guys
The parts guys here really are awesome. They throw a lot of different options at you in terms of parts to see what suits your needs. I needed a cam chain tensioner that was pretty specific. They ordered it on a Tuesday, came in on Friday, and I was riding on Saturday.
They have everything you need for your Honda motorcycle new or old. Polite and knowledgeable staff ready to assist you with anything you need. Also have a service department. New model dealer with motorcycles ATVs and side by sides.
Awesome awesome staff really helpful. Highly recommend
These guys dont know how to make a decent salad to save their lives, but they know a lot about HONDA Powersports! Brent in sales sold me my HONDA Grom back in April and I cant get enough of riding that awesome little bike.Service has been great to deal with, and the Parts guys are just the best ever! They get my parts and upgrades fast and at really great prices!!Cant wait to come back and get a bigger bike soon!
Awesome service. Brent was very helpful and informative. We would definitely recommend.
Everyone here is very nice and very helpful !!
Great parts staff
This is the only dealership I will let touch my bike
Really helpful staff. They paged through catalogs with me explaining the difference in some of the bike modifications I was looking to make. They were willing to do my tires for me, even though I do not own a Honda motorcycle.
Great service and selection!
Shane helped us pick out the perfect first bike for my girlfriend and the guys in maintenance made all the adjustments she needed. These folks are professional, kind, and passionate about motorcycles. I cant recommend Honda of Fairfield enough!
Great place to get parts i drive way out my way to go there great staff
Has been my favorite auto dealer up until recently. Dont know whether sales are down and they are trying to make up for it in service or what. I went in to have my transmission and oil and other needed fluids changed. From previous advice from one of their own techs l was led to believe this would cost about $300 including the $25 car loaner. Instead they popped what they call the 30000 mile tune-up on me. They did not give me an estimate but final bill was $528. They even replaced my cabin and air filters which l specifically told them that l do those myself.Needless to say l will have any future work done by a reputable independent mechanic! This gouging cost them not only a longtime loyal customer, but my recommendation to others.
I bought a 2018 Honda Rebel 300 ABS at another location because they had this bike used. I recently took my bike in for its first service with Honda of Fairfield and from start to finish these guys treated us VERY kindly, and were extremely helpful. Every single person I spoke with when I called was amazing, and this translated well over to when we showed up for the service. We opted to wait on the bike to be finished so that we could see what else was at the dealership for future references, as eventually I want to upgrade to a 2020 Rebel 500 w/ ABS.We found Daniel Thomas and spent a LOT of time with him. He is such a joy to talk to, and is knowledgable about every single bike that is available. He never once made us feel rushed off, even when he knew we were just there for service. This kind of thing is what will bring customers back to your location, having staff that will spend time with people and inform them of what the bikes have. I learned a LOT, and this even included information on how to care for my 300. When we are ready to upgrade, I really hope that Daniel is working so that we can purchase from him.HUGE thanks goes out to the guys in service, as well as the very very kind guys that work in parts. All of you are just the best!!! Thank you so much for having a perfect staff, and please tell Daniel we said thanks, too!!- Jacklyn Magana
Great customer service!
Great guys! Great Service! Love that they help local racers also in motocross.
Very happy with the service received here. Brought my bike in for a recall issue, was fixed in 30 minutes, they also replaced a missing nut, and adjusted a few other things free. My bike is riding smooth, and no charge. Very pleased. The parts deal was also very helpful!
Very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to get what you need in parts department
Nice and understanding
The guys at Honda are knowledgeable sales and service men. Ive bought parts for do-it-yourself repairs and received the right part quickly. The service department is top notch. If not satisfied, they dont stop until they get it right.
Service department is top notch! Went out of their way to help me get an update for my Pioneer that my local dealer hadnt even heard of. 10/10 will be back the next time I need service or a new machine!
Nice friendly, no big pressure
Great establishment. Brent is the sales manager. Hes a delight to deal with. Very knowledgeable service and parts department. My default go to Honda dealership for years now
We purchased a 2019 Honda 150 Rb.We never received the title. We called and they told us they filed the title in Ohio and we live in KY.They have refused to help us fix the issue and correct the title.
Fantastic attention to customer service. Ryan Williams made the process very enjoyable. Brent Clemmons made the paperwork signing as fast and efficient as possible and made the delivery a joy.
Rob from parts was very helpful in finding hard to find parts for my bike. Definitely will be doing my business there from now on.
Goldwing Riders, Honda of Fairfield is the place to go. I am traveling and ran into electrical issues. They were able to get me in on the spot, diagnose the issue fix it and had me back on the road in about an hour. I highly recommend going here for any service work.
I purchased a tire through eBay and they sent me a new tire but it was manufactured in 2005!!! It was hard as a rock and when I tried to return it they told me tires dont go bad!! Unreal a motorcycle dealer has no idea on tire safety!! Safe shelf life of a new tire is 5 years MAX which you can verify through any tire manufacturer or do a tiny bit of research and the tire they sold me was 12 years old and hard as a rock!!
Another Honda motor sport sales and service provider in another Ohio city
Got the parts i needed for a good price
Just bought our side by side here and the staff was excellent! I usually hate going to dealerships and haggling with people and leaving annoyed. But not this place, by far exceeded my expectations. We drove 1.40hrs to get there and was greeted instantly and Brent was exceptionally friendly and helpful explaining everything and helping us load up, thanks for the help!! Thanks for being so nice and making the process painless!! 2 happy customers here :)
On the first day of a 12 day planned motorcycle vacation I developed a badly leaking seal on my gold wing. As soon as they were open the next day, I contacted their service department, told him what my problem was and they told me to come on down and they would squeeze me into their schedule. They had to replace several parts, but got me back on the road the same day so I could continue on with my vacation. Their service department was exceptional, everybody we dealt with there was very polite and accommodating. I highly recommend them for any service work you might need on your motorcycle. If you need to kill a little time while you’re waiting for your service, the international grocery store across the street is very impressive, it’s easy to spend a few hours in there.
Great place. They have a good stock of bikes and parts for bikes. Friendly staff
If I could give this establishment a negative star I would. I have purchased a motorcycle from this place. I understood it was an older model and would need some work done on it. I always took the motorcycle here for repairs. The last time I was there with this motorcycle the mechanic and the service department where rude, and not forth coming. I caught them in a middle be of a lie. This establishment is only good for purchasing lawnmower parts. Unhappy customer.
Very helpful parts people. Way better than western hills honda. I drive about 10 miles further to come here because of the great customer service.
My wife and I have bought our last two Honda Goldwings from Honda of Fairfield with Mike as our salesman and we could not be more happy with the attitude and service that they provide. You are treated as a member of the family by the staff, and their prices are competitive. They will also work with you after the sale to help you get any accessories you wish for your purchase and add little touches like a thank you card or even an anniversary card in the mail from them.Their Parts (run by John Taylor) and Service departments (run by Tettey) will work together to find the items you want and get them installed for you in a professional manner and they rely upon your feedback to make sure it is done the way you wish.I could keep talking about how truly amazing they are, but my best advice would be to stop by and find out for yourself!
Best parts counter and the area, Rob can find anything that you need.
I can only speak about the sales and service side. Ive bought several bikes over the years and Brent & Jason have always taken great care of me. Ive never had anything negative happen. I wont ever buy anything different or go anywhere else, as long as they are still there!!!
Great place to get your m/c serviced. They take great care of you.
A few years back, when I got my Valkyrie Interstate, I brought it here on the recommendation of SEVERAL long-term, long-distance riders I know. They told me to expect stellar service, and Jason and his department did not disappoint! When I decided to buy a new Gold Wing, this shop was at the top of my list. Brent and Shane worked with me on the price and entertained all my stupid questions. Compared to the countless other dealerships I visited prior to buying the new Wing, I can assure you theres not a better Honda shop in the area! Thanks Guys!!!
The service department is the best. They diagnosed and fixed a problem in a few hours. Another Honda dealer couldnt find the problem
Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.
Nice place as Honda motorcycle shops go. Limited parts inventory for vintage 80s bikes.
These guys are as top notch as it gets. They just did a Mega Monty Traxxion Dynamics suspension overhaul for me. Actually, Bill im service did it. I had to come from Chicago as none of our dealers are familiar with it. They understood I would have to come down for it, so they scheduled an entire day for me! I showed up, they set me up in their comfy waiting room with my laptop, and Bill went to work. I was able to get a full days work in from their lounge and everyone was very nice to me.Bill knew he was under a time crunch and finished the project in one day. He was friendly and highly knowledgeable. He clearly recognized how much us Wing owners care about our bikes. He explained things in great detail and I fully believe he worked on the bike as his own.I typically do not let anybody else work on my bike (as our dealers are HORRIBLE by comparison in Chicago), but I would not hesitate to have Bill and his team do any work to my bike.If you are anywhere near this dealer you should support them. The motorcycle world needs more shops like this.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff!
Always a pleasure working with all departments, wouldnt dream of going anywhere else!
Ive taken all my Hondas there. Customer service is great. Jason in the service department is knowledgeable and personable.
Very helpful staff. Honest. Ask for Greg in service he is great
Live in Batavia and local shop didnt get brake pads in on schedule. Called these guys and they said they had them in stock. Two pairs to be exact. Left work to salvage a riding trip this weekend to ride across the city to pick them up. They had none in stock. Service department seems incompetent. Will never call or visit again.
Love this store. I go in the parts and sales staff very friendly helpful and knowledge the info for me and my son dirt bikes are greatly useful and dont push products that i dont need.
Well that saddens me. A year ago I gave them 5 stars and a glowing endorsement. Im loyal to a fault. Today I called about getting another set of tires on my Goldwing and I was told July. Seriously? Six weeks to get an appointment for tires? Parts guys have always been exceptional, service now a huge disappointment. Your mileage may vary.
Great selection of bikes. Smart service technicians. Knowledgeable workers.
Fantastic service great people thank you Honda Fairfield!
Took in snow blower. Right off the bat, the tech called and offered to trade it in for the time spent to inspect it. Basically wanting it for free not to charge me for the hour plus time to figure out what was wrong. Then I told them to fix it and they had a special going on lawn mower repairs in January and joked that I was behind all the lawnmower jobs. Could have used it a few more times in the winter wasnt fixed until Winter was over. Best part is they charged a $10 per day storage fee without telling me. I should charge $20 for the days they held it and didnt look at it. Total joke.
Really helpful and honest from the start to picking up our 4 wheeler.
Knowledgeable and polite staff, quick and efficient service.
Great group of guys. Friendly and informative.
Very helpful staff, everyone I met was pleasant and knowledgeable of products they represent. Laid back no pressure sales floor.
Excellent service on my Honda mover ... 45 miles to/from for me. Well worth the drive.
Called in to check in-size stock on a particular helmet, and when I got to the store they had it right there waiting for me. No sleazy salesman techniques to try and buy something different (or to buy a new bike!) which I usually get going into any motorcycle stores, and Id been to 3 others that weekend alone. This will be my accessories supplier from here on out.
Fair,honest and know their stuff...
Very helpful staff even tho I wasnt ridding red they were very helpful to get me back on the trail
Fixed our dirt bike. They got it running good
Decent place more sport bikes than cruisers.a bit pricey also
Guys are awesome, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
Just serviced my 2014 CTX1300 and the techician actually takes the time to talk to about your bike and what to look for in the future. They treat your bike like it is one of their own. Highly recommend them.
Exceptional parts department. Sales have been friendly and helpful. Im glad they dont follow you around the showroom when you say youre just looking around today. Service has been hit or miss with this place. I have had great experiences and ones that I thought I would never go back. Its not he competency of the people there, but the attitude of the people there and being made to feel you are an inconvenience rather than a highly valued paying customer. I find that in many bike shops throughout this USA. Dont expect to see many pre-owned bikes here.
I went specifically to look at the CBR500R, but also to see what used bikes they had. Well, their showroom isnt very big. They did have the CBR500R, but almost no used bikes. I told the sales guy who came over to chat that I wasnt buying that day, so much as shopping and he excused himself and walked away. I totally understand him not wanting to waste time on a shopper, but I thought he might give me a card so I could contact him directly later. Overall they seemed OK, but not very many bikes under roof and no exciting reason to go back.
Maaaaaaan they had my part, thank Yah ...and put the daaaarn part in!!!! Winning
Test rode 2018 Gold Wing. Nice!
Decent place...Only went in for some gear. They are listed as a dealer for alot or items but they dont stock said items.
Been there many times and has a great selection like the repsol racing bike and many others
Great prices and friendly customer service definitely recommend
They have been taking care of me for about 7 years now. I always feel safe when riding since I know my bike is current on all services needed.
I have two atvs from hear and i am very happy whit the parts department and all of the sales
I wouldnt take my Kia to the Ferrari shop, but ill always bring my HONDA to HONDA of Fairfield!
Dan Thomas was very friendly and knowledgeable and has probably talked me out of a new quad and into a side by side
I went into motorcycle ownership just about a year ago, Honda of Fairfield has been outstanding to deal with on parts and service!
Showed up to pick up the side by side i was goin to buy lasy week, waited a hour then a douche bag walked in to look at a street bike they jumped in started takin care of him so i hit the door and didnt go back, just cost themselves 2 side by side sales plus a trx 250 i was buying for my kid about 4 years ago, acted like they didnt need my buissnes, this after i bought my 400EX off them, the other side by side was for my moms farm, found better people at the honda shop in fremont ohio, oh well next time maybe they wont let a repeat customer get away causr i was lookin to buy alot of quads, accessories ect......not now
Very helpful, no pressure, good selection.
Friendly employees. Great quality products.
Horrible service at the parts department no issues else where
Very helpful with the purchase of a couple of helmets.
Friendly and helpful to all of the customers
Good bunch. Of guys in. Parts
Unless you have a honda dont shop there.
I moved to the Greater Cincinnati area in late 2015, and my wife and I already owned three bikes between us. Hence, I had never done any business with Honda of Fairfield, but needed to get a key blank for one of my Givi top cases, and they are a local dealer for Givi.It was a long and painful effort to try to find that damned key blank, and I finally had to purchase a new lockset because Givi doesnt carry that particular key anymore. I was astounded at how much time and effort these guys put into finding a cheap key and lockset for a guy who hadnt even bought a bike from them. Every one of them was focused on making sure I got my issue resolved, regardless of the size of the purchase or the hassle involved in finding what I needed.I am ABSOLUTELY SOLD on Honda of Fairfield. The next time I am in the market for a new bike (or any accessories, for that matter), this shop will be my go to place. Customer service isnt dead, at least not here. I also plan to share this story with the members of my riding group (which includes many Honda bikes) at our next meetup.
This is parts related, dont ask too many questions... or the parts guy will literally walk away from you and help someone behind you... that was my first time there and will be my last!
Ive bought cbrs from them and the short sales guy (i think brent) tried to take me for over $1000. Always ask a couple salesman for price. The one guy i cannot remember his name did give me a great cash deal and is one of the biggest reasons ill continue to buy there. As far as service, they do all the work on my cbrs, crfs, and rubicons. They have never had a problem. Always got it done quick and never nickeled and dimes me. By far the best dealer I have actually been really happy with them, but they have never had todo any major engine work on my equipment either.
Beautiful people.
Always helpful and friendly!
BS was told when I bought my tires from them it was about $50 per tire for mounting but it turned out to be $75 per tire plus valve stems and disposal total out at $185 to mount two tires I bought from them for over $230 dont trust what they say until its in writing
I miss your Maysville store.
