Received a prize mailer from this dealership that indicated we were a winner. We followed the instructions on the form. The event was going from 7/13-7/16. We arrived on the first day and told we won a watch, but they werent in yet and to come back tomorrow. We came back the next day and were again given an excuse about the shipment of prizes being delayed and to come back again. My wife had three kids and we live 15 mins away, two trips, empty handed, wasted gas and time. This has been extremely frustrating and evidence of incompetence. It appears that despite the mailer advertising that everyone is a winner, they have no intent on actually awarding any prizes. This is disgusting. This is wrong. I emailed the location and havent heard back. I also emailed the local newspaper about this slimy behavior.None of my friends or family will ever be customers of the momentum auto group.
I had an awesome experience and Hyundai. My salesperson was Christina Flores she was great. Bill the general manager he was able to work magic for me. I had been to several car lot who said that they can help me, but in the end they couldnt. I must say the staff here this is awesome. I would recommend anyone I knew or anyone whos considering buying a car please check out Momentum Hyundai of Fairfield.
Once again I will tell my story in hopes that I can help at least one person by diverting them away from this dealership.Back in January I bought a brand new car from Momentum Hyundai of Fairfield for $27,500. When signing the contract I was sure to look over everything to make sure they were truly charging me the price we agreed on, which they were. BUT the guy had added in a warranty and when I asked about it said it was the one that came with the car & was free of charge. I then asked why my loan amount seemed higher then I thought it should and he lied stating the total includes the interest on the loan; which I knew seemed fishy at the time but figured I could trust this company to be fair. I am now paying off a loan for $3,500 more then I should be.I signed a warranty cancellation as soon as I caught the mistake which was about 4 months ago and I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY OF MY MONEY. I have called MANY times and it took a very long time to get a hold of the general manager who ignored my messages for weeks. I have already sent a letter of intent to sue and I will be filing on Friday of this week if this is not resolved.I do love my car but it has already had a few transmission issues that I cant even focus on due to dealing with this issue. So disappointing, I will be making sure no one I know visits or does business with dealership.
Took my Mother Car Shopping. Was not expecting the Service and Flexibility of the Manager Sam and Staff, Had two New Sales Members Mike and Joe who were Personable and great dispute being new. They represented greatly. Finance Manager Yan is efficient and effective. Overall experience was awesome, and did not take all day. They did not play games. We said want we wanted and they found it. Awesome experience.
We had a great experience working with Nicole and Myra in leasing our new car. We shopped around several dealerships, and they were able to get us the best price, and we walked in and obtained the car the next day. This is a friendly and nice dealership!
Noticed a nail in my left rear tire. Had my tires less than 4 months. Called Hyundai service and let them know I would be coming in. Brandon took my info, let me know the tire would need replacing, and it was covered under warranty. Less than a hour I was in and out. Great work Fairfield Hyundai Service Dept. Appreciate yall.
I am looking for a cute, fuel efficient and easy to drive hatchback car so I ended up going here. My husband and I bought a 2o17 Mitsubishi Mirage ES last July. The staffs were accommodating and professional. We had an issue regarding the credit because it is our first time to buy a car. They managed to find a solution but an almost 1O% interest rate which is too high for me. Tessa did her best to explain every detail to enlighten us.The second time I went here was when we need an extra key. The staff from the back told us to wait for about 2O minutes, we then waited for 5 to 1O minutes. They have a free WiFi but not working when I tried. I love the free coffee while sitting in their comfy black couch at the reception area.I hope I wouldnt need to take back any stars from this rating and I hope to receive good service from them in the future.
I went there looking to compare prices today and ended up purchasing exactly what I wanted at my price point. I was impressed by the attentiveness and willingness of everyone from the managers to the financial transaction. Check them out. Hope your experience will match or exceed mines.
I had a great experience at Momentum Hyundai. The the sales associate that helped me was very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in getting the car that was right for me. I would highly recommend you give this dealership a visit if youre looking for a new car.
We had a fantastic experience here. The sales associates were great and did not apply any pressure into purchasing today. They were honest, knowledgeable, and it was an excellent atmosphere. We walked out with what we wanted. Trang and P were awesome!!
Recently I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Genesis R-Spec through Momentum Hyundai. I had an A+ experience conducting business with them. The sales associates were very helpful and empathetical to my needs. I never once felt like I was being pressured into purchasing a vehicle. In fact, I felt like a member of their family and felt comfortable. If I were going to purchase another vehicle I would definitely doing through Momentum Hyundai in Fairfield and I would recommend you to do it too. Much gratitude and appreciation to Trang and Eric!
This was a wonderful experience for me and my fiancee! The sales staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made us feel very comfortable! We would highly recommend Momentum Hyundai of Fairfield for your car shopping experience!
I just bought a new car and bought the car in to reprogram my bluetooth for the second time.😁 Chase, was so kind a patience with me. Ive forgot everything he said the first time. What a fine young man, Ill always bring my car into Momentum b/c of GREAT service worker liked Chase. Best Regards, Mrs. Theresa C. Lands
When I initially bought my car I had a fantastic service and I just went to get my first oil change and that experience was fantastic as well. Brenda, Josie, And Aaron in the parts department were all very helpful . And they gave me a free protectice key fob gummy🤘
I find it to be quite sad that people are willing to sell you a car and then push you to buy a warranty through them and then when something goes wrong they will not even stand behind you and support you with the warranty process. They will not even call the warranty company to get things moving. Been 6 weeks now without a car. Absolutely ridiculous. Not a place I will ever be giving business to again and will make sure people I know never waste their time or money going to Fairfield Hyundai.
Do not buy a car from this place. In the beginning of the year I traded in a car and still had a balance due on the old car. We decided to go through and get the new car. Not only did they mess up on our paperwork, the financial advisor (who got fired) was rude and unprofessional and lost the paperwork for the trade in car. Not only did they lose the paperwork, but they have yet to pay the bank because we took off the gap insurance and the warranty. It has been probably 6 months now and they keep giving us the run around. They are not being cooperative with the bank or with the person I bought the car with. It has been nothing but a headache dealing with them from the start. Weve called asking to speak with the owner or upper management but they always seem to be off or not available. What kind of customer service is that? Biggest mistake in my life was buying a car from this corrupt place.
Great customer service. Help us get out of bad deal and into our car of out dreams. It was fast easy the best car deal Ive been to. Thanks everyone at hyundai.
Bought my first car here. Alex was the best sales man. Very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions.
Take a test drive & they give you a smart watch have to have Ls can only do it one time. If they forget about your smart watch remind them
I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didnt even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Lariza Sanchez took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. She even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the bluetooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Monument Hyundai.
Nice place. Dont work too hard for your business. I had up to 5k down for a 10k car and was told payments of 375 for 60 months...lmao
I had a great experience working with Trang! She was very flexible with her schedule in arranging to meet with us. She had a great manner - not overly pushy, which I cant stand. She was very friendly, and went out of her way to help get us through the process as quickly as possible. Thank you for everything!
I have recently just purchased my first car ever! My sales person was Sanchez i believe her name was Lariza, as I was referred to her by a family member, and for which I am thankful for that. They all made my first time buying a car experience at Monument Hyundai an extremely easy, enjoyable, and an exciting one to remember.
Today I went to just look around for a new car,and a nice gentlemen came out right away to assist me hes name was mike woods he took his time didnt rush me with any questions I had, once I told him what I was looking for he knew what he had in mind for the right car to show me. Took the car for a test drive and he was right it was the car for me I immediately fell in love. Laith the manager was so accommodating for me and helped me get a affordable loan and so friendly I knew I was making the right choice they made me feel at home with any questions I had. I previously owned a Honda crv and wasnt happy with my Honda after 6 yrs,I had a Hyundai my very first car and I knew this time I would go back with a Hyundai. I highly recommend the crew here and they should be awarded for best dealership in town! Thank you so much for making me feel like I made the best choice for my new car.
Love my car. Terrible experience shopping there. ZERO follow through. Lies, lies, and more lies. Thankfully, Ray and Rudy are no longer there.
Awesome! I didnt even need the shuttle. They fit me in. The waiting area was very comfortable.
Terrible experience at this dealership. Very unprofessional. (When was the last time you had someone in the finance department hang up on you???) Sorry, but I could not recommend going here. No one from the dealership has contacted us to help solve our complaint. Too bad. We had bought a car from Fairfield Hyundai in 2008 and had a great experience. But I believe it was under a different management back then.
Good people. Bad business. bad bad bad. too many clerical errors which had me stuck at the dealership for over seven hours! Then had to return the next day to resign loan papers that were done in error.
Went in for an oil change and had great service from Brenda at the service desk. Very friendly and accommodating. Will be back
They are your best friends until they get your money. The communication between all parties seems to fail almost every time. Trying to get anybody on the phone is like pulling teeth and nobody ever seems to return their voicemails. This is one of the most frustrating car dealerships I have ever dealt with and will not continue to give them my business.
I really appreciate their free service to military members on Thursday but I find it incredibly frustrating that it takes 2 hours for an oil change when I have an appointment. The nice thing is they at least have a shuttle service but then youre still without a car for longer than you would be at other places.
The salesman that greeted me was refreshingly low pressure dont get that at most dealerships
This place way, way, way overcharges. Also, I waited 3 hours for an oil change. And I was the first appointment. I have never purchased a car from them but if its s anything like their service, its bad.
Service is good but staff try to up-sale everything.
Worst experience ever. I was cash buyer but not ready to purchase that day. Since I wouldnt buy that day the sales manager had quoted a price and the GM increased the price by a thousand dollars when he spoke to us and told us the price was only good for that day. Other dealers were less and would honor the price for a week. They were also rude. We bought elsewhere.
The team was focused on ensuring I had a favorable experience and taking care of my needs. They were short staffed, but pulled together and did what was needed.
These kids are really getting on my nerves. So momentums product is what got my business but I can only regret dealing with the guys at the dealership.I bought a brand new 2018 Hyundai Ioniq and was initially treated great but it slowly started showing through that these guys dont care about their existing customer base.Firstly we got all the forms and stuff filled out for the credit app and the loan from the bank and had to go back on 2 occasions to sign papers AGAINAlright whatever paperwork is hard and after a long day all of it looks the same.So I blew that off and then I was asked to hand over my car for a full detail.Meaning the car is going to beWashed, vacuumed, buffed and polished and waxedThe full treatment to make my car flawless.I get it back 45 minutes later and all they did was throw tire shine on me and lie to me telling me that the vehicle has been detailed.I pointed out rust spots on the paint, water spots, marks and blemishes that were not even washed with water let alone being correctedThe manager on deck told me to come in again so they can make it rightCame for my 2nd detail and it was the same story. They didnt care. They took my car for another hour and gave it back to me with more tire shine but now my car has rust spots developing in the paint and the kid literally spits on his finger and wipes it on my car to wipe off the rust spots.mind you this car is brand newSo they not only are reluctant to detail the car right but also very unprofessional. Now I am on my 3rd detail and I am regretting my experience at momentums Hyundai dealership.AlsoIt has been well over a month and I have YET to receive my CSIThe CSI helps them get paid more so the fact I havent received mine yet makes me believe that they have switched my email so they can commit fraudulent surveys and get the maximum pay.
It has great cars to choose from and the sales persons are very nice no pressures
Just got a cla250 and The car came with no floor mats and rims full of curve rashes, I was promised to get everything fixed.I got the car on Saturday and was told to take it Monday, I took it on Monday and they told me to go back Tuesday and that the rim guy would be there on Wednesday so I took it Tuesday afternoon and they gave me a car off the lot as a rental it was a Sentra the guy was told to give me the cheapest car out on the lot.I said nothing thinking my car would be ready on time.So the car stayed all day Wednesday and I called that day and was told the car would be ready on Thursday no specific time. I called back on Thursday around noon and it took a while to get an answer until finally someone answered and i explained the issue to where I was told to go straight to service.I got transferred to service and no one would answer for a good 5min, finally got an answer to where who ever answered the phone was not happy working there or something, I asked to get an update on the car and the guy was super rude saying right away “look man the car isn’t going to be ready” he also said that they didn’t even have a contact to fix my rim and that they haven’t even looked at the car, I also had a problem with the passenger window not staying in place he said he’d look at it some other day.I also had one tire different from all the other 3 tires and he said that that would be in the day after so I said thanks and ended the call.I decided to call back and pick up my car because I needed my car to be ready for the weekend, I called back to service and got the phone hung up on me twice wich gave me no other option than to call from another number to where that way they answered and I just told the guy if he could please have the car ready for me at 7, he took a very deep breath and said fine come pick it up.So now I have to look for another place to get my car fixed since they apparently can’t!Love the way they treated me when I was looking at the car but after that it was nothing like the first impression I had from the whole staff.
Great experience with the service department. Quick, friendly, and quality work.
I bought a car from this dealership and chris martin, joel and leth made sure i got what i wanted with affordable payments. Anyone looking to purchase should definitely see these guys
Very condescending maintenance personnel. I did not purchase my Hyundai from this dealership but I did have warranty service done on my Santa Fe when the timing gasket cover started leaking. It took over two times to get it fixed and the maintenance people always had an excuse as to why it wasnt their fault. Additionally, they would talk down to me when I was on the phone with them and put me on hold for long periods of time trying to make my appointments. On the third time that the gasket failed I took my car to Family Auto Care and had Sean fix it...the right way. No problems after that.
Called in a few days ago for some information regarding a car. The sales associate then began speaking about the potential possibility of me trading my vehicle in for a newer one. He 100% guaranteed me to pay off my vehicle and get me into a later model with NO money down because he said that he had the ability to do so based on his employment position at the dealership. All he had to do was run a credit check. To me this sounded like a smashing deal. A check was conducted over the phone (first time actually doing this because usually I thought a signature was required for authorization to check credit). Sales associate calls back 45 minutes later stating that I needed a large amount of money down... felt like the sales associate was a con artist and simply lied so he can check my credit to see if Im eligible to buy. I usually dont like checking my credit unless its 100% certain that the deals going to go through to meet my needs as a client... I feel like this business really needs to work on strengthing their code of ethics and standards.
Apparently under completely new ownership since December, I was really impressed with Momentum Hyundai and Mitsubishi. The staff here are quite good- it’s obvious that they have really good employee culture going on and it shows in the way they treat their customers.Lariza was very patient and genuine, if you can I’d recommend working with her.2/21/17 EditCar sales is a low-margin, highly competitive business, so if one dealership has a much lower price than another, you can bet that there is some catch. I did end up buying a car here because they were willing to work with a number of rebates and the out the door price was still excellent for what I was buying. But, here’s the catch - they add on an “accessory” for something called AVRS during the financing stage for about $450. AVRS is just a 3rd party DMV processing for the dealership, and it probably costs the dealership under $100 for the service. So that’s the sneaky fee they’ll spring on you last minute. This is likely the “padding” that allows them to negotiate with you still make a profit while advertising lower than other dealerships. I’m not a fan of sneaky fees, so watch out.I’ll list the fees so you know what you’ll be looking atAVRS: $455**Document Processing: $80Electronic transfer fee: $20Taxes: VariesState Reg fees: VariesNote: This review is for the sales floor only; I haven’t had any experience with their service dept. I’ll update this review with that experience if I bring the vehicle in for service.
My experience at Momentum Hyundai was Great!! I bought my first car off the lot... My credit wasnt great, but they got my deal done, and i left with a brand new 2017 Elantra . All around the service was great, And my sales person Jabare was top notch.. He made everything happen. If you need a car go see Jabare, he will make it happen for you!!!!
New management, but the same old tricks!A couple of days ago I settled on buying a Hyundai Sonata for my Mom for Christmas. I was going to buy a used one . But As my sales representative was trying her best to locate one for me. I got a notice from Truecare offering me a 2018 Hyundai Sonata SE for a little over $18,500. The car was being offered by Vacaville Hyundai. But as I was trying to give the new sales representative and the new manager the opportunity to sell me a car, I showed the two of them the offer from TrueCar. The manager quickly said that he could match the price. I took a fast test drive, called my credit union and they moved very quickly to get the deal done. The finance manager was brought in from the dealership next door, but I was assured he knew what he was doing. The financial paperwork was done, the contract was signed. The only thing left to do was to bring mom into the dealership on Sunday and surprise her with the car. I was very excited to finally give my mom ; what was going to be her very first new car. Can you imagine being 79 years old and never having had a new car? We grew up poor and my Mother has been driving used junk all of her life. So yes I was happy to be doing this for her. This morning my sales representative started texting me questions she said the GM was asking her. I told her the loan went through cuddle and that the paperwork was all done. I asked her if there was a problem, she said no. I said ok as long as there are no surprises. She assured me there would be none.I felt something was not right so I told my sales representative that I wasn’t going to wait till Sunday to surprise my mom with the car. But instead of bringing her in, I would come get the car and surprise her at home. So around 1pm I walked into the dealership to get moms car. The sale representative said the GM had some more questions, so I walked into the office where he was sitting. He asked me if I had the TrueCar printout showing the discounted price of the car. I said yes and started to bring it up on my phone. He then started saying that the contract was wrong. I asked how so . He said there is no 4,000 rebate on that car. I said what does that matter now, we made a deal I have a signed contract. He repeated that the contract was wrong, that there isn’t a $4,000 rebate on that car. He then said we would have to do a new contract. I said then you can tear up that contract and eat that car! I then walked out of the dealership and drove home. The original sales manager who made me the deal tried to get me back into the dealership. He said that nothing would change with the deal it was only the format of the contract that need to change. As if I was born yesterday! So I said the deal was not going to happen. That if they were so unprofessional that they could not right a proper contract the first time around, I wasn’t going to waste my time with a second one. These guys knew I had this same kind of problem with the Carson City Toyota dealership earlier this year. And that I was not going to take any bs from them . In both cases the dealership tried to get out of the contract the very next day. The only difference between them is, I never gave Hyundai the chance to actually come out and demand more money from me.These car dealers think that we are stupid! I will bet you that they really wanted me to wait to bring my mother in and surprise her with the car. Then in there mind they would have me cornered into what ever new price they wanted.Everyone tells you the minute you walk through their door that Momentum is desperately trying to stay in business. So much So, they fired all the old Managers and dirty salesman. But I say, the proof is in the pudding! Nothing here has changed, because they are still playing all the old games.
Great courteous service, as always. Staff is the best.
Hyundai Fairfield full of Fake and Con Man Sales Team. After do the credit app, No body Informed me about were Im standing for? Calling the Dealer Shift Multiple times. Very Lousy Car Place to go!!!
Brought my car in for service. After 10 days it is not repaired or any updates from the service dept. regarding what is going on. When I called I got run around from person to person then finally I was told the technician is off and they dont anything. Horrible service and Horrible quality by Hyundai. Dont buy one.
Worst experience ever. Tricked my uncle into a lease for a lot more than other dealers were offering. My uncle trusted them and they took full advantage of his innocence. Very pushy salespersons who after answer every question want to close the deal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER (And issues with purchase STILL not resolved for 8 months now).We purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Momentum in January of 2017. Everything was going normally until the point at which where we started going through the financing paperwork. From there on it seemed like the sales people, financing department and management turned into their real selves and cranked up the high-pressure, no-budging attitudes toward us.After going back and forth with issues such as GAP insurance (after being there for over 3 hours with our hungry 4 year old son, having driven an additional 2 hours to get there), my wife and I simply wanted to go home with our new car. We were assured by the finance specialist that we could cancel our GAP insurance as soon as the next day if we felt we didnt need it - though even when we said we didnt want it, we were pressured with all sorts of fast-talking, sales pitch style tactics. I admit we bowed to the pressure, knowing we could always cancel it the next day (like I said, we just wanted to be out of there at this point). Boy, was I wrong. Were still trying to get GAP insurance cancelled, along with trying to still get our license plates. FROM JANUARY. Weve left voicemails (though this is extremely difficult, and most of the time everyones voicemail box is full so we cant even leave messages), emails (we get return receipt confirmation that the emails were read, but never an actual response from the person) and even talked to a couple of people at one point which was a lucky thing I guess. Weve talked to everyone all the way from the dealership, to Momentum Toyota (who deals with Momentum Hyundai DMV issues and paperwork) all the way up to Hyundai corporate. Nothing but empty promises of callbacks and resolution of our issues. Its now the middle of August and I fear my wife will be pulled over because she still doesnt have license plates. Its becoming a legal issue and Ive addressed this concern to Momentum Hyundai/Toyota with no response (no surprise there). We were going to wait to leave a review until after we had our issues resolved, but this is just too much. We will *never* buy another car from these people and absolutely despise this dealership (and Hyundai in general) for their lack of professionalism, response to customers and overall bad business practices.Theyll be your best friend until youre ready to buy, then its a whole new ballgame - and unfortunately theyre the home team, the umpires and the rulemakers.
Honestly hate going there. Went in for an oil change and tire rotationIve been there a couple times and its been ok but last time i went kinda made me think. When i got there specificly told the service guy at the desk to reset my service reminder was never reset asked again sent the mechanic and couldnt do it he specificly said he only worked on hyundai and didnt know how, kinda made me question this place not to mention my fast key knob ended up broken which is werid becuase it was fine when i went in but eh why argue i just bought a new one. Also found out that they overtorqued my lug nuts (good thing i didnt get a flat) and they over tigtened the oil filter very hard to get out. So im assuming maybe the guy or gal was new? So for this reasons im going to switch to roseville Mitsubishi or just do it myself.
Have purchased two cars from this dealer. First one a used one, had $3300 worth of hidden front end damage which was hidden by a new bumper. Took in for our first service dealer ( not momentum) had to remove all the splash shields in order to get to the oil filter. Traded for a new 2014 Elantra because of bad credit got an 18% interest rate. Went to another Hyundai dealer earlier this month and ended up purchasing 2 new Hyundais a 2017 Sonata for my wife and a new but 2016 Tucson for myself with interest rates of 6.99%. Have been calling since 5/11 to get a refund of my GAP insurance. 5 calls later, 5th call today with a promise that Sam a manager of some sort would call me by 5:00pm, of course no call was received again. Not only have they just blown me off but it cost them two brand new cars that I got elsewhere. See what this review and a call to the better business bureau tomorrow will do!
I had called and ask if they can resolve my misfire issue on cyclinder two. They said bring it in and well take care of it for you. After receiving my keys and my Vekoster turbo back from the maintenance dept, the service advisor claimed it was fixed. After drving it for a month the problem was never fixed; it came back again! All words but no exceptional work service done for my vehicle. I would not recommend them but this is my experience. The audacity to look me in the face and said it was fixed. The service report done to my car never stated what they replaced. And I needed a new coil pack!!! For crying out loud! Fing bogus! Never coming back here again!
Pleasant & friendly service. Ask for Trang she is the best.
This is a WARNING.....so Miguel at Hyundai Fairfield didn’t inform the bank that I gave him $500 cash down for my new car and pocketed the money, they are crooks and sleaze bags...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM...they are thieves Miguel the finance manager and Greg
Worst car-buying experience in my 25 years as a driver. Would have given 0 stars if possible. Horrible customer service across sales person, customer relations manager, finance manager and sales manager. Going on week four post sale and still waiting on resolution to all the items they messed up and fell short on.
Dreandre service advisor at mumentum Hyundai is a scammer, rude and just wants to rip you off come here at your own risk worst place ever
I was looking for a replacement vehicle and decided to contact Momentum Hyundai for information on the new Veloster. I spoke with P over the phone who was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. I decided to go to the dealership and test drive the vehicle. P met me at the door and greeted my wife and I. After explaining my needs, P confirmed that the Veloster was the correct choice and was even able to find for me the exact color and feature match that I was looking for. During the test drive, P was very knowledgeable and explained every feature and performance aspect of the Veloster. Not once did he try to sell the car to me.....he simply matched my needs to the offerings of the vehicle. When we returned to the dealership, he asked me how we should proceed and I made the decision to move forward with the application. What was shocking to me at the time was that neither P nor the sales manager David asked me for any information related to the application before I decided to move forward. They assisted all of my questions and allowed me to love the car without any pressure or requirement to run my credit and fill out an application. After a short negotiation, David was able to offer me a very competitive price for the vehicle and I became a proud owner of a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. My entire experience with this dealership has been like no other and I will certainly return for future purchases/services, not to mention will refer anyone looking for a world class experience to visit P and his team at Momentum Hyundai of Fairfield. Thank you again team.....I love my new car!
Went there lookin for a named big country was disappointed he left.... I was in the market for a genesis told him months ago i would only buy from him...i called his cell phone he said just stop by but hes no longer here? So confused i will only buy from him
I have never owned a Hyundai and if I was ever thinking about it this place has made sure I dont go out and buy one. For some reason they have put me on their marketing list for an upgrade. Ive called every couple months for the past year to take me off and always got the same speech. So I still got their letters in the mail and robo calls on my cell phone. Now I have to go through the process of writing a letter.
After reading these yelp ratings, I have decided to NOT make my purchase here..Three stars is not sufficient to attract my business..
They do not answer their phone, their sales person forgot us. We wanted to buy a car, they basically could not tell what was in inventory.
Too much to go into details, easier just to say I experienced some of the worst service Ive ever had with a dealership
Very poor and expensive service they dont even answer the phone when you call about your car I had to leave for messages before anyone called me back a day later
Fake gimmicks to get you in and if you win somehow one never sees prize
Terrible service. Just asking for a price takes them 25 min to give you a price.
Took for ever. Ridiculous
It was a process to get it all taken care of but at the end of it all I was taken care of and got what I wanted for a decent price
I hate I bought my 2017 Mitsubishi here its a lemon have taken this truck back 4 times and they say nothing is wrong never again its a lemon!!!!!!!!
Great Service!
Efficient garage
Got me a car
Is okay.
Very bad experience in this place, when I did the driving test the car had several mechanical problems which they committed to fix, but ... after signing the contract they refused, I have called them many times to tell me when I They are going to fix the car but. Not even the phone answer. The car I bought stinks of cigarettes they also promised to clean it. But they did not comply. Now I am thinking of demanding them.!!! EYE LATINOS THOSE WHO BREACHED ARE CALLED !!! .... JOEY AND ANTONY .. ARE A PAIR OF MEXICAN RUFIANES.
This dieler is super! Very professional is his treatment with clients and his impeccable offices!
