The website lied to me it states it closes at 11 but they closed at 9:30PM. And then they proceeded to ask if I wanted ice cream or bubble tea. When I answered ice cream. They said no sorry Ice cream is close. Why make me answer if you knew you were closing! This is the second time that I have gone before 10 PM and they have closed on me!!!Disappointed

I cant even put into words how much I love this place. My friends and I go here after every Sound Tigers game, and after just three visits the staff began to recognize us when wed come in. I drive 40 minutes just to eat here when Im craving ice cream - its that good.

Freezing Moo is my favorite CT dessert place! The decor is so open, cute and the whole place smells delicious! I got the Vanilla rolls with banana, sprinkles and chocolate chips all for $7.50. What you get is totally worth the price. At first you think because it is rolled that it isnt a lot of after a couple of bits you realize how much you actually have. You even get to see them create your rolled ice cream and they put a design on it with the sauce of your choosing. I would recommend for any time you want dessert. A random night, a hot summer day, or even just to get a treat with friends. The staff is super sweet and you will absolutely be coming back after your first visit.

Wanted to try a new place out went there with a few people and the truth is the people that are working there does not know what theyre doing we end up just walking out dont waste your time

Delicious ice cream every time! The employees as friendly and have a great memory. Just my name that they don’t remember some times. It’s a fun environment where you take photos with yours friends and post it on the wall there. They are always smiling with a great energy! Love it!

The ice cream making process in front of you is fun and very entertaining, the final product is amazingly delicious and to complete the outstanding experience, the hard working staff has a customer service that does not go unnoticed.

Used to work there, employer tried to scheme me on my paycheck. If you don’t count your hours while you work here, they WILL try to underpay you. I kept track of mine and they still had the audacity to try to one up me. Yea it’s all smiles to the customers but you throw dirt on your workers? Foh, bunch of grimy people that own this place.

Ice cream is really good and its really cool how they make it in front of you. The owners and staff couldnt be nicer and they have a ton of awesome flavors. Highly recommended

I worked here for two years. I advise anyone who is looking for an ice cream place to steer clear. Not because of the quality of the ice cream, but the corrupt business practices of the owners. Employees do not clock in, we were underpaid as there is no adequate way to track hours. We were not given the correct amount of tips, and our shifts were often canceled with less than an hours notice. The owners were very aggressive with employees if one of us made a mistake, making many of my coworkers afraid to go to work. They would also sharply go after the cashiers if they miscounted the cash trays, only to offer no apology when they discovered they made a mistake. Employee turnover is high. This place may look pristine to an outsider, but it is completely mismanaged, and employees are struggling. Rolling Moo is a corrupt environment, and I strongly urge everyone to not spend your money at the establishment.

Great place! At first, I thought the price was a little high ($7.50 for the only size), but the cup is huge and you get a lot of ice cream. Enough to share one order for most people. Watching them make it is very entertaining also. Staff is always friendly, place runs very smoothly.

The service was great. They draw whatever you want in caramel chocolate syrup or condensed milk! U can even post a picture of ur rolling moo. It was great, i got mango and strawberry. It was simply great 💯

Everything about this place is AMAZING except the price. Its a little expensive, but everything is fresh, and absolutely delicious. The staff is amazing as well.

Trying this place for the first time. 1:12pm on Tuesday. Theyre closed. There are actually 2 sets of business hours on the door. Top says theyre open at 2pm. Bottom reads open at 1pm. Which is it? Very disappointed 3 year olds. Heading back to milkcraft.

This is a great place to go to because the ice cream was really good and I still get to pick three toppings and the price isn’t that expensive after all. It’s so delicious and I would totally go there often!

Fun place for kids. No frills so dont expect luxury seating and decor but solid ice cream, fun combinations, excellent bubble waffle and very nice staff.

I love their Ice cream its a little pricey but I guess you have to pay for quality. I recommend the Strawbella. Strawberry,graham cracker and my favorite Nutella. I went last night with my 2 daughters and it cost me $ 22.50. I would give it 5 stars but its just to expensive.... But its great
