Great service, with reasonably price point. Honest and quick repair. I would highly recommend and use their service again!
Bike goes there every year for oil / tune-up. Great service and fair prices. Definitely recommend.
Dave is great he has been working on my bikes for 20+ years. There is nothing he hasnt seen.
Awesome experience. I just needed a tire mounted on a wheel. Every place I called couldnt do it for a couple weeks. I called Sound Motor Sports and they said to bring the tire and wheel right in. A couple of hours later job was done. A very fair price too. Would definitely recommend.
On time. Great service
Im always satisfied with this shop and they do good work. Theyre the only shop I deal with 👍
Raided a great job and repaired my motor quickly he even helped me find a replacement part for less money on the Internet
Great shop and very affordable alternative to the BMW dealerships in the area. Dave is a trained BMW mechanic and has always done great work on several of the bikes Ive brought to him over the years. The negative reviews dont make any sense to me. Ive never had a bad experience.
I switched to Sound Motor Sports from a Stamford shop several years ago. My Honda Shadow used to start hard after sitting for a week or more. Once serviced by Daves crew, the bike starts and runs beautifully all winter long despite how long I let it sit. I was amazed at how beautifully my bike starts and runs now. Great work that doesnt break the bank. And, I trust that my bike is given a thorough safety check each spring. Peace of mind is important on I-95 around here.
Dave the owner is a great guy and super helpful
Great service on my HD, ‘78 Yamaha, and vintage Ducati. These guys do quality work on older bikes and really reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
Went to see Dave 2 times and pleased all the way around from the advise to the service, has yet to do me wrong. Went in for tires, the Bridgestone tires he put on were highly recommended and was able to feel the difference at the first turn, from the grip to the handling. Just recently had a problem with my braking system, again corrected the right way with the right parts. Very pleased with the Service and will continue to bring my bike back if I have any problems. Dave is a pleasure to deal with.
They do great work here. Left my suzuki cruiser and they got it running good as new!
Top notch, very skilled and experienced owner and mechanics.I have done business with Dave for several years, he is a great and genuine guy....no bs taking place at this shop.
Great and courteous service Dave is the best
Dave and his guys work well and make sure that we the riders are happy with the service and they will go through the bikes inside and out to make sure that they are safe
Stole my money put old piston in my atv a lier and a scammer i took it back twice and still the same with my problem so I decided to take it apart found out that he put use piston in my atv and use cylinders thanks dave for being a theif with my money
Dave was very instrumental in getting my parts.
Great friendly shop and the best part Dave is a trained BMW mechanic, no more going all the way to Danbury to the dealer.
I had this shop rebuild the forks on my GL1800, stuck in a time restraint, I could not do it myself...I suppplied the PROGRESSIVE monotubes, and other parts to upgrade my front suspension, they supplied some parts also, reasonably priced....While rebuliding the front suspension I had them perform other maintenance and upgrades, from ALL BALLS steering bearings to brake pads... This shop is worthy !!!.BTW< ..They also mounted a car tire on my GL1800 rim, that I provided.. YES I went to the darkside using a car tire on the rear, Michelin Primacy Alpin (run flat)...The bike was returned to me as a NEW BIKE. in comparison to the way the front suspension was prior to their wrenching..... As far as the ways it handles, amazing when it was returned to me !!!. they did install all components properly and the bike let me know....After 650 miles I put the Goldwing up on my lift at home, and went through their work, all torqued well and said as done...what MORE CAN YA ASK FOR ??,,..Thank You Sound Motor Sports...YES..I did tip the mechanic a nice old silver dollar.... They pumped the bike out in a couple days and the charges were reasonable enough for the work performed, though I hate to pay for work I can do... LOL!...Long time rider, owned over 40 bikes in my 60 years... own 4 running and registered and several part and project bikes...4.99 stars in my book!!! a jewel in the rough, a great little independent motorcycle shop, I am sure and confident with them now after using them in 2013 to diagnosis and repair my ST1300 and for this project in July 2014...Do not hesitite, the independent shop is where it is at if ya find a keeper and I did anyway !!best to all at the shop !!,Deerslayer, aka Chris DuBois in the Connecticut hills.!!2002 GL1800

A Shady group works in this building. Buyers beware. They talk about the clients behind their backs, Not in a good way either.
