Nice, clean, and secure business. They have a friendly and helpful staff. The only reason I switched storage companies is because of the forced insurance policy. If you dont get your own policy. They make you buy their policy. I will not be forced to buy a $13 a month policy for two or three hundred dollars worth of stuff. Signing a simple waiver for insurance should have sufficed. So, I drove 5 minutes and saved about $30 a month.

I would definitely use Fairfield Storage again. They have been very friendly, patient and accomodating to my needs.

I love that you can rent a unit online and put a move in date online. I had some questions about the rental process and the representative Donna reached out to and was extremely helpful. I was able to successfully rent my unit that day and move in with out having to go into the office. I needed this unit quickly due to my mother passing and I needed to store some of her things. Donna made this an easy process during this time of bereavement for my family.

They did not try to sell me a larger unit than what I needed. They were honest. This storage location is located in a great place on 127, Pleasant Rd. Really secure. I would rent from this place again if I was coming to Fairfield.

I called around to 15 storage facilities and none of their reps gave me exceptional service like this lady provided. A perfect experience.I had never rented a storage locker before and I had heard horror stories about how bad some storage facilities can be .. I am very happy to say NOT Fairfield storage they were excellent from the moment I called to get a price all the way through the process of rental an return.The place was very clean.They had great customer serviceThey had a great priceThey were easy to deal with both moving in and moving out.they billed what they say they were going to bill when they said there going to bill ... no hidden costs .. Decent size units, but prices have gone up substantially over the years. When it changed management a few years ago, they became less helpful, and arent willing to work with you. No breaks of any kind for being long time customer. No prorating last month. Mgr said, if youre here one day of the month, you owe for the whole month. i dont recommend this place anymore.

Great customer service! The whole area is clean and very safe. You have access from 5 AM to 11 PM. The units are easy to get to, but only by those with the access code, and your belongings are protected by alarm and your lock. I had a great experience renting from Fairfield Storage. I used to rent from the Orange Guys and it was horrible. My rates kept going up and the facility kept running down. Donna at Fairfield Storage was very professional and friendly when I rented my new unit. A much better experience than what I received in the past from the Public guys.

The facility is clean and debris free. Units are swept out and ready for move in......the cart was missing from my building but my space wasnt very far from the door. Its helpful for my needs.

I really love this storage place not only is it close to were i live but they keep it nice and clean. I also like the level of security they have an knowing there someone is on sight aswell is trulying AWESOME! I also like the fact that if you accidentally dont close your unit completely that youll receive an email or notification from them asking contact. Yes i have done this before lol. Its very well kept and convenient aswell as the pricing is the best around by far. Believe me i checked around before makeing my final decision.Check them out for your self and ask as many questions as you like cuz thats what I did.

Have been there for many years, it it clean and well run but think renters that have been there long term should be given some kind of a break, i know they run special, why not give long term renters a price break on the months that specials are available.
