Dont rent from here if you are renting for any length of time. After 3 months of renting they increased my monthly amount by over 30 percent with just 30 days notice. Over the years I have rented from a number of places, and never received such a huge increase at one time. You are taking advantage of customers now that may not be in a position to move their stuff because they have no home, and it will cost more to move it. I will never do business with you again. Never!

Arriving at Extra Space Storage today, I was immediately impressed by the neatness and uniformity of the property’s exterior. The sturdy perimeter fence and electronic gate added an extra layer of security to this actively monitored facility. Once inside, I was politely greeted by the female manager. Her professionalism was superb! She was knowledgeable, resourceful and above all, honest! I rented an indoor unit, which was clean and dry. I appreciate the speed of service I received today, since I was in a hurry. She even sent a text reminder after I had gone, saying Happy Holidays.

Nice and clean place to store your belongings

This storage rental is super nice and very clean. When I got my unit there wasnt a spec of dirt or trace from the previous renter. The staff are very nice and guided me through everything I needed even if I made it complicated. Was able to get all the paperwork done online and unit was ready for me before I made my way there.

I was here a little over 2 years and the facilities were always clean. The employees were helpful when needed. If I ever need it again, I would definitely come back. Over the weekend I cleaned out my spot and took my lock and they had already canceled my payment before I even called to let them know! Which I really appreciated. Sometimes we forget to do those cancellations and then kick ourselves when we see the payment taken :( lol

I LOVE this storage unit! We are paying a little over $200 a month for a 40’deep unit and have been extremely happy. You get what you pay for! Tried every other storage place in town and they were horrible. This is clean very well kept and the manager is extremely nice! She rocks!
