I had a great experience with Camille & Shawn at this location. The customer service they both provided was exceptional. I had a last minute printing project that needed immediate attention. Camille stayed beyond her scheduled time to help me until the project was completed. She is very knowledgeable, patient and professional. Camille went over above to ensure everything worked out! A HUGE thank you to both for making this highly stressful situation a bit easier!

I have always had a good experience whenever I go here. The employees are very nice and helpful, the store is clean, everything I need for copying or other projects is right here. I am usually here every week and the employees know me by name.

Everyone’s great! I will literally drive from Stratford to this location for drama free service! The guys were even kind enough to help me with the huge area rugs I was returning. I will continue using this location!

I walked in, there were several customers ahead of me. They had additional help come to the counter and i was helped quickly. I opened an account, had them box and ship my presents. They were courteous, fast and recommended the service that i needed, which was ground - the cheapest, since i didnt need it to arrive in the next few days.

Customers time mean s#|€ at this location. It took 15 minutes to purchase a box there.

What a disappointing experience. Came to make 100 black & white copies on colored paper and their printer was down. Not only that but the young gentleman that was helping me told me to wait. I waited patiently and watched as he helped customer after customer until the second employee finally asked if I need help which I did. I wanted to make some test copies to see how they came out so I paid for four copies however the machine did not pull the colored paper after inserting them exactly how I was told to. After explaining to them what happened the young lady tried to make me another four copies in the right paper but she didn’t have some card that was needed to print at no charge. That took another while to get situated. Finally when I said, I’ll pay and pick up later, I was told the price would not be the $.18 I was quoted but instead $.39 due to the fact I would have to buy the paper. Why would I be told that from the beginning? Poor service overall!

Staff is very nice

My company does have contract with FedEx. I printed 1000 flyers. They charged me $7+ to cut those flyers. Store Manager doesnt know how to give a good the customer service. When i asked you charging me for cut those flyers she said if you want to take you can take it or you can leave it. It was kinda rude behavior. Never going back this location.

Absolutely nothing works in the entire store. Just needed to print a pdf. Tried all three ways offered on two printers, then gave up and tried to rent a computer to print from one. Not surprisingly, that didnt work either. Unless you are shipping a package, avoid for all other services.

Placed an order online for lawn signs for store pickup at this store and received confirmation they would be ready at end of day. Called before I went over to the Fairfield Store and an employee told me they dont even make lawn signs. Not so much a review of this store but of the poor experience with the integration of the Fedex Office website and the store. Big thumbs down for Fedex Office based on this experience.

As with FedEx in general in staying with the poor service, this location is not a shipping facility I recommend. Poor, arrogant service. Horrible parking.
