We have an e-commerce and this is our go-to UPS location to drop-off our domestic and international shipments. Mike always goes above and beyond to make sure that our shipments are complete (custom forms signed and dated!) and ready to go. Although is a few minutes before closing and you really need to ship those out that day, they welcome you with a smile and good vibes. Thank you so much for your help!

The UPS store on Post Road in Fairfield, CT is the best. Paul is a lovely person, highly professional, and a pleasure to do business with. He always has your best interest in mind. I really appreciate his excellent advice regarding international shipping. TJ does a great job providing a superior customer service. He is an attentive and efficient multitasker. The entire staff impressed me as being motivate, knowledgeable, and most helpful.

The most incompetent employees and owner. Avoid and go elsewhere. These guys want to take the money for Amazon contracts but don’t want to process returns or do any of the work. I’ve never seen a business establishment where the Manager calls customers “customers like you” and “petty”. No intelligence found at this location.

Great Store. I came in with a large painting worth $1,500. I was skeptical because of the review but I took a chance. My painting was over sized and couldnt go normal UPS so, Matt offered me Freight Services.(which I never heard of ). He packed and shipped my painting safely. I was really ecstatic. Thanks!

Great customer service, by far the best Ups Store Ive been to. Cassandra was so lovely, & extremely helpful! Quick service, pack & ship guarantee, which was awesome in my case. I had a big painting & i didnt have to worry about it getting damaged, ruined, or finding the right box to pack it in. The employees did an excellent job on packing my painting. It arrived at its destination exactly as i brought it in. I recommend everyone to ship their packages here. Thanks again Cassandra & Matt!

On 9/28/2020 I went to mail a package at your location and was treated extremely hostile by the young lady behind the counter at approximately 5:00 PM. I have used this store numerous times and have never experienced this behavior by any other worker.

A convenient location with plenty of parking. I have never had a wait so it is a quick in and out. Packing supplies are available if you need them.

I try and support local businesses, but this one is having problems. Dropped off a package at 2:15 in the afternoon. I wanted it sent overnight to MN. Paid 277.33 for a 20 lbs box of perishables. This UPS store was unable to get it to their shipping hub on time ( problem with driver) and my box went out late. So much for overnight. What the heck. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service, which was absolutely no help. UPDATE: Received a phone call from Paul (the owner) he explained unusual problems with my package, complete refund. Honorable!!

HORRIBLE service!From the blah attitude and mumbling answers from the people who work there to the fact that my package sat there for a WEEK before I called and was told “yea it’s still here”. When I returned to pick it up and take to DHL directly in Norwalk I was told “yea sometimes DHL doesn’t pick up here for a while...i don’t know...”OK well that info would have been useful when I dropped it off and was told “yea, DHL does pick ups”. And DHL has them listed as an official shipping center. BIG MISTAKE!! Management should be ashamed.

The attendant person Casandra doesnt have the right customer service attitude to manage that business. I felt very disappointed with her manners, her body language, her look and tone of voice. Maybe because she was next door and had to run to the UPS place when she saw me walking..I wanted to mail 40 boxes to different places in the US, thanks God Im not doing business with that UPS!

These jokers ruined a 50 year old, irreplaceable, glass vase with their negligent handling of it. They insisted on filing a UPS claim for the damage despite it being 100% their fault in house and that claim shorted me at the end of it so I did not get reimbursed the full amount I was entitled to. I probably should have bailed before ever letting them ship anything for me as the lead up had several indicators that they havent got their act together.When I disputed the reimbursement there was nothing but excuses and ridiculous claims about how they barely charged me anything and how they normally charge $30-$40 just to pick up from an auction house. Complete lies as I do this all the time and no one charges that, they couldnt as no one would pay it!The 2 people I dealt with were Matt, worst attitude ever, completely couldnt care less about customer service, and Afif, a total liar and crook who in the end tried to lever me sending the vase back (something I had already agreed to do from the outset if UPS wanted it) for a further refund!Steer clear of this store if you know what is good for you. Who knows, maybe UPS corporate will take the franchise away as after reading the other reviews here it seems that would be warranted!I wish I could give them less than 1 star!

Owner,Matt Loris was extremely rude. No eye contact. No intention to help. Felt like I was bothering him. No internet connection on the computer there on which I was told I could print from. When I told him about it, he just shrugged it off saying “internet is not under my control “.Never going back there again

Should be called Store that does mailing services and happens to use UPS. They were extremely unhelpful and even argumentative when trying to sort out a delivery issue. UPS Corporate took care of my shipping issue no problems there, but no help from the local FFLD center center Store on the Post.
