Extremely rude manager....always trying to find a way to not help. I have seen it many times. She should be working in the back stocking parts, not working with customers. Maybe less cigarette breaks and more time actually training the employees on the job. Couple good guys there, but leadership by example at that store. Never again will I give my business to them. Good luck getting something exchanged even with a receipt. They act like they paid for it and dont want to honor the warranty.

Friendly staff, I bought a jeep that needs fixing at least once a week. The staff at this autozone are friendly and know me by name. Not to mention they are extremely knowledgeable. I never wait long and they greet me with warm happy faces.

Helped me with a machine to hook up on my car. Just needed to tighten up my gas cap. Saved me a trip to the Honda dealership!!❤️😁

I have been a Zoner for many, many years. That is to say that most of my parts purchases have been at Auto Zone. Most always what I needed was available with good service. I must say however the staff services at the Fairhope store leaves a lot to be desired. A very dry, sort of unwelcoming attitude each time I’ve been there. A sort of a silent “I don’t care much that you are here.” I’ve started to drive an extra 2 miles to Advance Auto. Pleasant service.

Order a part for my side mirror last week, nice guy told me it would be in the next day around noon, I paid for over the phone. Go up the next day they don’t know where my part is. The guy was honest with me and told me he wasn’t sure where it is, and told me just to call up here next time and not drive all the way up the and he’ll let me know when it comes in, I call the next day still not there. The next day I talked to a girl up there that was very helpful and Took time to try to figure out what the issue was, so now I know it’s FedEx and there were Multiple orders late. Then someone calls me today saying that the part that I wanted, they would have to order it That it’s not in the store, and asked me if I ordered a radiator hose or something. I don’t like writing Bad reviews, everybody that I spoke to was very nice and professional., but it doesn’t seem like they have any idea what’s going on with my part or when it’s going to be in. And I already paid for it. I’ve could of save some trouble and a little bit of money by ordering it online myself.

Good place to get parts for your car

If you dont have a part number they will not help you. They no longer employ people that can assist you with issues. Only cashiers and clerks with no mechanical knowledge at all. You have to look up the part you need and be sure to bring in the part number or you are totally out of luck. I will no longer be shopping at the Fairhope Autozone. I will drive several miles out of my way to go elsewhere.

Good place to get car parts but lacking anything British unfortunately. I say that with a bit of humor as I was looking for door prizes with a hint British flavor.

I ordered a part there a week and a half ago, no one called as they told me they would when it arrived. The part was to be price matched, it was not until I demanded it again at the store. So, nine days later I finally had my part, a bug visor to be exact. I went to put it on today, and what do you know, it is broken. I take it back, and Valarie the customer service manager is completely unconcerned with my problem. I tried to exchange it, and she said it would be another week. I ask if she would ship it to my house, and she refused, I asked if they would expedite shipping, and they refused again. While getting my refund Valarie and the other employee were making jokes about how much paper they were using. I will NEVER go back to this store. I want to be perfectly clear, there was no miscommunication in this entire process, they blatently dropped the ball on this, and then refused to make it right. I have spent nearly $500 dollars in this store within the last two weeks. I completely regret it now.

Called the store to see if they had a specific part for my vehicle. Valerie, who later I found out was the Customer Service Manager, was very short and unhelpful. She acted uninterested in my questions and was out right rude. Definitely wouldn’t suggest other females, let alone anyone go there.
