This place make me feel like a kid in a candy store! All the self care, skin care,and beauty products are wonderful! You can always find great products in your price range here!

My daughter went in this morning for a haircut. She has a pixie cut and wanted it changed up a bit- a new style. They trimmed it ( probably took five to ten minutes) and said they couldn’t give her the style she wanted. I feel they took advantage of her being 14 and should have sent her home instead of giving her something that was not what she was paying for. Had she wanted a trim, she could have gone to Great Clips and saved me $40. $60 plus tip later, I have to now schedule with another stylist who actually knows how to cut and style hair. Shameful, poor service. I am calling their corporate and will never return to this location- not even to buy makeup!! In my opinion, businesses who don’t deliver what is expected do not deserve my money.

I absolutely hate getting my haircut, and I’ve had a few bad experiences at Ulta salons in the past. However, I was warmly greeted by Raquel for my appointment today, and she treated me with the utmost care, and made me feel beautiful! I highly recommend her, and I wish I could give her ten stars!

Went in to find eos lip balm and possibly get hair mask. I did manage to find both. Was helped by a wonderful friendly personFrom ulta. She helped me find a great deep conditioning mask for my very dry brittle blonde hair that Ive colored so many times and bleached etc. She recommended biolage matrix both in jar and in pouch. As well as its a 10 miracle leave in. Ive tried it ( after I dyed hair again haha) and it really seemed to help. And keep frizz down too. Was surprised how expensive these little things were!! Little bag of mask was 15 so I didnt get it.. i believe and little jar was 25! Its a ten tiny bottle was I think 13 or 14 dollars... Wasnt busy in there. I also used my free birthday gift which was better than sex mini mascara. I was little shocked perfume was taped up. I get make up I suppose which I still hate ugh. But I get it.. but perfume? Whatever.

This used to be my favorite Ulta but lately they’ve been dropping the ball. I almost never get greeted or offered help. I stopped in today and while I was looking around two of the workers were having a conversation, stopped and one of them said “did you need something” as if she was upset that I was close enough to hear them. Another worker almost knocked me over while helping another customer and didn’t say excuse me or apologize for running into me. The staff here used to be so great but now I think I’ll stick to buying from Sephora or just going to the brands website that I want to buy from.

I love Ulta. The employees are kind and helpful, and the store has a great selection of products. However, BE WARNED--DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED UNLESS YOU ARE GETTING THEM DONE AT THE BENEFIT BROW BAR. I had the worst eyebrow experience of my entire life about two weeks ago when I asked for full eyebrows, with just a bit of cleanup on my wonderfully thick natural eyebrows. The only reason I went to the salon is because my favorite brow technician was out on maternity leave. Now, normally I hate to complain, but the woman who did my eyebrows did not fulfill my request. My eyebrows were not even, she did not communicate with me, and she did a TERRIBLE job. Terrible. My eyebrows were thin and disgusting, and Im still appalled that the whole thing even happened. How do you get thin from thick? On top of that, the woman was not even wearing her mask properly (it was well below her nose), nor was she wearing a face shield. The brow bar women do a superior job (and they make sure to properly wear their masks and face shields), and they show you exactly where they are going to wax, and they make sure that they are in communication with what you want. Do NOT go to the salon to get your eyebrows done. I dont know the womans name, but she doesnt know how to do eyebrows properly and ended up butchering both mine AND my sisters eyebrows. I cried because of how ugly she made me feel.

I usually never have an issue at this location but I went in today to buy some products and when I was cashing out the cashier was friendly initially but when I declined to sign up for the credit card (I have seven credit cards, really don’t need another) she continued to push it on me, I said again I wasn’t interested and her ENTIRE demeanor changed, she threw my change on the counter instead of handing it to me and put my items in a bag and pushed them in my direction and sarcastically told me to have a good day without even looking my direction. I never have an issue at other locations kindly declining to sign up for the store credit which is a shame because this one is the closest one to me.

I dont remember her name, but the woman of color (kinda short) with curly hair is always a total sweetheart when helping me with anything. Overall everyone there is friendly and helpful and is quick to find whatever Im seeking.

Went to Areege in the salon for a color correction. I have no idea how she did it but she nailed it and at a perfect price! Highly recommend her!!!

Staff is completely uninterested in helping customers. I went in looking for a advice on a new product and not only did nobody offer any assistance I couldn’t find anyone to ask. Eventually picked out some high ticket items on my own and walked over to the register to check out. When it was my turn the cashier actually WALKED AWAY. I just put my products back on the shelf and left. This was not an isolated incident but it was probably the most insulting. Will not be returning.

I don’t usually review but I had the strangest experience at this store today! I was checking out and didn’t have a rewards program and the woman insisted I try a phone number and it didn’t work (I’m not a member) then I said it’s ok, I don’t need the rewards or whatever it gives you. She pursued me THREE more times to use another number or sign up after I said no each time. Like ok I get it! Just let me pay and get out of here!

Things are always out of stock here. It’s very apparent the staff here has a quota for getting people to sign up for the rewards program or credit cards. Checkout is usually not a great experience.

Bombarded by hellos when u walk in. I just wanted to look around and I was constantly asked if I was doing okay.

Maria is an absolute MAGICIAN! She delivered a result WAY better than I could even imagine and made me feel so at home, like I’d known her for years. 100/10 recommend you go to her for any of your hair needs

All the staff at ulta is friendly, fun, and make you feel like you’re there visiting some friends, not just shopping. I’m not a big make up person, but i do love skin and hair care! Matt’s got me feelin good as hell with the gloss and trim service. You can feel good, too, by visiting Matt for all your hair needs at Ulta in Fairview Park!

Fantastic hair spot.They have cameras and so they dont follow you around, lol. In fact, their staff has always been kind and friendly.Moreover, they have a wonderful (large) selection. Also, lots of nice extras.Cool store.

I had a major haircut from 10+ inches to super short up to my neck and I am so grateful for Red. She is the best and only hair stylist I will ever go to again. She makes me feel comfortable and never cuts more than I ask. Red is wonderful and I recommend her 100%! Thanks again :)

This place has the best items you can need in mens grooming.

Overall, this Ulta is pretty good. My only complaint is that it is sort of dirty and unorganized in the store, and the drugstore part of the store is insanely tight and not taken care of as much as the higher-end product side. But, the employees are always nice and my friend loves the way her eyebrows look after getting them waxed here. If youre looking for a clean makeup store, I would definitely recommend Sephora at Crocker Park instead, but Ulta definitely has more products at a much lower price.

I love Ulta but absolutely hate this location. Whenever I shop here I get dirty looks from employees and NEVER get greeted! Also asked for help with a benefit brow product and had to wait 15 minutes just to be ignored. NO CUSTOMER wants to feel uncomfortable! GET NEW EMPLOYEES or you will lose business!! 👊

The store is a little confusing to me, but the staff was amazing and helped me find all of the things I was looking for. Id highly recommend you give them a try. Also they have lots of stuff for guys. Lots of great products, make-up, lotions, hair stuff and everything you could imagine.

Three stars for the selection they have, missing two because the staff on the clock tonight was rude . I was there with my boyfriend and we were getting stared down the entire time we were in the store.

Great selection go to this location regularly. Kinda pricey but your paying for the good brands. Salespeople arent always helpful, they seem to just be pushing one product or service each time were there.

Would give zero stars if I could. I agree with a previous post. If you are black DO NOT go to this Ulta. The employees were not friendly. Stared at us like we killed their dog. Did not greet us. Was followed around by an employee as if I was going to steal. She wasn’t even discrete about it. She was so close that I could barely turn around without bumping into her. I love Ulta, but will NEVER shop at this location again!

I never write online reviews, but my experience here was truly awful and I feel compelled to share. A couple of months back, I went in to the Ulta Westgate salon for a quick trim and left the appointment in tears. Both the hairstylist and manager on staff that day completely mishandled my hair--using the wrong tools (thinning shears on already fine hair) and a seemingly untrained cutting approach. When I went to a different salon to have my hair repaired, the stylist said the layers were thinned, uneven and cut poorly. The only way to repair my hair was to cut most of it off above chin-length. To make matters worse, the women were non-communicative, dismissive and so, so rude. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, even for something as simple as a quick trim.

My favorite ULTA. Well lit, clean and usually fully stocked. Kara gives great facials and Maria does a great job running the salon.

This review is for the Brow Bar specifically!! If youre going ask for Ally!! She made me feel really comfortable and did an amazing job. My eyebrows feel upgraded!!

Ive always been a bit insecure about myself and the way I look, but I love makeup and doing my hair and all that good stuff. I went into Ulta because I had broke my powder foundation and I was also given a gift card to them for my birthday. Ive been struggling with money lately so I was pretty excited to get some new makeup. I went in and was greeted by two girls who worked there even though they were helping other customers at the time. I found my way to the Urban Decay foundation wondering what I was going to choose, until one of the girls who was finished helping another customer walked over to me and asked if I needed help and if I was doing okay. Her name was Marianne and she was very sincere and genuine. I told her that because my summer tan is fading away Im not sure what color my skin tone was. So she gladly tested some of the products on my face seeing what my color was. She then had me sit down in the chair and showed my some of the products that I should be interested in. She applied them on to my face then held the mirror up for me, I was blown away. I decided that I was going to get the two products she used and I was super excited. Usually I feel guilty when I splurge and get expensive things, but this was a must do. I have never seen my foundation look that good. Well she walked me straight up to the register and asked if I wanted to be a rewards member and explained to me all the benefits of being one. I gladly said yes and now here I am. She made such an impact on me I left that store so happy and I still am a day later. Marianne made that experience. She made me feel confident and beautiful and I couldnt be more thankful.

I went to browse around and maybe get some lipstick. I happened across the Essence section and decided to give it a try because the lipsticks were on sale for $1.79 and the nail polish was $0.99. When I checked out she told me $21 which is surprising because I expected $10. When I told her there was a sale sign she just shrugged her shoulders and said it must only be certain products. Normally when that happens they double check but I wasnt in the mood to pursue the issue because my 1 and a 1/2 year old was screaming throwing a temper tantrum because we were leaving. When I double checked online when I got home youll never believe but I was right, they were on sale. So now I have to go back and cross my fingers I dont get a snooty woman again.

For when you dont know what to get your wife/mom/sister/Co-worker. You can always get a woman something from Ulta. Also was surprised by the large selection of mens cologne.

I have never had a worse experience having my hair done than I did here the other day. The first time I went a few months ago, my hair was cut nicely. This past visit was the worst cut and color Ive had, ever. For the hair cut, it was done completely wrong. It looks like it was an attempt at layering, which I told her previously I absolutely do not want layers, and I was left with huge chunks missing from the front of my hair that frames my face. They dont blend into anything, and they are noticably uneven. The rest of my cut is a hot mess. . I have fine, thin hair, and it seems like she tried to layer the back or something to that effect which is not how it turned out at all. The edges arent even straight or the same length. Unless my hair is constantly brushed out, or pulled back you can tell its a bad cut and can blatantly see how choppy and uneven everything is. I have it cut again and they will need to take it shorter, to about my chin, which is the last thing I wanted as my face is very round. Im also getting married in a few months and will have to get extensions to compensate for the length that I lost. The dye job is also not anywhere close to what I asked for. The vibe I got was she wasnt to comfortable doing it since she tried to talk me out of it for a while. Ive had that style, it looks good on me. I wanted my light brown hair taken back to a darker brown, and purple ombred into it for the bottom. I told her I dont like red tones, and I dont like highlights, but thats what i got. Half of it didnt take because it wasnt allotted any time to process. Parts of my hair maybe had dye on them for 2 minutes. She eventually had to pull a product off the shelf and use that. Said she store used it, only to charge me for it later. Maybe it was the bad weather, and maybe she was very distracted, but on top of that the rest if her staff was begging her to let them leave, and gossiping about other employees and their customers in front of myself and another woman. The only thing redeeming is I got a full refund.

Absolutely revolting how me and other non-white customers are treated. Was overlooked twice by two different white employees based off out skin color. Avoid the tall manly white lady with blonde hair. Avoid this place if you arent white.

Cant beat Ulta for best prices and selection of beauty products.
