TOOK MY MONEY ON TUESDAY TOTALING $483.81 AND SCHEDULED DELIVERY FOR A STOVE ON WEDNESDAY 11/20--CALLED ME FRIDAY 11/15 TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY BUT NEVER DELIVERED ON TUESDAY 11/19 AS PROMISED--INSTEAD THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS, TAKING MY MONEY!!! NORMAND MENARD--OWNER AND OPERATOR--I HAVE FILED A CIVIL COMPLAINT SIR--WHAT YOU DID TO ME IS WRONG AND ILLEGAL--I HAVE ALSO FILED YOUR NAME WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU- DO WHATS RIGHT HERE!!! I WOULD APPRECIATE THE STOVE I PURCHASE OR A REFUND OF MY MONEY PLEASE!!!

ABSOLUTELY worse customer service I have ever seen! Management is horrible! I would expect it from a big box retailer, but not a local business that probably survives on repeat/word-of-mouth business. Suggestion: if they need to come out for a repair on your appliance, MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT FOR THE REPAIR VISIT! If not, when it comes time to replace the appliance due to multiple visits, they will LIE and say they were never out to your home as many times as they were. Definitely NOT the Nate Lions of our parents days!

Great place to shop for appliances, very knowledgeable and helpful people, and competitive prices. Very hard to find these days. Not to mention always there to help customers long after the sale with any issues.

Weve been using appliance world for our business needs for years. Priced very well in a world of big box stores and amazon, etc. Always know who you can call when youre in a time crunch not a 1-800-number.

Moved since we had bought appliances there. Any product I asked about I was told they didnt have it or anything similar on the Floor but they could get it for me.During the week following my visit, I saw on the news and other media that they closed their doors!

So I guess they closed they deliver a stove to me on the 2nd of November and dented the door on the stove, and told me they would call me and ship me a new stove door cant get a hold of them
