From start to finish, kind, caring, professional and considerate. If you’re trying to decide on who to use, use Walter’s shop!! I never met him before, I wasn’t recommended to him by a friend or family so my review is purely of my own experience.I left feeling like part of the family and I have no doubt you will too, o yes, most important, the body work… car looked newer than when I bought it and was detailed on pickup. It’s top notch service and a True Gem here in our little city. When you go treat him well because he’s going to do that and more for you!! While I hope and pray I don’t need body work in the future, however, if I do, without hesitation, I’ll be back at his shop!

I must say Competitive Auto in Fall River is the best company for anything car related that I’ve have ever been too in my life. The owner Walter is an extremely fair, hard working, considerate person who explains every situation in regards to your car in perfect detail. I would recommend this business to everybody.

Ive never felt more comfortable actually leaving my car any because of some of the experiences ive encountered. I had my grill replaced and a few other things done. The end result was absolutely stunning, my car looked nicer than it did coming off the lot! They did an amazing job and were very professional, kind & have great prices in comparison to most auto shops!! I will never go anywhere else- thank you so much guys!!

Walter did an amazing job on my brand new suv that got rear ended while I was at a red light. It looks like it just came off the lot. He always kept me updated and helped me with any questions needed.When he says he stands behind his work he sure does I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my vehicle repaired besides competitive.

So, let me just start off by saying this shop has some of the best customer service Ive dealt with. The shop owner Walter really cares about his customers and want them to be completely satisfied with the work done. I was referred to him by 2 of my friends who had work done by him and he didnt disappoint. A huge tree limb fell on my car taking some really decent damage and he restored it as if it never happened, and kept me updated along the way ( he personally answers the calls ) the car was even fully detailed inside when I got it back. Great shop
