We were met by a sales rep. right after we entered the show room. I gave him my email that I received. He showed us the mattress that was recommended to us and we laied on it to test it. We looked around and choose a different mattress. Delivery was set up and off we went. Very pleasant sales person. Explained everything to us and was very patient with us.

Mattress firm Fallriver was GREAT! Diane specifically was awesome. I was waiting over a month for my purple mattress from CARDIS and they kept telling me each week my mattress would come in. I called mattress firm they had the purple in stock and was able to deliver to my door two days later !

My husband and I went to the Fall River location to purchase a new mattress. Our sales rep Marc was extremely professional and very patient as we were trying out different mattresses. He even apologized to us after another customer entered the store and was rude to him. He was knowledgeable and informative, at the end of our visit, we purchased a great bed with a great deal. He was also very polite to other customers who entered the store as he was the only sales rep there. I would definitely recommend working with Marc who is usually in the Dartmouth store we learned. Can’t wait to sleep on our new mattress.

I would definitely recommend buying your new mattress from the Dartmouth Mattress Firm. John was a very helpful person. We had no idea what we were looking for in a new mattress because of all the new options on the market. He walked us through it and answered all of our questions. He gave us a quote and added all the coupons he could find. He also was available via text and three days after receiving the quote, I completed the transaction all through text message. Very accommodating as my wife and I are busy people without a lot of spare time to spend at the store. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Benjamin was very helpful and made very clear that I gave till july to make sure I like the mattress. Price was fair although when I got home I was checking reviews and found it over 100.00 cheaper. Bed and adjustable base coming in two days.

So glad I chose Mattress Firm for my purchase. Ian was very knowledgeable about the different brands of mattresses and which type of mattress is best for certain sleeping positions. We also purchased a 600 base and a 900 base. They are excellent. Great pricing too.

Very accommodating, had previously gone to Cardis furniture which wanted me to wait because they did not have what I wanted and they were waiting for parts to come in, I asked Cardis that if I bought a bedroom set also would they cut me a deal on the mattress and box spring and frame and they said no but I would get a waffle maker. So I went to mattress firm and they didnt have what I wanted but they did show me something else which I agreed and they gave me a break on the price which I am very pleased with, because as a former employee of Cardis I know that there Mark up is 400 percent and higher, so sorry Cardis and thank you mattress firm.

Anthony helped us purchase our new Purple mattress. He was extremely helpful and friendly! The delivery crew was great as well, they were very professional and helpful!

Was good service: but quick to take advantage of a situation: sold me a bed cover with a stain on it, and couldn’t trade for another for a sold damaged product. Go on amazon, for anything else other than the bed. When I had walked in; I was greeted with a smart cocky smart remark when I had asked for the trade or my money back.

I was talking to a store clerk outside of this establishment. After implying that I would need a cost efficient mattress he guided me to the back of the store and showed me a few mattresses for free!!! After thanking this store clerk named Anthony I tied it to the top of my 12 year old Subaru I gave Anthony a big hug and thank you. The reason why this review is only 4 stars is because I found the mattress to have been a little soggy and had mild damage. Although it was the slighty damaged its been holding up very well. I even conceived my 5 year old daughter on it! Thank you mattress firm for the wonderful experience and mattress!!!

Let me start off here by saying my experience was only bad because of the staff. The gentleman (lack of a better word) working very awkwardly greeted us. Almost like he was screaming at us. We informed him we were in the market for a mattress and he had us lay on a few while askimg questions about sleep preference ect. At which point we answered and looked around at some reccomended products. At this point the associate decided to tell my wife that he is on tinder and bumble, and is looking to get laid. He was also bragging about his warewolf appeal and how he used to work with a guy from 94hjy. Now, at this point we decided to leave. We had our 3 and 4 year old children with us and decided this was horrendous, and that we will at this point only go to cardis for our bedding needs. Needless to say, he missed out on a $900 sale.
