I am such a picky bride and have a hard time making a decision. I visited Party Dress Express 4 times before saying Yes to the dress! I went the first time alone and left excited but confused as they had so many options are a great price!Everytime I visited I had an amazing experience everyone was always so happy and accommodating I never felt any pressure. I had also been to seven bridal shops before a co worker recommended Party Dress. As soon as I walked in I knew I would buy my dress here.They also offer great rewards for your entire party which was nice. They are very upfront and honest went over the entire process before I ordered. So after 4 times I finally said yes to the dress this Friday and couldnt been any happier!My dress is gorgeous! Susie Moniz helped both mothers and she was nothing but absolutely thorough and supportive! We had visited a bridal salon prior to this appointment with PDE and it wasn’t nearly as pleasant or accommodating. Thank you for all of your assistance- and a special shout-out to Susie! Both moms found their beautiful dresses at an affordable price range.

I went to Party Dress Express in August to search for my wedding dress. In no way do I want this review to impact our sales associate, as she was not the problem.The things I had a problem with were the policies with this store. There were too many contingencies present with the slogan when you say yes to the dress.... I was immediately caught off guard when I told that when I made my purchase today that my mother of the bride dress would receive a discount. Please do not assume that every bride that enters the store is fortunate enough to have her mother present for her wedding day.I tried on 17 dresses. My sales associate was very patient, but I definitely felt overwhelmed, especially at the end when I was asked do you want to make a purchase or a sale? I was very much thrown off that they would think that someone who was presenting with my responses would be ready to spend money on a bridal gown.At the end of the appointment I wanted to cry as I was told that even with my wedding being 8 months away that they couldnt guarantee that I would have my dress in time to allow for alterations. Since they have signs posted everywhere about no pictures, I asked them if I could have the stock photos forwarded to me and I was told to email them.I was feeling so-so about my experience until the next part. I asked over email if I could have the stock photos emailed to me of my top 3 dresses. The email I received back was not signed and restated the policies about pictures (which I respected and why I was asking to reference the pictures from their website). I was told that if I wanted to know which dresses I picked that I could schedule a follow up appointment. I wrote an email back inquiring about getting the reference numbers so I could refer back to them and stating I found one of the styles already out of the three, and this email was ignored.A few weeks later, I received a phone call from the store in which they used a wrong first name for me twice (and my voice-mail has my name) asking about scheduling a follow-up.**Advice- write down the style numbers before you leave as they have every dress listed on their site.**Over the next 2 weeks, I went to 2 local bridal boutiques where I found the same designer gowns in a low stress setting. I was encouraged to take pictures. The prices were also hundreds less than this store. A month later, I am still frustrated with how I was treated after leaving the store. I highly encourage other brides to visit their local discount stores.

After a horrendous experience at another local bridal shop I found myself googling where I could go. I found Party Dress Express I saw they were by appointment and figured why not try? So I drove there. I was outside the door and saw the sign that said we are by appointment by try to accommodate walk ins if we can. So I called. They came up and said they had another appointment on her way in so we had 45 minutes to try on and if we needed more time we can make a follow up appointment.I worked with Ashley she was amazing! so patient and had a huge selection of dresses! if you shop here and cannot find a dress I dont know where you will find one!! Everyone was so nice from receptionist to cashier and I said yes to my dress!!!If you have an event coming up you need to make your appointment now!Good luck to this small business. After talking with one of the owners its so sad to hear how they have been affected I wish these two sisters, young entrepreneurs the best of luck and you ladies will get through this!

Fatima is amazing!I went to Party Dress Express after an appointment at Alexandra’s, which is lovely. While PDE and it’s location are not as fancy, you’ll find many of the same dresses that are at Alexandra’s. I much preferred my experience at PDE. Fatima is wonderful and a true pro.With only five months between my engagement and my wedding, there were few dresses, if any, that could be ordered and arrive in time. I was a bit anxious about finding a dress that was truly me as well as available, and Fatima put me at ease right away. I was discouraged after not trying on any dresses that were actually my style at Alexandra’s (you don’t get to pick the dresses yourself, the stylist does). Fatima helped me find my dress from the store’s inventory and it was well under my budget. I couldn’t be happier with my dress. It is super flattering and I don’t have to wear Spanx!I also highly recommend Alterations Express next door - Fatima works there too.

There are not enough positive things to say about Ashley and the whole experience with Party Dress Express!With 8 women in our bridal party we had a collection of various ages, shapes, and heights. Ashley connected individual with each woman to make them all feel comfortable. As a bride, I felt prioritized, even though I didnt go into the first appointment having much for ideas other than I wanted my bridal party to coordinate and all feel comfortable. I was so pleased to be able to select 8 different dress options, including a pant style, that coordinate and look gorgeous on each of the ladies.Ashley was a critical part of styling my bridal party and I have no doubt my wedding be beautiful because of it! I was able to rely that Ashley was politely steering everyone in the right direction when they drifted too far away from my vision at times. In the end everyone is more than happy and I am beyond thankful to have worked with Ashley!

After having a terrible experience at a nearby bridal shop, I was a little in a panic. Four months until my wedding and no dress. I was driving by, when I saw party dress express. I stopped in. Luckily my consultant Denise finished her previous appt early and could take me .....everything happens for a reason. Denise was absolutely amazing. Within minutes she read me, understood my personally and what I was looking for. The first dress I tried on was the ONE. She was an amazing consultant. So patient, funny and kind. The managers were so nice and helpful as well. I am so thankful that terrible experience led me to such a wonderful memory. Thanks guys!

Today I went shopping during a pandemic for my wedding dress. I thought the restrictions might take away from the experience. I was so so wrong. Jessica Cordeiro was my stylist. Not only did she listen to me about what I was looking for, but she made me feel beautiful (even in the dresses that were definitely not for me). She was welcoming to the guests I had with me and made me forget that we were wearing masks and living during such a difficult time.She had me try on styles like those I thought I wanted. Pushed me to try out things I never thought I could pull off. Offered suggestions on how to alter or modify certain dresses. And lead me right to MY dress.The store has so many options, there was no way to not find something in my price range and style. I would recommend Jessica and Party Dress Express to anyone who needs a dress for ANY event.I felt like my gown made me look like a million bucks without spending anywhere near the high end of my budget.It was a great day at the perfect store. Ashley was such a delight to work with to finding my dress go exactly what I’ve envisioned for my wedding dress! When i went back for my follow-up she made it so easy for my mother and i was able to say “yes” to the dress !!! She’s such a great asset to your establishment! 🥰👰🏼‍♀️

My mother and I scheduled an appointment, gave credit card information in case of cancellation (they would take 50 dollars for more than 15 minute delay), and I filled out an in depth questionnaire that specifically asked for my desired budget. Upon our arrival the doors were locked. After standing for a few minutes in their cold hallway, a woman made her way to the door, unlocks it. After we said we had an appointment, she shuts and locks the door, to check her list! Right from the start it was an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. We had to invite ourselves into the store...to be able to wait there instead of out in the hallway.The appointment started 15 minutes late...the only dress I liked was one that had been accidentally put in the wrong price section. I was dissapointed in the selection.Overall - OK store, but a pretty harsh experience for a bride-to-be during prep days.

Unless you are willing to pay $300-500 on alterations on a BRIDESMAID dress I would look elsewhere that will actually have inclusive sizes⬇️ Notice how they defer all responsibility because they make you sign a contract. Only people trying to scam you make you sign a multiple page contract for a DRESS. You’re better off going with someone who is upfront about all of those things (sizing, who gets to pick what size is ordered, etc.) instead of trying to hide behind a piece of paper (none of the things mentioned below were discussed with me, I was measured and then made to sign a paper in order to purchase the dress) Buyer beware basically

Purchased my wedding dress here, the shopping experience was good. The woman helping me was very nice and I tried on ten dresses within an hour, ended up picking my dress for a fair price.Picking it up was challenging. I have never been able to get through to someone when calling, I dont think anyone attends the phones they just send all calls to voicemail. The pickup period is restrictive, they give you a set amount of time to pickup a dress or a veil which can be inconvenient. Especially now since you have to make an appointment to pickup and they dont answer the phones for you to setup the appointment.Overall youll get a dress at a fair price and they have a decent selection, but after that be prepared to have headaches dealing with communication. I guess you are getting what you pay for.

Denise was rude, didn’t let us help the future bride look around for dresses. Also told me that I was naughty and proceeded to escort me to a “time out” chair.

So many dresses! Priced from $50-$500 in every color you can imagine. The staff was really helpful even though we arrived shortly before close. It seems all sales are final and they dont do alterations but you can get a great deal on a fantastic dress here.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here with Fatima. I live in NYC, but many of the stores there did not carry the specific styles I wanted to see. I had heard great things about Party Dress Express and they did not disappoint. Fatima was amazing and patient. I described what I liked (I had been to a few other places so I had a specific idea of what I wanted). She selected gowns that fit my style, and helped me envision them with different fabric colors. She was an expert at making the sample gowns fit with clips to help me get an idea of what I wanted. One of my favorite things about this salon is that I was not pressured at all into making a decision. My family and friends were able to have an amazing time and just go with the flow of trying things on. I ended up saying yes to the dress thanks to their wonderful service and beautiful selection. Fatima and Party Dress Express, thanks for everything! You guys brought my ideas to reality for the big day.

Just left that place. Went with my daughter to try to look at prom dresses decided to check the bridal area to see if she could find something that was more of what she was looking for in that section as they have light pink dresses as well....we were told by this blond older lady we could not touch any dresses and also that we could not even look at any dresses without an appointment! Really before I can make a decision to give you my business I need to browse to see if there is anything I’m interested! With so many competitive stores I’m amazed how costumer service/stores management can be so out of touch with reality.. well less business for you and more for someone else

I can’t say enough about this place I absolutely love them. When I came to look at a dress I was just so lost and they helped me in every way possible. I had my heart set on one dress but wasnt ready to commit but then on my third visit I showed Fatima a picture and said please just let me try on one last dress and it was it!!! Fatima was so kind and patient. After my third visit I finally said yes to my dress and I absolutely adore it. It was so sweet of them to celebrate with me, take photos with me and give me a goody bag to bring home for me to toast at finding my dress. I can’t thank the girls enough, I can’t thank management enough, I can’t thank Fatima enough for helping me find my dream dress! Hidden gem!I went to another bridal shop before coming to Party Dress Express. The other bridal shop was more formal, and though the stylist was nice, I wasnt 100% comfortable & I didnt feel comfortable to be honest with her or ask questions.At Party Dress Express, I immediately felt comfortable when I walked through the doors with my mom & sister. The staff looked over right away & 1 staff helped check us in. It wasnt overwhelming. Everyone was friendly & had smiles, but were not overwhelming. You could tell all the staff loved what they do & were there to help.Fatima Cabral was the stylist assigned to us, and she was perfect! So enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and helped stick to what I was looking for. She was respectful of my budget and helped guide us, along with giving our group space & our own freedom to shop around. Other stores hover too much, try to pick out styles for you that youre not interested in, and try to pressure you to buy. Fatima was able to read us well & gave us the right balance of guidance & expertise, along with freedom & space.I ended up taking home a dress that same day & paid $500 for it! It was in great condition & was only out on the racks for a couple months.Lots of options. able to order different colors as well (champagne, ivory, white).Could not have asked for a better experience!After bridal dress shopping, we shopped around for my moms dress & my sisters bridesmaid dress. Other shops require appts for mother of the brides & bridesmaids too. Jill was the stylist that jumped in and helped us. She was so enthusiastic & also gave us the right balance of guidance & space. She worked with us on styles & price as well. My sister walked out with her dress off the clearance rack for $15 !!! incredible.so many colors & styles.We drove an hour to check out Party Dress Express & I would highly recommend it to anyone! so worth it! These ladies have been doing this for years & it shows.

Myself and my maid of honor just left party dress express and I was very happy with our experience!’ They had a great selection and the help was even better. Theresa B was amazing and so so so helpful. She made us feel comfortable and welcome and was so great at putting her input in to help make the best decision I could make for my bridesmaids. BEYOND thankful for the women at Party Dress Express! As a Bride who is a size 16/18 I dreaded dress shopping because I felt so uncomfortable in sample size world. BUT the ladies at PDE are ANGELS!!The day of my appointment I expressed to Kelly & Meredith that I am a bigger girl who has had a terrible experience and I want to get this over with and they made sure they expressed to me that I am a beautiful women and I deserve to feel as such. It may sound foolish and small but up until my PDE appointment I had terrible experiences else where and Kelly and Meredith made me feel like an absolute queen. They listened to what I liked and disliked and helped me find my dream dress!PDE has been very informative with the shipping of my dress and calls me monthly for updates on my bridesmaids dresses. I am very grateful for all of the women who work at PDE and who have made this experience during a trying time absolutely amazing. I love you guys so much and highly recommend them to any bride, bridesmaid, mother of bride/groom and flower girls!

A few pretty dresses, but a lot of poor quality cheap looking items. The sales lady in the fitting rooms was wonderful but the cashier was not very pleasant.Also, buyer beware, they don’t do alterations, and they don’t stand by their products. If you were to experience for example a broken zipper, lace ripping, beading falling off etc. you own it. Read all the fine print!

I made an appointment last minute and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. My mother had come in from out of state so I was looking for a dress not only for myself but her. They paired me up with a woman named Rosemary who is just about the most amazing helpful person ever. Not only did she help me stay within my price range but she pick helped me pick out my dress. It was absolutely perfect and only within 45 minutes of the start of my appointment. Our second appointment was supposed to start at 12 PM, However she fit us in And hour early and also helped us pick out our Bridesmaids dresses just as quick. Her taste was just spot on for my needs with so few questions, and getting to know each other. I cannot recommend Rosemary and party dress express enough they really did make being a bride so easy and I really appreciate it

My mother needed a dress for my upcoming wedding in November so we decided to come here. My mother is very picky lol and modest (she’s in her mid to late 60’s). I have to say ALL of the staff that interacted with us were very friendly and more importantly made my mother feel very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Party Dress Express to anyone. If I didn’t already get my wedding dress, I would’ve purchased from them.

Ive had 2 experiences here. One looking for a bridesmaid dress and one helping my friend find a wedding dress. The first time was okay. I definitely think it depends on who you get. She wasnt super helpful. The second time was great! Kelly was very helpful, understood what my friend was looking for, and was able to easily help even when my friends vision changed. Overall I recommend this place for any of your formal dress needs!

My daughter had an appointment for a wedding dress. She had not picked it up and she came here to look for 1. The wonderful lady who helped her, I think her name was Camilla, was very helpful and brought out several dresses I know. My daughter finally said Yes to the dress after about an hour and a half of fitting other dresses

5 stars honestly doesnt do it justice, they are a 10 in my book! I said yes to my dress at Party Dress Express today. I cannot say enough about how wonderful of an experience myself and my family had! My consultant, Denise, was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the different designers styles and she listened to mt thought. They even allowed me to come back after going to another appointment and put the dress back on so that I could be sure of my choice! Just all around excellent service, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, and amazingly genuine people! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I could not be happier with my choice and cannot wait to go back and get my bridesmaids dresses and more!

This is the best dress shop in the area i took my daughter for an event dress at the other place in Fall River they were so rude and inconsiderate to my daughters request so we decided to try party dress express than god we did the staff was so helpful and actually listened to my daughter and showed her all the dresses she liked she picked two the prices and help were amazing I would recommend this place to everyone

Went to party dress express to find my wedding gown! Marlene was very patient, helpful, and accommodating! I didn’t feel rushed, pushed, and I found something wonderful on the clearance rack. I ended up putting that dress on hold to go to another store for an appointment. The other store had me waiting 40+ minutes past my appointment time so I left, and I ended up accepting that it was fate. I went back before close and bought my wonderful dress! The girls at party dress express were extremely happy for me. Thank you to everyone, especially Marlene for helping me pick a wonderful dress!

I had the best time finding my wedding dress here. Liz was so helpful, nice and patient while I tried on numerous dresses--finally narrowing it down to the one. She really made me feel comfortable, and kept giving me accessories to fit the whole look together. The owner was lovely to me as well. The selection was excellent, and the prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this shop!

I just bought my wedding dress from Party Dress Express today and I had the most wonderful experience there. I was nervous about dress shopping, because Id never been before - I only own one dress, and I wouldnt consider myself anywhere near a typical bride, so I was afraid shopping for my dress was going to be more stressful than anything else.This place was wonderful! My family and I had an amazing time shopping there. The women who helped us out were so charming and kind, and willing to take care of everything for us. They made the whole process fun and enjoyable, and were happy to pull gowns off the racks for us as well as suggest ones they thought Id like. I never felt like they were pressuring me to buy something, they just seemed to be having as much fun as I was. I didnt expect to walk out with a payment on a dress, but I ended up finding the perfect one - on their clearance rack, for just $500! They have a huge selection and the customer service has been great so far. Ill definitely be going back to purchase my accessories, too. The store is located in an area that seems a little sketchy, but I cant recommend this place and the customer service highly enough.

Lots of stock and styles to try from but crazy high pressure tactics. I was fully aware that I was cutting it close and told her this and once I found a dress I liked she just kept repeating over and over how I had no time to waste. They even offer special discounts for additional services (altering, bridesmaids, accessories etc) if you buy the first time youre there. Oh and their prices were no different from the retail prices suggested by the designers websites. Go someplace nicer and pay the same price.

Great selection! Amazing prices! I made an appt for bridal and bridesmaid shopping and was greeted right away they even had fitting rooms blocked off for me! My girls and myself all found dresses! I will recommend party dress for all your wedding needs ;)

Had my very first dress appointment today (yay!) However, my experience was not one I’d like to relive. As you ladies (and men) know this is such an exciting time for us, especially when it comes to finding the dress for your big day, and it should be handled with excitement and thrill for the buyer. Unfortunately this was not the case at Party Dress Express in Fall River. Please don’t be mislead by their website as they do not cater in store to many people over a size 12. They also do not have all colors available in store, you can order them, but as a first time buyer I felt very mislead. I understand you can’t have everything in every size in stock, but options need to be there. But, the problem isn’t the business itself or the dresses.My main concern is with their staff. Our consultant wasn’t warm from the start, she wasn’t rude but didn’t seem like she cared that I was satisfied at all. I felt more like I was shopping for a funeral rather than a wedding. She was consistently ignoring my requests for the styles I like, trying to put me into dresses that were very under sized. For someone who is a trained consultant, this should be the first skill you learn. As I watched the other bridal parties be treated with respect, offered snacks and beverages while they waited, my group was not given any of this consideration. There was dress on a mannequin that I was very interested in trying on and, as another staff member offered to remove it for me, my consultant flat out told her no because I “already had enough dresses.” She did not respect a single request I gave, giving me essentially the opposite. It was like going shopping for a convertible and the salesman only shows you minivans.To top everything off, after emotional stress on a day that should be treated with care, she pulled open the curtain on my half-naked body while getting dressed. This is absolutely unacceptable and was emotionally scarring to a degree that no person in a public setting should ever feel. As a marketer of a business, and as a member of the community, I am absolutely appalled at what happened to me today.If any of you lovely ladies have any recommendations for another shop that offers more respect to their patrons, please let me know. I was willing to drop $4000, and unfortunately for Party Dress Express, they will not be receiving any business or referrals from me.

I had a really good experience here, both times. I had went to get my prom dress but I couldnt since someone else had already bought it for my school and they wont sell the same dress twice for the same school. And when they told me that I was literally heart broken. But they worked so hard to find me another dress that I loved and wanted to buy. They asked me what I liked and after they were pulling dresses for me to try on so I could find a dress that I loved again. Along with that the people and manager where so nice to me and my mother. Very understanding and helpful!

The dresses/designers are great quality!Ive purchased multiple for various formal occasions and give quality 5 stars. However, the saleswoman for my maid of honor dress insisted I go up a dress size when the size I tried on was far too big already on my chest and body. She did this in hopes of me returning to their store for alterations and I am beyond angry at her and myself for listening to her and purchasing the larger dress. The top on my 2 sizes too large dress required DRASTIC alterations from my tailor that could have easily been avoided if the saleswoman wasnt so geared towards getting business for their tailor. I highly recommend you go with your gut on the fit of the dress youre wearing-the sales people here dont have your best interest in mind. My dress is beautiful but only after 2 fittings and 135 dollars later at a tailor to make the dress actually fit me. It was taken in 2 sizes and the top reconstructed to fit me. Size 6 regularly, tried on an 8 and it fit large on the top, sales woman insisted on a 10 and because she was adamant that I needed it I did it. Buyer beware. Trust your gut.

Though I did not end up purchasing my dress here, I had the most wonderful experience trying dresses on. The selection was great, but a step up price-wise from somewhere like Davids Bridal. My consultants name was Denise and she was phenomenal. She made me, as a plus-sized bride, feel beautiful and comfortable. She made some great suggestions and really made me and my family feel completely at ease. She wrote everything down for me and double-checked the prices with me so that when and if I came back, I would know what to expect. Though I didnt find my perfect dress, I would definitely recommend this store to ANY bride, especially plus-sized brides - they had an amazing collection! Thank you Denise!

Ive had nothing but great experiences shopping at dress express throughout the years. From homecomings to proms and selecting bridesmaids dresses everyone there was always been incredibly helpful and polite.

I recently discovered Savvi in Fall RIver, and my experiences there have been superb! Ive been there on several occasions and the salesperson Jade was exceptional in fulfilling my needs! For special ordering, I received the items in just 3 days...The prices are excellent and I have sent many customers there since my first visit... We were particularly grateful for the personal attention given us by Jade... She made the process a pleasant one!... Also, she was very knowledgeable and was able to give us suggestions....We will continue to use them and suggest you give them an opportunity to fulfill your needs... Excellent experience......

Daughter got a bridesmaid dress there. They were so busy but staff was nice to us.

This place was terrible. They have a big selection but any dress that was on sale was stained, missing beads or in poor condition. Also, the staff are far from helpful. We asked for help finding a wedding dress and not one, but three different clerks told us they couldnt help us. Then, we finally had a sales woman pull two flower girl dresses off the sale rack for us. When we brought them to the register, we were then told they were full price (difference of over $300). We explained that they were on the sale rack and that one of their employees had helped us and confirmed they were on sale and both the manager and cashier were beyond rude and didnt honor the sale price. Id never go here again and honestly dont know how theyre still in business.

Helped my granddaughter find her First Communion dress all by myself. No employee assistance was offered at all. FRI. 4/20/18.

I bought my Mother of the Bride dress here and while there is a great selection and the prices were reasonable because they included the alterations, I was so disappointed when I went to pick up my gown a couple of days before the wedding and the customer service was terrible. They gave me a specific time for pickup and there were so many people there picking up that I felt ignored. When they did find my dress which only had alterations on the straps and they took some material off the side so it would look straighter and less poofy, it was all wrinkled. The dress was tafetta and I complained that the dress was wrinkled and I wanted it pressed. She said that was the best that they could do because of the material it was made of. When I insisted that they press it, she said you will have to leave it and come back, which was impossible as the Wedding was on the Cape and I would have no time to get back to Fall River to get it the night of the rehearsal dinner. She then warned me not to try to press it myself as I might damage it. Needless to say I hung it up and hoped for the best but was totally upset when the dress just didnt looked pressed properly for the wedding. After the wedding, I dropped the dress off at the dry cleaners and it came back beautifully pressed! Now I was even more furious that Party Express gave me my dress wrinkled. In the future, I will insist on picking up my dress at least a couple of weeks before the wedding to avoid this problem and I certainly wont be going back to Party Dress Express!

I have gone to this store for every dance since sophomore year and I am currently a senior. Every single time I have gone in the past I had an amazing experience and being a plus size girl I greatly appreciated that. However yesterday I went with my friend to find senior prom dresses and found one I adored. I had previously bought a dress so had to explore my options of exchange. The manager (jessica or Jackie something like that) came over toward the end and was snappy from the start and when I continued asking questions got ruder and ruder so I asked her to please not be so rude and she YELLED at me in front of my friend and said she wasnt speaking to me and then laughed at me. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience anywhere especially not a dress store. I have always been loyal but now will not return due to this experience.

I would not use this company ever for online orders again. I ordered a MOG dress in June for an October wedding. I was told it was a quick ship, which they did ship in 2 weeks. The size I ordered, they said wouldnt fit though I told them I had tried a dress in that size in that brand. They sent me a size larger. It was HUGE all over. I asked for a return and the size ( smaller) I originally ordered. This replacement dress mysteriously wasnt shipped until September 8th though it still showed a quick ship. I had to email them several times asking about the dress. Their response was always a little curt. The dress fits perfectly but was a hassle. While I was waiting for this dress I decided I better order something else as I was nit confudent Party Dress Express would preform. I used Terry Costa online. They will actually give you a refund one time and I received my dress within 10 days from ordering . They also communicated several times keeping me updated and called to make sure I liked the dress. Use Terry Costa if ordering online.

I came to Party Dress Express with one bridal gown in mind to try on. I let the staff know the specific dress I was looking for and they wrre able to schedule an appointment for me the next day. Once I arrived, all of the staff were SUPER nice! I had the pleasure of working with Denise, who was ahhh-mazing!! She listened to ideas I had on making the dress my own, and I loved how honest she was in describing what my ideas would require from the seamstress. She also provided me fantastic alternatives to make the dress mine, which were beyond helpful. AND, to top it off, she pulled some strings so I could call my mom, who lives out-of-state, on FacetiFa so she could be a part of the whole process. I cant speak highly enough about my experience, I HIGHLY recommend them, especially Denise :) Thank you so much to the staff at Party Dress Express for the lovely, anxiety-free bridal dress shopping experience!!

Really beautiful dresses ill admit but the customer service is horrible. Both times I went I got treated like I didnt belong in a dress shop and was too poor to be in there. First time I was looking at wedding dresses for pure fun and I had a lady come up to me after staring at me and for a while and leering at me and told me the clearance dresses couldnt get altered. Second time I went for real and they kept insisting I go above my size and budget and acted awkward because I wanted a wedding dress lower than a grand....you dont need to spend that much on a dress or more unless you really want to. Ill never go there again becsuse I never feel welcomed...

My husband, his groomsmen and both our fathers rented tuxedos from Megan at Sarno & Son tuxedo rental (inside the Cinderella Bridal salon). Their prices were by far the most reasonable of any of the several tuxedo places we considered, and Megan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in selecting our tuxedos/shoes/etc and measuring my husband and my dad. They can do minor on-site alterations there, and they have an extremely wide selection of any of the Savvi formalwear tuxedos--like Mens Wearhouse, except they actually know what theyre doing and the prices are better. Megan and the folks at Sarno and Son were great to work with, and wed happily go back there for any future tuxedo-rental needs!

Came here 4 yrs ago with my first daughter for her Quince dress had to return again for my 2nd daughter everyone is so nice and still welcoming thank you so much to Clara for all her help!!!
