The optometrist I saw was friendly and I would rate that part of my visit as excellent. Thats the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, I cant say the visit was a positive experience overall.I requested my pupillary distance as part of my prescription - I couldnt shop for glasses there today, and cant properly shop in store while wearing a mask anyway, and wanted all of my information. Massachusetts law REQUIRES optometrists to provide this information on request.They refused to do so, even after I brought up the law. I cannot recommend patronizing this facility while they are practicing this way. If your business model depends on withholding information from consumers - or worse, patients - your business does not deserve support.

Today was my first visit here, and it was great! At first I was a little anxious because of how busy it was, but right from the start everyone was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful! I was seen quickly, and I felt very comfortable and informed the entire visit. I’ve been to at least three different eye doctors since I started wearing glasses and I must say, this was my favorite! I saw Dr. Fatima Garcia-Fedorowicz and she was very thorough, and made me feel extremely at ease. I was given helpful advice from the two fabulous women who helped me make my appointments as well, and the tech/eye doctor even helped me pick out my new frames, no rush, no pressure, and with honest opinions! Professional, and I would definitely recommend to anyone! Happy to have found a new eye doctor I can trust!

Everyone at the office was very helpful and friendly. I waited a bit, but was near lunch and understandable. I saw Dr. Fatima Garcia-Fedorowicz - she was great! Very friendly and made me feel at ease. Picking glasses was made easier with help from the tech. Highly recommend Center for Eye Health.

Dr Donahue was polite and patient with my 9 year old and he was very quick and thorough we had a great experience he definitely knows what he is doing and I would certainly recommend him! My sons first prescription of glasses from a different eye place was too strong he had no issues figuring it out and writing a new prescription for him!

My experience at this place, the Brockton location has been a joy, the people who work their are friendly, professional, helpful and caring and concerned about ones eye health. They give you excellent customer service and respect your medical confidentiality as well. I see it in practice every time I go there.I cantell say enough about the Drs and their medical staff.I am so glad that, this is where I go to receive my eye care doctor for my eye care services. I would highly recommend anyone looking for excellent eye care medical services to defiantly check them out 1st. A Current patient there, excellence in service and care.

Dr Levy in my opinion is one of the best in the business. He does a complete examination that identifies all situations and proceeds to address them for best results. I am a diabetic which requires close watching to prevent problems. After cataract surgery and correction on my astigmatism I have 20/20 vision.

Over the weekend I sustained an injury to my eye and they were able to get me in the following Monday for an emergency appointment. You can tell from top to bottom the entire staff are professional and knowledgeable. I had a 09:30 appointment time which started on time and finished exactly at 10:30. I met with Dr. Matthew Nguyen and couldnt have had a more positive experience.

Yesterday was my first visit to Center for Eye Health, Brockton office. The young woman who did the intake interview was warm, funny, and engaging. Dr. Beade was wonderful, courteous, and professional. I felt my eyes were in good hands! On July 25th I went into the hospital for cataract surgery.Dr Levy is my doctor and him and his staff were wonderful, before the surgery, the day of the surgery and today at the follow up.I would recommend the center for eye health and particularly dr Levy.Both him and his staff take the time to explain everything in detail and don’t rush you.Love them and appreciate all their help.I can see!!Linda Dower

Exceptional office! The front staff was welcoming, and very well organized and professional. I did not wait that long to see the doctor, and the doctor was very pleasant. Most definitely recommend this office to others if you need an eye exam, or are having any problems. I also ordered a pair of contact lenses and I am very pleased.

My daughter has nystagmus and has been coming to Center for eye health since she was 1.5 years old. While her doctor is great, informative and takes his time; the office staff at this office are horrible. It is a chore for them to check you in, answer your questions, or forbid if you need to change your contact information for payment or update your health insurance. There is always an attitude, a snarky comment or just being plain ignored when dealing with this office.

I have taken my daughter to The Center for Eye Health for 11yrs and have never had a bad experience. The Dr has been amazing, the staff has been kind, we have never waited longer than what I consider necessary, and the manager Susana ensures patient care and consideration is #1. I was treated extraordinarily well tonight by 3 members of the staff that went above and beyond! And just have to say thank you!! Its rare in the busy world we live in.

Place is amazing had surgery on both my eyes great job staff makes me feel so special Im having all my eye Care done there thank you center for eyes

The ladys at the front were very attentive, the woman that dose the pre test(before seeing the doctor) was absolutly awsome and very patient with my 2 yr old! Dr. Donahue was super nice and very good with my 2 year old daughter! She loved him! He also explained everything to me and my husband so we knew what was going on and also discuss the next step for our daughter, Plus the choice for glasses were super cute!! We had such a hard time picking the ones that looked better😁 all n all we had a fantastic visit (her first) and we cant wait to do a follow up in a few months!!

Everything was great kind staff first visit too and Ill have glasses n 3-6 weeks only cuz I have mass health but as man times Ive been to eye Dr I never knew I had a freckle on the back of my eye til yesterday im very happy with their services *UPDATE* So Dr.Donahue had to do eye surgery on my 3 year old at the time just a couple months ago and I was so worried as any parent would be but what a blessing he was and he did an amazing job on my toddlers eyes yes the surgery was a great success I thank God for Dr.Donahue and how patient and kind he was also. Thank you Dr.Donahue 😊

I have been going to the Center for Eye Health for over 5 years. The staff is very polite and helpful; Dr Tang is the best!

If I could give this office 0 stars I would. Whenever I go I can expect to wait at least 3 hours. I’ll wait the first 2 hours to be seen then they’ll ask me a few questions, dilate my eyes and send me back to wait another hr in the crammed waiting room. That was not my biggest problem though unfortunately it gets much worse. I went for a contact exam and told the dr I wanted monthly disposable contacts. After I tried them for a week and was about to order them, I find out they are $70 a box so I asked why so much and why I need so many boxes for 1 year totaling to almost $600 and was told it’s because they are WEEKLY disposable contacts. I then asked to be switched to a MONTHLY like I WANTED AND ALWAYS PREFER then was told AND LIED TO that’s the only brand for my eyes. This is not my first rodeo and I won’t be scammed. Then they told me if I want monthly I have to have another contact exam and pay another $50 when I already paid $70 and was not given my rx to allow me to be able to order somewhere else. The $70 boxes they wanted me to buy are only $50 online if I was going to be stuck with that brand. Place is a scam.

Absolutely no concern for peoples time...over two hours waiting..no update on wait time...the office closed 40 mins ago...still 3 patients ahead of me..no communication at all...feel like sheep!!! Time to find another doctor. Totally unprofessional. Patient sitting beside be has been waiting 4hrs...REALLY PEOPLE...And dont ask me to call receptionist to discuss your way over booking habits. No respect for peoples time.

They squeezed me in an emergency situation and I received prompt, courteous and thorough attention. Would highly recommend them.

I have not had a good experience with the Center For Eye Health.Had and exam and received a new prescription. Purchased glasses with the new prescription and received inferior glasses.I cannot use the new glasses and have tried to work with them to resolve the issue but they just give me the run around.I now have to find a new optometrist and have new glasses made somewhere else.I would not recommend them to anyone.

Long wait time! I waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes until I saw the Doctor! Not happy here and wont be returning! I asked the receptionist what is taking so long and now Im next! Office staff is friendly but the wait time is awful
