Staff extremely friendly and helpful if you need to find specific things great products for a fair price

Stopped by this Ulta location on a Sunday and the staff was great! I was looking for Urban Decay Setting Spray & the salesperson helping me (I wish I remembered names!) and mentioned the new Benefit Setting spray but not pushing at all-which I appreciate! Then when I was checking out, I noticed the eyeshadow on the Sales Associate & mentioned I love the colors & he told me exactly how he did it & which pallet so I ended up grabbing that too! Everyone was so helpful & nice :)

Im giving yall a 3 because your products are too expensive. I had 10 items . Turned out to be 68 dollars . AND FOR WHAT?!? A HAIRBRUSH . SOMETHING TO HELP MY SKIN. THATS A BASIC NECESSITY . Anyways yall good tho.🙂

Such friendly and talented staff ! I had Maggie as a stylist and she was amazing, completely slayed my hair. It came out even better than I had ever imagined. She was very kind and talked me through the entire process so I could feel involved. Can’t wait to go again.

Best experience I’ve had at an Ulta so far. I was greeted by a friendly employee(short blonde hair & glasses) who helped me find what I was looking for super fast. Then at the register I was waited on by a very nice girl with red hair and glasses who gave me some good feedback on the products I was purchasing. I wish every employee that worked at Ulta was like them🥲

Kelsie who does my hair is incredibly nice. Also very good at what she does. She has given me great advice on how to help get my hair healthy. She is very honest and I appreciate that. She is a blast to be around. She has also helped me find hair products that are amazing for my hair. Im so glad I found her to be my hair stylist!! Also all the staff are always friendly and good at helping the best they can.

Spent $250+ on my ulta credit card and would have spent more if the associates here would have left me alone. i came here with my boyfriend and spent maybe 10-15 minutes here. i couldnt even pick out a product and read it before one of the associates came out of nowhere to tell me it was a bad choice. honestly kind of weird… two others followed me and my boyfriend isle to isle for at least 5 minutes. awful. extremely disappointed because i wanted to spend more time shopping but i felt so uncomfortable i left asap. my first and last time at this specific ulta. i’ll stick to my local ulta in taunton they let me shop in peace. you guys could have gotten $400 out of me today because it’s my birthday weekend. thanks for the great customer service ❤️

I came in today to get a haircut with Cady and a brow wax with Roisin. They were both incredibly friendly and helpful. They each took time to ask me about my preferences and explain what they were doing as they were doing it. I felt really comfortable asking for what i was looking for and they did a great job. It was a really nice experience and I’ll definitely be asking for them again the next time I come in.Zach, the person who checked me out at the end was also so sweet. It’s really nice to shop somewhere where everyone is so kind and helpful, in spite of how crazy it’s been.Thanks!

I have been coming to see Kelsie, for a few months now. I was in between hairdressers.. and I couldnt have been happier to find a very sweet and extra knowledgeable beautician.. she has given me her professional advice . I couldnt be happier with the cut and colors that I have gotten from her !!! She is an absolute gem and I would recommend her to everyone. I especially love the the laid-back atmosphere. Everyone at Ulta has been especially helpful. I give Miss Kelsie a 10 star review.

Today was my second time visiting the Ulta Salon. Very satisfied with both of my experiences. I highly recommend Kelsie Medeiros if you need a dye job or haircut. She did an excellent job on my hair each time and was also very professional and knowledgeable. Will be coming back to see her.

I had my hair cut and colored by Kelsie Medeiros in the Southcoast plaza. She was amazing. She was so nice and inviting. Took her time to ask me what I wanted and listened. Highly recommend her to anyone going into Ulta for a hair change.

Unprofessional workers at the registers ( young girls probably late teen-early 20s) I asked about a coupon I had and the girl was like if we dont have here physically it wont work and some other girl ( Im assuming a manager or something) was like I honestly dont keep up with the coupons we get like okay nice to know. I explained that the coupon said it can be used in store (since i have rewards with ulta on my phone) but both girls were like yeah the coupon you have wont work ( they didnt even ask to see it) kinda felt like I was being rushed out. So sad... Thursday I went in to buy perfume and the people that were working at the time were great! And super helpful. Too bad today I didnt get the same experience.

Stylist kelsie is the girl to go to if you want a beautifully done job. She did a bayalage brown to blonde on myself and it came out absolutely amazing! I have been looking for a hair dresser I love for years! I finally found Kelsie at Ulta! I wanted to go balayage blonde but My hair is dark and I have used box dye, Kelsie was honest and very knowledgeable she told me to trust the process, she did an amazing job! Most unskilled salon I have seen. If you want quality stay away. This place is terrible. My girlfriend got the manager the first time and she was great. Then the next 3 visits all different people absolutely sucked. She tried to book the manager specifically twice and at the appointment she didnt get her. Bait and switch. 1 person with skill and the rest entry level hack.They couldnt even do a simple style and makeup job. My girlfriend did hair professionally for years and the whole time she was there she was questioning if anyone other than the manager was ever actually trained. She gave this place multiple chances (too many) and she is definitely done after this last visit.The woman next to her was pulling chunks of hair out after a bad bleach job. Unbelievably hack.Fyi. She tried to get reimbursed for the terrible job (that she had to wash out and I had to fix right before a wedding) and corporate just gives lip service. After repeated emails and calls nothing they said they were going to do was done.

I am a loyal customer and a ex employee of ulta when one opened up here in my town i was so excited. Unfortunately my experience every time i step foot in the place is uncomfortable. I feel I am profiled and stalked as I try to enjoy my shopping experience I know the loss prevention procedures considering I was trained in them while woking in A different Ulta location. I am constantly being watched or asked if I need help. I also noticed employees walking near by me back and forth for no apparent reason. This has happened to me SEVERAL times. Also the make up artist in mac with red hair is the most unprofessional and rude employee ever and should consider a new profession because retail is not for her she has been rude to me multiple times. I personally feel if I needed help I would ask for help. I like to walk around the store compare ingredients in products and just take my time but for some reason I guess that makes me suspicious. I just hope none of you catch me on a bad day because most of the time this is my get away retail therapy.

Love love love this store. You can find such a variety of make-up, skincare and haircare products here. Everything from high end prestige brands, sometimes at great sale prices, to drug stores brands. All the employees Ive encountered have been super friendly and helpful. Most products have testers and you can spend as much time as youd like playing with all sorts of samples, and no one will bother you. One of my favorites stores.

Tough time to go here if you are looking for makeup or perfume. You cant touch samples, you cant even see the names of some products as they are taped down to prevent being touched. Covid sucks, glad they are open but my visit was a bust. Lancome is my product.

This store had a huge variety of fragrances and beauty products. There were many Sales Associates available to direct and assist. All of them donned pleasant smiles. I understand the place also has a spa with services by appointment. Expect to pay a little more for quality, name brand products, but be on the lookout for coupons in local flyers and advertised special. The store is aesthetically pleasing and has a relaxing atmosphere.

Love Ulta, prices could come down but this store is big, nice layout

I am not much into makeup, hair products, or perfume, but everytime Ive gone here, someone has shown me something that works great for me for solving a skin issue or finding perfect foundation. I now love this place and go here to explore! Even though its a little pricey for hard to find things, Im worth it, right? ;)

Tags were not correctly Put in the Right places, I had to search for the sale items, most stores have items right near the tag, I spent more time looking for correct item. I find it to expensive, same exact products I’ve seen and bought other places cheaper I’ve only went in 2,3 times, notTo crazy for it. I’ll stick with Sally’s and Sephora

I like this ulta beauty location. Its easy to find everything in the store and the staff are really helpful. Im glad I can have a shopping experience where I can either just get what I need and go, or stay a bit to splurge. Theres no constant interruption of someone trying to sell me something and constantly asking if I need help. They are much more laid back and definitely prefer going here before I go anywhere else.

I have only been to sephora before but was pleasantly surprised on my first trip to ulta that an employee actually approached me for help. She spent the time to help me find what I needed and how to use each brush.Great store, will be back!

I haven’t had a hair cut in almost 4 years. My hair was so unhealthy and damaged. I went and saw Priscilla and she did an amazing job she did a deep condition treatment and a cut! Great prices too! My hair feels so much better!!

I am a makeup lover and I rotate through all the Ultas around me including Plymouth, Taunton and Fall River. I went to the one in Plymouth earlier this week and had a poor experience with both the employees there and the online customer service. The Plymouth Ulta was had not yet received a free gift that they were promoting all over the store that I was supposed to get. I emailed customer service and they simply didn’t care that I didn’t get the gift and made no effort to rectify the situation. I went to the Fall River Ulta today to return some items (I bought the wrong type of eye liner and mascara) and was more than pleased with the service. They were more than happy to help me with the free gift. Leandra was extremely nice and gave me advice about lip products. All the sales people throughout the store were sure to greet me and ask if I needed any help with anything. I will definitely only be coming to this Ulta from here on out. Thank you to these wonderful ladies for giving me such a great experience!!!

Awesome customer service here. The manager or assistant manager was so helpful and accommodating. I had gone in to take advantage of their beauty steals and was given the wrong size item that wasn’t on sale. I didn’t notice until the next day so I called, explained the situation, and asked if they could return the wrong items I purchased and let me buy the full size item that was on sale that I was suppose to get the day before at the same sale price. The woman I spoke to, Kelsey, was very understand and apologetic for the employee that had given me the incorrect item and honored the sale price for me. That right there was A++ customer service and for that reason I will forever be a customer of this Ulta location!

Be sure to put aside time for when you enter this store it is heaven for a makeup lover like myself. From drugstore to high-end, cologne, makeup, a salon and more!! Very knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced. I went there to get Baby Feet and ended up leaving with basically the same product for less than half the price called magic changing feet and it works well. Ill go back again for sure.

Love having someplace local to go to get everything you need for hair, makeup and bath products in one place. They have everything you find from high end retail stores to local drug stores. There is also a beauty salon in the back and a makeup girl in the front.

She and her awesome manager, Kayleigh are so so sweet, very professional, creative and phenomenal hair stylists!!! I am addicted to coming here! My style lasts forever as opposed to doing it myself. Beware, I was at the register cashing out when two women walked in the store. Immediately two employees (one of them being the woman cashing me out) started making fun of these two women with the other employee. That is completely unprofessional and no way to behave especially when in most cases it is the pot calling the kettle black! I am truly disgusted by their actions especially since one of them had a manager tag! We should be lifting each other up not being nasty because of some pea brain employees who hate themselves so much they have to degrade others!

I love this store so much. So many different brands and products from lipsticks to facial products to eyeliner and mascara. You can even get a hair cut in the salon or get your brows done!

I came into the store just to look at bronzers, and instead had the BEST experience Ive ever had at any store ever. Vanessa, the Too Faced Brand Associate that came over to help me was BEYOND amazing. She was extremely friendly, very knowledge about all of the products, and listened to my concerns about my skin while matching me for foundation. She ended up letting me rest a variety of products, and made me feel so much more comfortable about my purchases. She was so impressive, that I feel I might not be able to shop anywhere else again. (The welcome I received from the Sephora in Dartmouth the next day left a lot to be desired.) In fact, I was so impressed with her skills and services, that I know who I will be looking for to do my makeup for my next corporate meeting next month, and my wedding this spring. I just hope shes not already booked!

Great, solved a few problems with what to buy someone for Christmas.

The store is very well set up on the inside. But I felt as if I were being stalked by the employees while I was there. They made me feel like a criminal. I was so upset. I walked out with out buying not one thing.

Lauren is a wonderful MAC make up artist that took her time in not only showing me how to use the products but what products were the best to use together for my specific problem and she even got them all for me from the shelves to buy! My experience with her today was awesome!!

Today was my first visit to this store. I usually go to Sephora but this location is much closer to me. I received absolutely no service. The associates walked by me several times and I couldnt tell they worked there ( they wore no tags). All I wanted was assistance picking out a mascara. I finally picked a couple and brought them to register then asked her for help. I will never spend another $ here. Horrible customer service. Sephora has never treated me like this.

I did highlights In the hall of Ulta, and the service was of poor quality. The woman who did the work, terrible professional, was not careful when combing my hair, it was gross ... And at the end of the service she already seemed tired and without patience! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HAIR SALON SERVICES.

The staff in the location is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I see a few people on here posting about how they never recieved help and they didn’t like the staff, but from my experience that is completely wrong! Almost every associate in the store was more than happy to assist me and one of the Managers named Kaylah was amazing she was able to teach me exactly what products I should be using for my skin type, and she even helped me find a new skin care regiment!!! I will be returning to ULTA Beauty again and again!!! Thank You!!!

Loooove this Ulta!! Where I live in New Bedford I am right in the middle driving distance from this Ulta and the one in Taunton but I always choose this one as the selection and the store is much larger. Im a makeup collector so this store is everything to me lol! The women in this store are always very friendly and extremely helpful as well!! Anything beauty related and you can find it here, and at various price points too. So if your not someone who wants to spend 40 dollars on foundation then thats ok theyve got 10 dollar foundations for you too, and the same for all other products, be it hair or face and skin products. They have such a wide variety. Amazing store!!

This place is god awful. First and last time at an Ulta. I usually go to Sephora, but figured give them a try! Never again, I was in there for about 20 minutes, and was never approached, had to finally go up to the register and ask if a product that was out of stock on the shelf, was in stock in the back, I got attitude and was told to wait. I waited about another 5 minutes and then walked out. The place was not even busy! I will never give my money to a place of business like this, I want to spend my money, don’t have to, get yourself some friendlier staff who actually want to make a sale Ulta, or see yourself out of business!

I wanted to let other women such as myself who grew up with only basic makeup companies, like covergirl, revlon to name a few. We never had highlighters or even 100 shades of makeup. So when I walked in to the ulta store it was so overwhelming and a little scary. i had no idea where to even start and to top it off not one employee asked me if I needed help . I was in the store for at least an hour and the employees were to busy talking among themselves to even notice I was there. It was not a pleasant experience. I have been through alot in my life with my health and have had alot of life changing things happen and it would really have helped if someone had taken a little time to show me how I can feel better about myself . Sometimes a little kindness helps when you do not feel beautiful anymore and just want a small change. Needless to say I will probably not go in that store again. I just wanted them to know that one person can make a big difference to a lot of people by one simple act.
