Staff are always so friendly and EXTREMELY helpful! I can ask where anything is and someone will bring me right to it. I also needed help as I didnt know a specific type of spray paint I needed and I was offered assistance. After some explaining about my project, he had offered his best knowledge and opinion for which one I should get. It turns out that was the exact one I needed!

Excellent staff always there to help you with your projects big or small.Good quality products and reasonably priced. Definitely beats the big box madness and I say support your local hardware they support the community.

Nothing beats the great service that you receive from here. It is like a old fashion mom and pop general store. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and will help you with anything that you may need.

Got a key copied at this location for an emergency situation. I live about 40 minutes away and needed to provide a spare to someone in the Fall River area last minute while I was in town. Therefore I did not have the opportunity to try the key before giving it to the recipient.The key was not made correctly and did not work. This cost me $50, because I needed to have my landlord let the person in.Additionally, the only solutions the business could offer was that I drive down for a replacement or drive down for a return. A 1.5 hr round trip for $2. Not worth it.Would not recommend using their key services unless you are local and can easily check the result/go back if needed.

This is my go to place for all my hardware needs, The spray paint section has every color and is affordable,the staff is very friendly and very helpful but not the kind to follow you around and pester you like at some stores. I go here before anywhere when looking for something.

This store has always and will always be my favorite place to stop for household needs. They also carry many seasonal items and have great prices and sales! Still the same nostalgia as when my dad would take me as a child. Now I get to show my daughter what an amazing staple this place is in the city.

I like this place, you get what you need fast ! But i dont like they never wear a mask for other people safety. Its a hardware store with everything you could do with. And they got this cheap shixxty plastic wrap around the cashier ? Are You mean to say this all you got to show for safety? Plastic holds on more of the virus, you cant give a good wipe down cause it looks like its falling ? Its a hardware store put some L -brackets up and some plexiglass and screw it in place ? And put on some face mask? Mass Gov. Hasnt stop the say of? And the city says we all still need wear a mask .

I have been shopping at Schwartz for years. They have always had the most helpful, caring, friendly staff. They always make you feel welcomed. A lot of them have probably been there for as long as Ive been going, which makes it feel like visiting with friends or family. They have never steered me wrong and always go out of their way to meet my needs. What I love most is that they never try to talking you into buying any thing you dont need or a more expensive version of what you went for. Also, if they dont have what you are looking for they are right there to order it for you. I know most people prefer the big name hardware stores, but Schwartz always has been and always will be my go to hardware store!

Almost always has what you need. Close to home. Helpful staff. Easy parking. Theres only so many hours in the weekend. Sometimes you need to go to Home Despot but mostly you can save the time and aggravation and get it here for a reasonable price while supporting a local business.

It always has the items I need and more. Even a electric wheelchair and my support dog Oreo. They make me feel at home. They meet all my needs with a cheery smule and always remember Oreo.

Great place. I went in told them what I needed...they told me to go to isle such and such and a worker would be rite there to help me...and sure enough there was someone rite there in a minute flat. Helped me with what I needed...I went and cashed out and was on my way.. It was a great experience.
