The store was smaller than I imagined. The selection was also quite minimal. I was expecting more selections here to be quite honest.Prices were still fairly high for a factory store but cheaper than retail I suppose. The quality of the products seemed to be good upon touch. Its good to see no made in china products.

Definitely visit if you are in the area or plan a visit if you can! Great selection of beautiful, high end bed linens and sumptuous towels. Monogramming available. Can get some amazing deals in the bins. Quality is unmatched.

The bargains arent like the past

The february sale is in progress but the store is open year round. I go for the towels...they are soft, thick and plush. Milagro towels are by far the thickest. These towels sell for 2 and 3 times more at Bloomingdales and Neiman Marcus. They stay super soft through washings! The store also features luxurious bedspreads, sheets, shams, throws and hotel style robes. Dont think youll be buying anywhere else!

Unbelievable! I bought a very expensive coverlet, and the quality is disgraceful. I reached out to the company within 2 weeks of the purchase. I was told to ship it back after I had sent photos to back up my dissatisfaction. They will not refund or replace. I was told because there were dog hairs on it. Well of course there would be when your fur baby sleeps on your bed. But the issue wasnt dog hairs. THE ISSUE WAS HORRIBLE PILLING.I was told do not wash, so of course I did what they told me to do. The item was returned to them and no one reached out. I had to chase them down. The women Bonnie I dealt with was very misleading to say the least. They do not back their product, and I have found much better quality at a much more reasonable price.

The two saleswomen in the store were friendly and very helpful. I needed assistance in putting together a bed ensemble and they made it so much easier for me to make selections.

Some items are not cheaper than ones found elsewhere even with a discount. Place is not that big however.Friendly nice staff. Clean bathrooms.

This was my second time patronising this outlet on my way from Massachusetts, and it will be my last. The towels and robes are of good quality, soft and absorbent, but the sales women arent welcoming or knowledgeable and when asked questions, they appear disconnected and aloof, as though they are being bothered. I asked for items and one woman said they were no more, but another found several. For the prices which are high for an outlet, and with very few customers on both my visits, the service should have been superior, but it wasnt. I gave 2 stars to the products, not the lackluster service.

Excellent linens and towels at reasonable prices. Make the visit if this is what you need. Excellent selection and the materials are not second quality.

Very high quality merchandise sold at a premium price. They do have bins with factory seconds at excellent prices, but finding exactly what you want is difficult.
