Dan and Gabriel at AutoZone in Fallbrook are definitely the good guys! I have complicated battery situations in my little RV due to a little accident I had. They checked, installed, and put it all back together. No easy task! Costco would only sell me batteries. No help at all.

My husband went into Autozone to have his starter checked. A young lady named Isis was kind enough to come out to our Jeep and not only test it, but also offer to go inside and look up a starter for us. When I went inside, the manager named Alma berated Isis in front us and 3 other customers. I was very taken back as to why a manager would have an employee who is clearly helping clock out and go home with a line of customers waiting to he helped. I could only imagine how this associate feels being being disciplined in front of customers and other associates. Shouldnt this be a private conversation????
Kevin at the Fallbrook, CA location went above and beyond to assist with finding headlights for my vehicle, and actually installing them, too. Very pleasant and helpful.

Young guy Trent who plays lacrosse really helped me out today. He made me not feel like a lost women in an auto store. He didn’t judge me or treat me like a woman who shouldn’t be there. Even with his fractured finger he helped me by installing my new windshield wiper blades for me. And as a single mother who doesn’t have a man in her life to do all the manly things for her, I truly appreciate it. Thank you Trent!

AutoZone is the place to go for auto parts in Fallbrook. All the parts you need for American and Foreign cars. The people who work there are great making sure a person like me who knows nothing about cars is taken care of before they leave the store. As an example, I went in today looking for help with my daughters front headlight and Dan B., one of the employees helped me replace both of them. Parts, service, and a smile is what makes the AutoZone in Fallbrook the place to go!

Wow! The most helpful staff ever. Not only did they have a battery for me that AAA never has but, an employee, Joan, installed it for me. Its not an easy task on a 77 VW bus, but he did it quickly! Good customer service goes a long way!

So Ive always loved autozone, but I will not be going back after today. I was helped by a young man, Jordan, who was so helpful. But then the manager stepped in to help (Alma at the Fallbrook location). She helped but was so rude! I got home so I could cool off, then called her to tell her she wasnt very nice. She said she wasnt, I said her costumer service isnt very good between being rude AND not accepting a complaint. THEN I hear laughing...I asked if I was on speaker, she laughed and goes yeah haha...I was astonished someone like that was allowed to be manager! I will not be going back and advise you dont either unless you enjoy being ridiculed
. The female behind the counter with glasses was very inexperienced and not helpful at all she did not want to walk out to my car she told me to bring in registration. Then she greets the guy behind me all excited and tells me to have a nice day. I went to O’Reilly’s they came right out to my car and got what I needed in a matter of five minutes the place was well organized the folks were very helpful I recommend O’Reillys over AutoZone any day. Horrible, they stole a new battery from me. Gave them the wrong battery as a core. by accedent I gave them a new battery from a differant as the çore. The very next business day I got in touch with them, and they would not give me back my new battery in exchange for the real core. First they said that they couldnt, then they went on to tell me that all of the old batterys got picked up on Christmas day, and thats why its not there. Someone took my new battery home is what happened !!! I will never step foot in that place ever again...True Storie..
So my story starts slow. My husband is currently deployed and gave me specific instructions— run his diesel truck once a week to keep the battery and stuff good. Needless to say, I did not do that and I’ve had to call OnStar to jump start it twice now. Finally came to AutoZone to get it replaced. Given that it’s a GMC Diesel vehicle, the technician explained how battery replacement for those are quite tricky and are not done on site due to the amount of work to remove and install the battery. Dan Barns, a member of the management team, saw my dismay and concern and took on the challenge. Not only did he do it without complaints, but he did it in the HEAT. I CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH!! I was able to get the battery changed and know learned the hard way—run the truck WEEKLY! Thank you DAN BARNS for helping me out!!
Bought new windshield wipers for my car today and was helped by the manager. She made sure she was giving me the correct wipers for my model. I went out to the parking lot and tried to change out the old with the new but I could not get the old ones off, even after consulting and following the owners manual directions. I went back into the store and asked if anyone could help me and the manager came out and switched the blades for me in a jiffy. Now, THAT was over and beyond what was customary service. Greatly appreciated! I will be a return customer to this store.

My husband and I have been customers for 11 years since we moved to Fallbrook. With having a family of 7 and 5 vehicles we are in Auto zone alot. Today was the worst customer service we have ever received from Carlos and another employee. My husband was accused of stealing & he was threatened that our transaction would be canceled that we paid full price for. My husband was screamed at and called out of his name by not ONE but Two employees. The second employee was screaming in my face also. I pray to God that the owners of the store has zero tolerance for a man to scream in a womens face when i was only trying to defuse the situation. My family will never go back and I highly advise other residents of Fallbrook not to shop here either. I hope i will be contacted by the owner.
Rude employees. Also the only store in town to require customers to wear face maks despite the current San Deigo facemask orders only requiring food industry and taxi services to use them them.
The people working there these days are spot on! They totally helped me find what I needed - I know nothing about cars 😬. My friend who is a mechanically gifted car buff does my general car maintenance and goes there 100% of the time to get what he needs. He does lots of auto work and old car restorations so he knows...He says this store is getting better and better- knowledgeable, friendly staff that go above and beyond to help you.

Always taken care of me. Im self employed and my work truck is my life, so I am always stopping in for parts. They usually have them, worse case itll take two days to get there. Helpful staff. Ricardo the manager takes pride in his job and you can tell with how he interacts with everyone. Ive never had an issue at this location.
Amazing Service, help, and information from the god of thunder himself! I came in for my check engine light being on, and learned alot about the problem which was my catalytic converter, the function of the part and the steps to take to fix it!

While my husband and i work on cars often i was and have been disappointed with the customer service recently. Just today my husband went to return oil to be recycled and the person helping him was full of attitude and said the bottles needed to be clean when the oil is returned. even said this was a policy by auto zone . the oil cans did nave oil smeared on them but this often happens when you return used oil to bottles. it was wiped down but diesel oil smears badly, because of the viscosity of it. it was not the instruction what was so bad it was the attitude of the individual working the counter. My husband even offed to carry it back to the oil dump but she snarked and said next time auto zone will not take it.

Waited in line for approximately 15 minutes just to purchase two sockets.It was Christmas Eve and there were at least six customers in line. I only noticed two people available to help. The young gentleman was only helping one customer from the time I walked in the door to the time that I left with steam coming from my ears.The young woman was doing whatever she could but it seemed that every customer she helped needed assistance outside at their car. It was only after a young man showed up on a skateboard, after spending a few minutes talking to someone behind the batteries, that I was able to make the purchase.To add Insult to Injury, both of the sockets need to be returned.

Manager is extremely rude, came in to rent a tool on Sunday and when I returned the tool monday afternoon the staff was unhelpful full and the manager messed up the return processes and was a complete jerk about it, come to find out he charged me twice for the rental tools . Just a complete joke and no regard for customers. Never going here again.

After a frantic search for a car part yesterday - that no dealer had in stock, I tried our local AutoZone in Fallbrook. Ricardo took my call and was so polite and helpful. This was great, but then to my shock you had the part (a lamp assembly). It gets even better though... when I showed up in the evening Ricardo was just off the clock. He helped me anyway getting the part he had set aside. Then he was beyond kind and actually brought his tool box to the parking lot and installed it for me. This, of course, is way beyond great service and not expected, but it is not the first time that we have been treated to excellent customer service. Thank you AutoZone Fallbrook, and especially Ricardo!!!

We are very unhappy right now. My husband was on autozone chat and they let him know we can take our car to an autozone to get it checked because our engine light went on. My husband went inside and a worker told my husband oh the guys outside with the machine to check it. (Not looking for him himself like a good customer service person would do) so my husband goes outside to look for the bald guy they told him about. He only sees one worker talking to someone. My husband tries to ask about it or if he knows where that guy is and that guy gave him attitude and just said I dont know. So my husband goes back in then comes out to wait. A lady pulls up next to us goes inside and comes out with the worker who told my husband to go look outside. That man helped this lady who came after us. Then after helping her he goes back inside (not even apologizing or asking if my husband found the worker) then comes back outside with the machine that some supposed bald guy had. Which I never saw any bald guy go back inside. So he lied to us. He had it the whole time. (And if he didnt lie he sure as hell was rude about the entire thing). So instead of helping my husband he just hands it to him. Thats it. My husbands like oh um where do I put it. The worker says On the bottom. My husband opens the driver door and says where? And he says you need a flashlight on the bottom down there. Wow. Thanks so much worker. So my husband figures it out. And theyre done. They go back inside so he can give my husband the reading. And then my husband was going to purchase things for his breaks. But he decided to just walk right out. That was so rude and thee worst customer service ever. From the no help, to the rude guy outside, to helping another customer who came later before helping us, to lying, to not even really helping when he finally came around to helping us. My husband always goes to the fallbrook autozone for his car parts. Thats the last time were going to that store. Please tell those workers at the Fallbrook store who were there at 7 pm today (2/15/2017) to have waaaaay better customer service. Thank you.

Do not go here I’ve been going here for a couple years and honestly I think ima go to corporate every time I go there I have to return or exchange sumpthing because I am given the wrong information this is embarrassing and I think the company should check to see if even there employees are ASE certified this is the fifth time this month alone honestly embarrassing do not go here
Ive shopped here multiple times over the last 5 years. Always a long wait to check out. Certain employees will go to the back or walk away when there is a line of people waiting to buy products.
