Glass prices are over priced and break easy vapes are over priced and they choose who they sell to Im definitely not going back there

You know I think there must be other smoke shops in Fallbrook where the employees can understand what youre saying and provide customer service at a reasonable price. Ill seek it out the next time Im here but I wont be going back to holy smoke shop.

The guy working there was slimy and lying to us right from the start. He talked us into buying a vape which is absolute garbage then sent us out the door only to have to return to purchase a battery. The oil, vape, and battery are all over priced and poor quality. Customer service is poor.

If I could give this location a negative star I would. I went in to buy a bowl piece and maybe but butane for my torch. Never agreed on purchasing the butane and the e player filled my torch without telling me I would have to buy it. He tricked me into buying it and refused to give me my products. Please have this employee trained again and I will be contacting BBB.

They have almost any glass piece you need... but need to work on their vape juice. Too many times now I have been given menthol juice when I clearly stated that I DO NOT WANT MENTHOL. I might give it another chance but at this point Im done.

This is the best smoke shope

I came here a few days ago and I was amazed at how much different products they have. I was only there to buy a vape pen battery. They must have had 7 different ones at least. I was able to get $20 one that I have been using and enjoying. The guy at the shop open the package to make sure the battery was not in need of charging. He was nice and went out of his way to give me full attention and assist me completely. I walked out of there happy as can be. I am still happy that I had to write this review.

The store is very clean and theres a wide selection of merchandise. The owner Jimmy is professional and knows his product. He has great prices a clean store in nice environment. Im very pleased I WILL be going back there.

You guys need to go and Check out the beautiful smoke shop I never see a smokeshop organized and Clean and also they have everything you want even if they don’t have it they get it for you the next day Great price great customer service.

They don’t give refunds even on faulty products. I asked why was I given a receipt and the woman just shrugged. Wasn’t even 24 hours from purchase. This is a small town with small town values. If you’re gonna set up shop here you should at least adopt the culture.

This is a little shop, and while they had basically what I needed, there wasnt much selection and the clerk didnt speak English so acquiring what I came to get was a little more difficult and didnt allow me to ask questions.

Dont work at a smoke shop if you are going to make everyone feel ashamed when we are there to spend money. The 2 other smoke shops are all we need.
