I gave Starbucks 3 stars because today they couldnt make fraps cause the thing they make fraps with,was broken. Or else I would of given it 5 stars.

One of my favorite Starbucks to go too! Theyre always very on top of everything, and are super nice and fun to chat with for the few minutes in the drive thru window.

Very professional and fast service. Also people working there are nice. But the best part was that before this covid dilemma, my friends and I could chill and use their wifi and no one would hassle us about anything. For me as a minority, type of group, believe it or not, a lot of places still discriminate. Not here. So this location, all colored shades of skin are welcome... and thats the way the cookie crumbles.... happy face

I use the mobile app so I don’t have to wait in line, this location on their website and mobile app says in store, go to open the door and it’s locked, so now I’m in the drive through which takes forever to pick up my coffee. On top of that I’ve been on the phone about 10 minutes trying to get through to ask if there was a different door I was suppose to use and of course no one is answering.Update- just made it to the drive through menu and they did indeed say there is another door. My phone is still ringing trying to get through. Make a sign on your door if there is another door that you are suppose to use.Three stars because the drive-through lady was very kind even though I was obviously irritated and the coffee order turned out really good

My baristas mess my drink up but realized before she gave it too me...so she fixed it. The drive thru was way too long and i went inside wish we could sit while we wait. No restrooms rn because covid.😷 The wait was long for my 2 drinks but well worth it.thanks fallbrook starbucks for doing your best!😀

Just had one of the best cups of Starbucks Ive ever had. The staff was super friendly, and kept my family safe wearing their masks, in return I did the same in the drive through. These guys rock!!

I needed to be a “Secret Santa” and drop off a gift for someone to pick up at this location. The management team were very kind and helpful in getting this item delivered. I think they went above and beyond in their customer service, and I’m grateful for their help and kindness. This is also a very nice location- large with ample seating, and not overly crowded. I would come again without doubt.

Google says they are open but I show up and theyre closed. Please keep an accurate schedule with major franchised companies.

The wait here is ridiculous. The drive through line is always backed up but the drive thru people are usually very nice. If I place a mobile order, I have to wait for several minutes before any barista even acknowledges me.

Wish there werent lines but its Starbucks like in and out always a line always worth the wait

Service was great and fast.

I drink plain coffee, I place a mobile order for a blonde because I find the coffee from here to taste burnt most of the time (unless you have a ton of added ingredients) but for the last several visits I am given a dark roast, the last one was full of grounds.

Best bet during this time is to use the app and order ahead. This starbucks is always busy. But the staff is always quick and really friendly.

I want to thank the staff of Fallbrook Starbucks. Everyone was kind and pleasant. And my Ginger Tea was delicious.

The slowest Starbucks ever!You can go in Albertsons and buy milk...eggs and order a coffee quicker than going thru the drive thru 😔😔😔

I was told they are closed 10 minutes before closing. I’m writing a negative review because they didn’t take my order instead ignored me at the speaker and at the window completely walked away from me. The girl that was blocking the drive thru Ran inside to tell them I guess, 3 people behind me WHERE helped after they “closed”

Consistently good coffee. Usually very fast. I wish the employees would take time to get to know their regular customers.Never have interacted with the management, so I do not know about their customer service.

Its Starbucks. 1000 flavors of coffee, but people look at you funny if you order coffee flavored coffee.

The worst Starbucks I have ever experienced. I go to Starbucks 365 days a year so I know a bad one when I see it! I have been trying to give this one a chance for over 6 months and it is only getting worse. Now that they know I complained to the manager, because she obviously told them I did, the majority of the younger staff is acting out. So unprofessional!!! It feels like high school all over again. Most other stores run circles around this staff. This store is rotting from the head, down. Corporate is putting so much pressure on the staff to handle the counter, drive thru and now mobile orders as well. The only way to keep the customers from losing it in all this chaos is to kill them with kindness. This store is way too juvenile to even come close to the Starbucks we all typically enjoy and respect.

Wrong coffee at drive through. With the long line going into base it is too much of a pain to circle around because now the line is long....I wonder who ended up with my coffe and finds themselves with the same complaint. My oatmeal was wrong (where are the bluebarries???) but I did not find this out until I got to my office....this place has done it before....I guess I will start using the small coffee shop around the corner...great job...the fact that the staff is warm and loving is cool....but if you cant get a simple order right....good luck with business being outstanding.

Not good today, I waited for about 5 minutes to get the coffee (in the drive through) and when I tasted the they had put flavored creamer, which is a turn off for me (I threw it away). Recommend that the person taking the orders ask customers preferences during the order taking.

I enjoy my iced coffee nearly every morning. As I drive through, the staff is always kind and polite. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they sadly run out of my favorite veggie egg white bites. I love them!

I always get an amazing, consistent drink at Starbucks. The snacks are good too. I had the lemon pound cake on this trip and would definitely get it again.

Dont expect to be greeted or even acknowledged for that matter. Stood there for a good 5 minutes trying to check out and was never spoken to so I left. Someone needs to teach some customer service skills.

Starbuck I just left there just a few minutes ago or if I aint always in that drive through there are so many different good things in there to drink and those especially those cinnamon rolls raw watch out let me tell you they will make your mouth water

Somehow they have been out of what I wanted two times in a row. Being out of one drink is understandable but out of all refreshers?! Wait time can be long as well. Very spacious inside though.

Nice people the place is very spacious and parking is easy. They cheerfully make you a special coffee like a pour​ over if your favorite isnt available...so appreciated.

This is a great Starbucks. Rumored to be, and possibly truly, one of the largest Starbucks in the Western US, there is always seating to be had, though getting one of the 4 booths may be a little more difficult ( yes, a Starbucks with booths!). Employees here are very friendly and when you visit regularly, as I do, many of them make an effort to learn your name. So it can be like walking into the television Cheers, but without the chorus of hello Dave! But I do get greeted by name and asked how I am. I even get told how glad they are to see Me.

Starbucks are consistently good. Good service, good quality product. They are also least expensive in this little town.

I really keep giving this location a chance but they on a constant basis continue to get my order wrong. For example today order: white hot chocolate with extra caramel drizzle, recieved: white hot chocolate no whip cream and no caramel. I am not a customer that can walk in due to being in uniform most morning to get it corrected, so Im usually stuck with incorrect orders. Also, if I had a nickname it would be Mango Dragonfruit made with lemonade. Its absolutely my go to and have it at least 4 times a week and everywhere that I travel to. Just had it in the Puerto Rico location and it was amazing!!! This location cant seem to get it right and I have finally decided to just give up trying.

I love to drink coffee do this is a go- to place for me. Drinks are well made.

It has a drive through but it goes through a narrow parking lot.

Except for the newest baristas, several recognize me by my order...even in the drive thru...lol. Most all the baristas are friendly and attentive to details on special requests/customizations. If something isnt right with your drink... Even if it may have been the customers fault....like forgetting to ask for decaf... They replace your drink without hesitation. Another plus...this store has a 🍀CLOVER🍀 machine!!!

I only use the drive through. It can be hit or miss sometimes with the wait. But for the most part it gets 5 stars. The employees are so sweet and cheerful.

The best drink ive ever had from starbucks came from this one it was the salted caramel mocha with caramel in the cup, but the wait was super long, and starbucks has them high prices.

I am super disappointed in this location. I have been coming here ever since it opened and usually I have not had any issues. But today I was not having it. My vanilla bean had expired milk. I go in to the store to complain nicely about it and they offered me another drink but once again the drink tasted the same and it still looked foamy and saturated and worst of all it was yellow on the bottom and throughout the center. Once we dumped it in the sink it looked super saturated like it does when milk is beyond expired. Definitely not okay!

I drink Starbucks sometimes and it’s better than average

I didnt realize this until recently but not all Starbucks are created equally. The one in Fallbrook is by far one of the most superb Starbuck locations. It has a sprawling facility with plenty of room no claustrophobic line for me or butts in my face while Im trying to sit down if Im lucky enough to get a chair. And the menu is larger than most with specialties and employee choices that change weekly. At this location they really infused the small town feel into a corporate store.

Professional and courteous! Good spot for a quick pick me up or snack.

My first time there and was not nice I felt discriminated by the women and even she didnt finish my order, she left and other co-worker came and finished .the place is big clean and nice I spent $28 coffee they were good but not the customer service ....

I go here M-F and am a usual. The staff are absolutely wonderful and genuinely care about the customers. My drinks always taste great consistently.

By far, the largest Starbucks I have ever been to. Staff was friendly, seating was very adequate, cage free egg sandwich and coffee were good. Very very clean facility.

There was a line for the drive thru but moved fairly quick. Ordered a grande cordusio and chocolate croissant and it was just right for the ride home after work. The woman at the drive thru was friendly with smile!

Big and spacious, nice atmosphere. The bathroom is kind of smelly. There are so many workers, but they all say, hold on, and keep doing whatever they are doing. Which would be fine, if three of them didnt do that to me in a row in a five minute period. I waited quite awhile for my drinks, and when I wanted a water afterwards, the lady totally ignored me as I stood there for a minute or so. My husband goes there often in the morning and they never remember his name. Its just not personable.

Coffee was perfect, did some work on my laptop, my wifes service dog relaxed....
