Love their deli. Got a great sandwich to take home for a French dip. Loved it

It was my first experience shopping here, they have a great selection of locally grown vegetables, fruits, nuts, honey, etc... Most of which seems to be organic. Their deli and meat department both looked excellent, I purchased a few cuts of steak. Theres also a good selection of health food and Mexican choices like sweet bread and candy. I noticed theres quite a large selection of liquor too, although on this occasion I didnt explore that section. What I enjoyed most about the store was the calm environment, maybe it was the hour, a little after 8pm and they close at 9pm but it was peaceful. Ultimately I tried Major Market just to compare it to their only close competition Albertsons, theyre definitely different and I cannot say anything negative about either place. Of course I think it does without saying they cannot compete with Albertsons prices and were just a little more expensive, Id be willing to spend the money when I want to shop in peace. Try them out for yourself.

Love it!! The prices are just a lil higher than your big market but its so worth it. The convenience of a small market where you can find things easier, friendly staff, fresh produce and the place is clean.

It is amazing the selection that they have at this grocery store, especially in all of the international items. Theyre wine selection is also very good, and quite reasonably priced compared to some of the local Fallbrook wineries. Also be sure to check out there fresh fish, as they offer unfrozen local Mexican fish that is very high quality. We love to shop here given the selection.

I never knew there was 167,000 different kinds of triscuits!It seems as though if they dont have it, they havent made it yet.The store is very well organised and stocked.Theyre prettyproud of their stuff,but if you gotta have it they probably got it.Triscuits.Who knew?

Many of the items you can find at most other groceries while also offering a unique selection of items you cant find anywhere else. Really great produce section with unbelievably fresh items. My favorite is the assortment of old-school candies (chocolate mints) that I used to have as a kid and cannot find anywhere else. Staff is really friendly, take the time to get to know their customers and are willing to help at a drop of a hat.

I LOVE this store! The cleanest store Ive ever been in. Great layout, specialty foods, amazing bakery & produce (some grown locally), great trinkets and treasures, with the nicest employees! Their weekend bar b-q is by far the best - dont miss it!!!

You know, this place is actually okay. I expected it to be more limited as compared to the likes of the major chains - the Albertsons and Ralphs and Vons we come to be familiar with - but I was pleasantly surprised at the inventory here. They offer most of the basic needs I have as well as any of the big chains do and the place is actually very big with lots of selection. There are even some obscure items and ethnic food ingredients that you may not find at the big chains which is nice and I was impressed with the beer selection in particular, because they had some good labels that I dont generally see at the big chains.I have one big criticism though. The lighting in the store is AWFUL. I know many people probably will assume this isnt a big deal or that I am needlessly nitpicking about an unimportant detail, but seriously the place is dim and depressing because of truly poor lighting. I feel like I am in a seedy liquor store or on the set of a David Fincher movie in this place and its unnerving and is enough to actually make me stick to the Albertsons in town. Im not joking actually. The lighting is that drab. Its a shame because the selection is actually pretty good but I dont want to feel like Im in an underground bunker when I shop. Bright warm lights that make me feel comfortable and able to see the products would actually make me consider shopping here regularly. I cant possibly be the only person to feel this way.

Friendly independent full service grocery market in Fallbrook. Certainly not the least expensive place to shop but there are bargains to be had from time to time. Produce and meat selection are very good.

The staff is so helpful and friendly. They have the best produce in town, an extensive wine section, great meat and seafood, and a large area dedicated to health and wellness (supplements and other items). All around, a superior local market.

Good store. Fruits and vegetables are usually lower priced than most other stores.

Unless there are sales on paper towels and paper plates etc., Major Market is very expensive and it doesnt carry all of the items and equal quality that Albertsons carries (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies).Regardless, the staff is always friendly.

We like major market for the board head meats and thete great butcher area. They have hot foods to go home and items that ate hard to find.

I came in for avacados. They were.ripe and perfect .looking around. Valencia oranges farm fresh full of juice. They were so good I could eat the peel. They have produce that only growers get for themselves. Great place to shop.

Very cool Market. Theyve got very good home made style foods ready to cook, the fresh Tamales r the bomb when they have them, plus they have thing u dont find in the chain store markets.

Delighted to find a smallish but fully stocked grocery store apart from the big chains. Our first visit, we were able to find everything we normally shop for in the larger stores. The tantalizing aroma from the back wall drew me to the well staffed meat department, the crown jewel of the store. The broilers were working magic, transporting me immediately back to the 50s, when grocery shopping with Grandpa was an olfactory adventure. We found every team member that we encountered, curteous and genuinely friendly. Major Market has become our default, go to, grocery store.

I have been shopping here since they first opened. I love their organic fruits and vegetables! Their prices seem a bit high on most of the items. The deli section is really good. You can get a great sandwich for a really good price. Highly recommend the sandwiches!! The chicken dinner used to be priced very reasonably but not anymore. The weekly ad specials make it worth going and they have senior discount days twice a month but you have to make sure to tell them you want the discount! Did I mention they have really good sandwiches!!

Pleasure Market a good place to shop let me tell you to produce gots lots of things got to go check that out salad bar everything that you got to see all kind of macaroni salad coleslaw you know stuff like that I need to buy anything thing you can buy out Albertsons the same in Major Market Buster the check cashing place there as well

Friendly staff and a great customer service. Theyre willing to special order anything you want. Theyve expanded their organic and health food section so that makes it an extra Plus for me. They also are amazing at the variety and depth of the support they have for different organizations in the community. Because of how much they support are community I would go there just for that reason alone!

I like Major Market a lot Ive never had any problem with their prices, they are very fair.Their shelves are always stocked and labeled for my convenience. If you ask them to order something you like, they will.They have a great Florist section inside.Customer service is excellent when looking for an item. Plenty of cashiers open when busy. The store is always very clean and they have a nice size parking lot.Major Market is the main grocery store that I shop at in Fallbrook.

Wow, what a selection!! This nice neighborhood Major Market has an abundance of items, fantastic variety of various bakery items and unexpected amount of gluten free food. I am very pleasantly surprised and will definitely return to shop there!

Always clean and organized isles. Customer service is excellent and the staff truly cares about you and their jobs. It shows how great of a supermarket they are. Steve, the spirits and beverage Manager is awesome and very knowledgeable about the products they carry.

Good homeopathic medicine selection, fresh ground coffee, deli is a bit expensive, but the chicken dinners are amazing. If something is wrong, they stop at nothing to fix it. Local soaps and other local products are also sold here.

Before I used to never go to Major Market but then someone told me about their sandwiches and a good price oh my God the sandwiches are amazing the ladies are so nice they give you exactly what you want and the quantities are great definitely will go there when I have $10 for lunch and need to fill up sandwiches are huge feeling and they taste great and they put whatever you want on them get chips and a salad best sandwiches in town

Great selection with lots of local options! They stock local seasonal produce, have a great deli, and a solid beer section. Hours are good, theyre always friendly, and the store is always clean. Definitely my favorite grocery store.

My favorite store in Fallbrook, but I have to wonder why there are no plastic shields to protect the workers.

It has some natural cleansers like Meyers I like to use since Im on a septic system in Fallbrook. Good produce. No bakery, but nobodys perfect. Good selection of groceries and home goods with decent prices.

This is THE place in Fallbrook for fresh and organic produce at reasonable prices. Though the prices on the other groceries are a little higher than Albertsons, their fruit and veggies are always fresh and clean.

Well I am from Oregon but visiting Fallbrook, Ca and just so happens this store has the best selection of Bang energy drinks I have seen yet and even coffee flavors that have 20g protein pretty exciting for me.. The employees were so helpful and friendly. They also just carry some unique items as well, gotta check it out. Im going back soon when I have more time as well.

Very good place to go and get your meat you can buy family packs and you could save a lot of money by having it out or if theres two of you you buy a family pack for pie cook the guys five meals so I just theres all kinds of other things you can get in there at reasonable prices I really do recommended market

I love this market, no need to shop anywhere else. I have to eat gluten free and they have been amazing about bringing in a huge selection of gluten free products in addition to their amazing selection of all other items. If you want to eat healthily this is the place to shop, Organic vegetables, a wonderful selection of fish and meat and the deli has a great selection of meats and cheeses, many ethnic foods and items from other countries. If they dont have something I am looking for, I just ask and they will get it. You will find the normal products but always there is an organic or G.F., or healthy version available too. Very friendly employees and it is a pleasure to shop there.

Their prices are a bit high at times. They do have a HUGE selection of meats, cold cuts, salads and pre-made stuffed meats/chicken, etc...Its nice to go in and grab something thats already prepared that you just have to put in the oven when you get home. I dont buy anything in there unless its on sale. They also have a huge organic fruit/veggie section.

Good selection,it was 90 degrees outside, I brought my 10 lb dog in with me due to the heat, and was told next time, leave your dog in the carThere wont be a next time!
