Supposed to have rented a 5 x 10 but turned out to be 4 x 8. When I asked why, they replied All units are approximate size which is understandable, however 5 x 10 (50sq ft) vs 4x8 (32sq ft). Thats 36% smaller than advertised. Would not recommend. I will be moving my stuff out after the first month is up.

Dominic, the store manager, was so helpful I cant fully thank him enough. I called him in a panic last May as the movers will loading the van with my belongings during an unexpected move from another state. He took care of every thing, calmed my nerves, and did it with a smile (in his voice!) He was fantastic.

Great service, Dominic was very helpful, friendly, and patient answering my questions. Units clean, well maintained, very secure. Only complaint is it’s a small area to maneuver a large UHaul truck. Highly recommend!

Dominic, the manager I spoke to, is very professional and helpful. He alerted me to fact some maintenance was being done at the entrance. He called me as soon as it was over so I access my new unit. He also followed up the very next day. Very impressed!

Terrific staff. Clean. Good location near town. Safe storage facility conveniently located. The units do not have electricity in them but the prices are extremely competitive. Access is easy with most units accessible by driving right up to the front. Interior storage units cost less and the Halls to them are short so it may be the way to go if there storage unit is for long term storage

Our family has had a storage unit at this CubeSmart for almost 1 1/2 years. The facility is immaculate and location is safe! Dominic & Aspen were both very personable and friendly. There has only been one time throughout my stay where I had a problem, but one call is all it took and they quickly remedied my concern. Lastly, when my boys moved our things from our storage unit because were moving out-of-state, they forgot to stop by the office afterwards to finalize everything. When I called, Dominic had already checked out our unit and allowed me to finalize everything via email. This would have been an over 2 hour drive for me. This act of kindness was a huge blessing to me. I absolutely recommend this CubeSmart. You will not be disappointed!Judy :)

I want to say how wonderful my experience is at CubeSmart of Fallbrook. I have been going through a rough time in my life and there is two women that work there theyre both named Jennifer. Both of them are very kind and understanding patient and forgiving. I noticed that there was no judgment of the situation that I was in. The to Jennifers are very warm and both are very funny. The facility is very clean and well-kept they must have good maintenance personnel as well. If youre looking to store in a nice clean environment with a nice friendly staff this is the place to go

The staff was great. Only issue was they have a sign outside that says first month free but when they tried to apply that promotion into the computer it wouldnt honor it. I really needed a space because I waited till the last minute for my move. So I had to take it.. All in all it worked out. Would have been way better if they would have honored their signs promotion of first month free tho. 😜😜😜😜

Its a good place too store your stuff but honestly they could use more staff every single time I go in, theres never any one inside . either their on break or just not in there . Its a very large inconvenience for someone who lives on a time crunch. Hard too get my bill paid on time when there hardly is anyone there... the people are great but its such a bummer for me too continuously have to wait there for them or go there a bunch of times in a week just too catch someone there...

Oh yes if you want to store something somewhere and you want it to be safe thats the place to go believe me I had some of my stuff in there and actually I think I still have one of those yeah Im sure I do but I just havent went back but it is a good place to go and make sure all of your expensive stuff is taken care of

After a long hard move it was such a relief to have such a positive experience at CubeSmart. I arranged for a storage unit while we were still in Illinois and Jennifer was very efficient in helping me out and also arranging to drop off my rental truck and trailer. When I arrived Jennifer was very helpful in getting through the paperwork and getting squared away in my storage unit. The facilities at CubeSmart were nice, clean and accessible but what really set this experience apart was the excellent customer service

I have been a client of this storage facility for over a decade. I have found that the focus is toward the customer more so than the profit margin. I get a very safe and secure place to store my valuables. I get Super Service. I would call it bordering Epic due to Dom and his capas, thats capabilities! I really wouldnt consider any other place because they are at the top of the game!Oh and dont let me forget Aspen, she has the best personality! Shes put up with me several times when Im grumpy. Shes also 6 months pregnant and still golden, smiling, happy and as always fantastic customer service!

Yes, they WOWd us!!! Jennifer and Jennifer were both so nice and helpful!!! They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our storage set up. They referred us to movers to help us. One of the rare remaining business that the good old phrases like Customer is always right or Our Customers are #1 still hold. Both Front and store managers Aspen and Dominic are always available to answer your questions and are super helpful. The place itself is safe and clean conveniently located in center of Fallbrook a small town which is surrounded by many major cities like Temecula, Oceanside and more. I highly recommend this store for its great location and extremely helpful personnel to anyone in need of storage in San Diego and Southern Riverside counties.

We walked in at the end of a long Friday, having just moved here under military orders. Luckily Dominic stayed open after the posted closing time to help us get a unit, and we were relieved to have such helpful service.

Do not store valuables here I’m warning you. Went on a six month deployment, came back to missing two tv’s and two soundbars with subwoofers. They make you buy one of their locks. Of course there was no sign of someone breaking in, and of course they have a policy where they are not responsible for items”mysteriously dissapearing”. Paid basically 500 dollars to get robbed 600$ worth of electronics. Filed a complaint with the sheriffs department wouldn’t even show up because there was no signs of break in. Talked to the supposedly insurance company about filing a claim and basically was a dead end because they have the same policy about “mysteriously disappearing items” basically got robbed and there’s nothing I could do about it so I just gave up. I’m sure they have some way to get In your storage and look through your stuff if they know you are gonna be gone for a while.. if you want a safe place to store valuable things don’t take the chance and get a storage somewhere nicer don’t take the risk!

Cubesmart blatantly lies saying its a law that you buy their insurance, and they dont bring it up until your movers are in their driveway ready to move you in and on the clock. Avoid this place. Brandon St Mini Storage is also in Fallbrook and honest.

Nice staff, storage unit was tall. The only hard part is that its small and tight to make turns inside especially with uhaul/trucks.
