Their location is clean with 24 hour surveillance plus you can enter by using your phone even though the office is closed using their app. Helena the office/property Manager is amazing! Have you ever been to a storage place that you ENJOY going to? THIS IS THE PLACE! You will NEVER see mice or rats around, you wont have sketchy people hanging out, and Helena! OMG this sweet woman is the bomb! Can you say magical :) She has this place looking so clean it could be a surgical suite! hahaha But for real, she is always available. Even if she is tending to units, there is a number posted on the office and she will be there in a New York minute to help you. And she will do it with southern hospitality and kindness. I have never had to be concerned about theft, and I feel safe being there.

Wonderful startup experience. Setup was entirely virtual and phone, codes came via email and the locker was ready to use when we got there. Helena was very helpful throughout the whole process!

My husband and I just moved here a couple days ago and we now need storage for what wont fit in the new house. Hands down this was the cleanest place in town. We were surprised with how CLEAN and maintained the place was and its located right next door to a trash facility(dump). You can tell Helena takes care of the place. Helena was very helpful, and knew just what we needed. Thank you for having a great Manager and keeping our stuff safe.

Storages are about the same they are comparable in prices and what they offer. What stands out about Extra Space Storage is their management. Helena is the manager. 👍 She is the best! Very nice place. I had to find a place to put some of my stuff and I went to the storage today and Boyd believe me. Its very nice. You get your first months rent free and its 5168 a month after that. You cant beat that. I sure couldnt I couldnt even turn it down. I was so happy and the people there treat you very nice. So I would recommend that place for anyone who has extra stuff in their garages are in their backyard or in their house. This is a nice place. Its got its got a nice spot to put your stuff and its nice and clean and You pay for insurance, obviously, but your stuff is well protected and its well injured. So, yes, go ahead rent you a storage pod I did.

Instructions were clear and easy. Right next door to uhaul rental. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and nice. The unit was clean and easy to get into. It is gated and use a code to get in so it feels safe. Would definetly recommend.

I came in to buy boxes and supplies today. The girl in the office Helena was so helpful. I dont rent a storage unit with you but if I ever need storage I know this will be the place for me. Helena helped me to my car with my boxes. I recently had my knee replaced and she didnt mind at all helping me out.

I went in to ask Helena Gines, Manager, if paper shredding was a service offered. She said no, but then called a business in town to verify they did paper shredding. She gave me the address, phone number and hours they were open. Im not even a client and she went the extra mile to help me. So pleasant. If I need storage, Id go there because Id know Helena would be the one helping me and making sure my concerns were addressed.

After going to 3 other kids places I finally stumbled upon this place and I’m glad the other places didn’t work out. Helena is very kind and helped us get a unit within our budget. She has been very friendly and I based upon her costumer service alone I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Units are clean, and spacious, and there’s even a clean rest room. I believe it’s in a good location in town as well. It’s not an inconvenience to get too.

I am extremely happy with my storage experience at Extra Space! It is clean, the grounds are well maintained, the specials on-line are fantastic and the management and customer service is stellar !! Helena is the role model for customer service. Not only does she maintain a positive professional disposition at all times, she is reliable, consistent and extremely hard working. Helena has her hands full with all of us with our various needs, requests and issues, and somehow she is able to offer personal attention to each and everyone of us while keeping guidelines and company policies very clear and understandable. I have my unit near the front, so I get to see her in action quite a bit!! Amongst her many duties, doing her rounds, keeping the site clean and clearing of the reminants and miscellaneous junk often left behind by customers moving out, handling individual needs and complaints, yet she somehow is always able to offer a very friendly hello and quick check on how things are going with you.I moved to Extra Space due to issues with management at my last storage unit and the way in which they handled customer service in regards to reinforcing company policy and property guidelines, and I wanted to be sure I wouldnt encounter a similar experience here.I chose Extra Space, not only due to a great on-line special, but in particular due to Helenas attitude and approach to service, which I appreciated greatly after my last experience. I have had many storage unit experiences over the years, and the one here with Extra Space, for almost 3 years, has been by far my BEST!!

Helena has a way of making me feel like I am the most important person and my question or concern takes priority. And she always follows up with the things she says, which I find a rarity in this day and age of on-line impersonal;e customer relations and the pressures of a fast paced world where we never have enough time (or space !) So you can buy more space, but Helena makes you feel like you actually buy a bit of time along with it, and things seem to flow without the feeling of being in a rush, and yet everything gets done and runs pretty streamline, when you are at Extra Space. Good place, the price is so-so. They do keep in clean and except for a few homeless that hang out in their units most of the day, it is alright. It seems the company did involve the local cops to come down and shakedown the homeless that are sitting in their units all day and that has been cleaned up.

I have been at this sight 10+ years have seen at least 3 managers while here always had a good experience with them all. Especially recentally when my trucks clutch gave out. The manager Helena was very understanding and worked with me till i could get it fixed and with help with.some tenants at site i got it fixed. The Storage Facility and its employees are very good. My only complaint is a constant rent increase. My rent started at $193.00 a month January 2011 and today January 2013 my rent is $248.00. Thats almost a 30% increase in two years. I am currently looking for a new Storage Facility.
