Super great. The gal went way above my expectations because she knew the way the systems worked and was able to settle a series of account issues. Making it way less of a hassle than it had to be if I would have done it all thru the call center. Highly recommend this location. Talk straight with them and they can help you out because they are honest people too! Love it!

I purchased a new phone and was unable to transfer everything from my old phone to my new one online, so I visited Russells Cellular. Junior helped me, well actually he did all of the set up, and was so patient and thorough. He is very knowledgeable and informative about the accessories and products that I needed. I will definitely go back to that store in the future.

Went to the Verizon store in Fallon. I was assisted by Victoria. Not only was she polite and professional but very helpful. Victoria managed to assisted me with all my questions no matter how Dumb they were.

The ladies in here are always nice, funny, and super helpful! I’ve never had a bad experience yet. When I have come in with an issue to resolve they have always met the issue with knowledge, friendliness, and humor!

I came in with a couple questions about the 5G upgrade deal. They even did all the math to show me what my bills would be when I upgraded. They were fun to chat with while my data transferred from one phone to another. All in all, perfect visit.

Krissa is the true example of very good professional customer service with knowledgeable how toos and tips. Plus detailed explanation of working with the ins and outs of our phones and transferring data....making it look effortless.

For some reason my old phone was failing to transfer contacts and photos. Jenna spent 15 minutes figuring it out. The chairs/birthing platforms were a whole different story.... I would only use them for motorcycle oil changes.

They laugh at you.Here is the editThey try to degrade what your phone is,So buy this, then start the add on charges,,,A little here a little there,,,oh yea then your first months bill Verizon adds there 40 bucks too.Thats just for buying a new phone, all because of a charging port is and has been to small from the day one so unless you get the chr. wire just right....no phone...Next comes the Bandwidth problems,and getting txt answers from Verizon on my phone that says we are aware of the conjestion,, 2times, guess what people. They wont repairSo think about it....your company is a pos,Thanks but no thanks

Bought a mobile hotspot at this Verizon it didnt work well at all. When I tried to return it they would not help me. The hotspot is the most expensive that they offer and its a piece of junk. Now Im stuck with a 40 dollar a month payment for this device that just sits in a drawer gathering dust.

Last time I went in here they had fired everybody that had any common sense or knew anything and the girl that helped me tried to tell me that the apps on my phone as she searching through EVERYTHING in my phone and looking at stuff the apps are the reason that my old phone would shut off at 30% it wasnt the fact that the battery was shot( proved by swapping out battery on my own). This place is a joke I wish you would actually hire people that knew something instead of trying to get people that are pleasing to the eye to look at just because theyre attractive doesnt mean they have any common sense or know anything about customer service. When youre going to be the single most reliable cell carrier in a town then you need to have reliable service Personnel in your facility dont waste your time go to Reno or deal with them over the phone.

Recently moved to Fallon area and ended up having to switch to Verizon. The woman who helped me was very friendly. Her name was Emielee ( so spelled it wrong). She answered every question I had about the phones and plans available. Only thing I didnt like is the price my monthly bill will be. Which is not her fault. Verizon the company needs to come up with cheaper options.

After searching several places decided to stay home to buy new phone.Agent was patient and knowledgeable and answered my questions. I ask plenty and she fielded them quite easily. so she helped me make the plunge.

Went to this store with a problem with my previous carry. The staff where so helpful! They got my phone unlocked, a new number, and new plan at a reasonable price in a very timely fashion. All the staff there where nice and friendly. I especially like didn’t mind my daughter wondering around their store.

My reps name was Kaitlyn, she was absolutely amazing. I went in there to open a new line and came out with exactly the phone I wanted and a Gizmo watch for my daughter. It was quick and painless. She got everything ready for me to walk out the door with. She even wrapped the Gizmo with a pink bow for my five year old. She went above and beyond for sure!

But today when I went in to ask about what was going on with my fiancé’s account. The lady that talked to me did not make me feel welcomed at all. She sounded like she did not care what I had to say. And she seemed like she had a very bad attitude. Like I said normally I don’t write reviews but it upset me more cause my fiancé was also disrespected today as well. Just trying to find out what was wrong with the account. No attitude was necessary. I was not mean nor disrespectful. I hope in the future when I ever go back to the store or call we will not be miss treated again.
