A bit pricey, but the knowledge and customer service is great.

The guy that helped us was very knowledgeable and had good people skills, unlike some of their competitors. Prices were a good value for what was purchased. Clean and tidy lot.

Really know their stuff. Had a great selection. For late in the season. Found my smoke tree and catalog tree! Made my day

Hired to do winterizing sprinklers and drip system. Paid 275.00. Called back in spring to have turned on. Another nearly 600.00 due to repairs. They send 3 guys that speak no English one works the other 2 watch. 2 weeks later call them back out still not working properly and lawn died in spots. We call to complain asking supervisor to come and see whats happening and explain why in English so he comes with 2 guys to do more adjustments and repairs again. Asking the supervisor to bill us for whats fare do to their negligence so we get another bill over 250.00. Lawn still dying. So frustrating. Dont come back. Very poor customer service. I wont give you anymore of my money. Very unhappy.

Called on 3 separate occasions the first time was told that the one person I needed to talk to was off that day so left my number for a callback and waited for over a week and heard nothing back so I called again only to be lied to...decided to give them a second chance only that they were too busy to even to come out and give me a quote and that they couldnt bothered.

Great place, and extremely knowledgeable staff. Very good resource for this area. Their big OPEN sign stays out even when they arent so thats frustrating, but other than that I have zero complaints.
