Safeway is great. Its always stocked with items and sales are great. Nothing like Raleys in Fernley.

Typically I love Safeway but today was a problem. They updated their system the night before and half way through our checkout everything went down. After over 30 minutes we had to walk out and leave our stuff. Otherwise this store is great. Nice and clean and Friendly Employees. One of My favorite stores to shop at.

We were shopping in Safeway this week for our family. The same ritual we do every week and have done for over 20 years in this store. But I dont think we can go back. Unfortunately the scene that unfolded was ridiculous and unsettling.As we were walking down the aisle we heard some berating someone else like a child. I assumed it was another parent. When I turned the corner I was surprised to see a Safeway employee berating another employee to the point of almost tears. The employee doing the berating was named Elizabeth and appeared to be in a managerial position. The other employee was standing there as Elizabeth called them names, told them they werent doing anything correctly and was generally just not being a very good person in position of power.As we walked past I tried to ask for directions to an item but immediately shut my mouth when I saw the look on the managers face. I wanted no part of that. I judge companies by the people they hire. If this is the type of person in charge, I cannot consciously continue to spend my families hard earned money there. And while yes this could have been a one off, it was one too many times for me.

Like most other Safeways Ive been to. Love the self check out.

Leslie makes the most delicious food and her sandwich making skills are beyond comparison.

Store is set up weird. Hard to find eggs and cheese. Lunchmeat is in produce section. Always out of 12 packs diet soda, selection sucks anyway. Staff is wonderful.

Getting the CoVid vaccine was super easy! The rep was super nice and friendly. It has a great feel to the store and all the other employees that I spoke to were very nice!

It’s a modern and well stocked Safeway in the middle of nowhere. Very happy to have this place nearby for everyday needs.

All the food is fresh and tease amazing better then Walmart

Not the cheapest place in town but they have pretty good deals here and there and the atmosphere is definitely more comfortable than average. Also theres a Starbucks which is great.

Over priced unless you have thier membership.

They always have a great selection of produce and I love their bakery.

Okay we drive 100 miles to get our groceries this place is clean and safe as far as covid mask required. to go to the bathroom be prepared for that its a union deal but pay a little bit more and you do get the quality and you feel safe

My Service Dog and I are always welcome here, and the store is always neat, the people are always friendly, and everyone is super helpful. The produce is always nice and fresh, and I can always find something new and exciting to experiment with in the kitchen.

Im extremely upset with the Bakerys management. I placed an order for my sons birthday party a week before the party. When I went to pick up the cake on the day of the party, no one could find it. Turns out, the cake decorator called in sick and NO ONE had the decency to call me and tell me our cake wouldnt be ready!! With three hours left before the party, I had to find somewhere else in town that could do a personalized cake for my son. Unbelievably upsetting and incredibly unprofessional!

Shop is clean and they sanitize the carts and commonly touched surfaces. Not all customers are wearing masks inside but the staff are. Fresh produce and one of only places in Fallon to buy seafood.

The store was clean, more or less, and it wasnt hard to find the things that I went to buy. The problem lies in the customer service. Antoinette was the rude, seemingly bitter cashier who attended me. For some reason the customer service I received was absolute rubbish compared to the service the woman in front of me received. The cashier did not answer direct questions I asked her and seemed to have a problem helping me. The woman who was bagging opened another lane took the people behind me as well. I will never come back here. If anything, I suppose Ill go to Walmart. Theyre cheaper and apparently their customer service is 100 times better... and its Walmart.

Meat counter guys are very helpful and nice.

Overall, this Safeway (in a small town) is always a pleasure to shop. Can get mostly what we need or want...

Slightly pricey, but thats what the club card is for. Wonderful product selection, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Minor disappointment in that they didnt have my favorite potato bread. Otherwise, though....most impressive!

I for one am grateful for Safeways in Fallon,NV. Due to farm work early hrs. I was able to get shopping done. And the employees there were helpful. As well as knew where I could find what I was looking for.

I am happy we have this Safeway inour town!

During these crazy times we should all be wearing masks just to be safe for each other, but when these employees touch the food without gloves and no mask, and tell customers that they are not allowed to come inside without wearing a mask. While the employees themselves are not wearing one, then proceeding to ask the customers to show evidence that they have a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask. This is not acceptable.

Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Pretty good store, but a little understaffed, and some of the specialty produce sits out way too long. Employees are helpful and speedy. Sometimes the lines are really long, with one register open.

This place has the best ever produce. And there is so much to chose from. The store is kept clean and very well organized. The employees are super nice. Its a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I would recommend this place.

Was suppose to deliver a grocery order yesterday. The time went by and I hadn’t received anything and not even an update from Safeway. I called and told them I never got my order. I was told it was still just sitting there but that they would call me in the morning. Never received a call.

Zoie was a great help, calming a panicked pet owner. Helped me find the kids Benedryl; bonus, on sale! Less than half of the CVS generic (wrong generic, s/b Benedryl generic, sold me Allegra generic....)

I always like the produce choice here and the shelves are usually well stocked. Sometimes the lines get a little longer and they dont seem to have enough cashiers to handle it at peak periods but I guess that is something that you cant do much about.

Usually has good stock most of the employees are polite and helpful, but sometimes pushing my budget.

I love their prices after the Safeway Card discount. What I dont like is how racist the staff is at the this location.Let me explain, Im a black man in a smaller military town. Every time I go to this location, the staff never speaks. Your probably thinking how is that remotely racist. That by itself is not racist, the racist part come when I get ready to check out. The staff will exchange pleasantries with other white shoppers, but when I get up there, their whole body language changes. I do not get greeted nor am I spoken too.It makes me extremely uncomfortable. I have mention this to the manager several times and he/they just shrug it off. Im not the only black person who has noticed this. If they worked on this, I would easily give this store 5 stars.

I do some of my shopping here. I picked up my birthday cake yesterday for today, and i was not thrilled with how the decoration came out. I asked for sun flowers, and what i got, looked like some type if weed. I had to put real sun floweres on my cake. This is how the person made sunflowers on my cake. Other than that, the cake it self was good and moist.

Safeway has more upgraded food items than Walmart and its less crowded

Great produce section and florist. Starbucks is located in here, also. The prices are average and theyre the only store in town with a fresh seafood market. (Small, but nonetheless...)

Finally have ability to check myself out instead of waiting on the normal 2 open registers

Nice clean store. Has a Starbucks and a small casino in it (because it’s Nevada of course!) Good place to stop and pick up supplies for road trips or just grocery shopping in general.

Great place to shop n great employees

Most products are good here but the produce doesnt seem fresh sometimes. I bought some vegetables that went bad within 3 days. A bit disappointing. Plus the meat was bright bright red like candy red. Not supposed to look like that.

I was in town for my youngest brother and sisters graduation. 10 years before that I lived in Fallon and shopped all the time at Safeway. This visit I stopped at Safeway looking for a particular product, that they no longer carried. The ladies there took my name and number spoke with the distributer and called me back letting me know they could order the product for me. The only downside was I was there a week, it took 6 days for a call back I was leaving the next day. I told them it would be okay since I couldnt ship the product over state lines. I am very thankful for them asking and calling me back. And honestly Im okay with not getting the product/wine. The ladies did a great job! The store was super clean and everyone was friendly just as it had been 10 years before!! Thank you ladies I appreciate you! I wish I could remember there names to give them proper recognition. However if they see this they will know its the lady from East Tennessee.

The Safeway was clean and well-lit. Shelves were well stocked. stuff was helpful when asking for directions and isles of various products we were trying to purchase. But all in all its just a grocery store.

I enjoy shopping here as later in the evening there is fewer customers and I can get my shopping done quickly. Cashiers in the evening are friendly and efficient. Store is clean and, for my little list, the products are readily available.

They always have better quality in their products and now they have corrected the worst detail that they had to put self-pay registers, the Safeway cashiers were always very slow

Horrible grocery store! Make sure you check the expiration dates, because the stockers definitely don’t. It would be awesome if the manager knew how to look at the high traffic hours on google maps in order to staff the checkout lanes appropriately. Nothing like having one lane open at 5pm on a weekday with 20 people in line. Keep crushing it Safeway!

This Safeway goes above and beyond to help u. All of cashiers r friendly. Prices r average. But u can get amazing deals with their coupon book. They have a deli. Lil pricey, worth it..Meat is fantastic. Deli is way too expensive. not alot to choose from. STARBUCKS INSIDE.🌟 Also about a dozen poker playing machines. Got lucky on their Keno..$$😍

You know Safeway is a lot higher than Walmart but when something is not at Walmart I go by at Safeways with my Safeway card yeah they always have what I need Walmart doesnt
