I checked online before I made the drive to get to this store to make sure they had what I needed, one damn part. The website showed 5 in stock. A pretty safe bet, I thought, of finding at least one.Not only were there none in the store, but the 12 or so little bins that hold all these pressure washer adapters were completely mixed up. NOT ONE PART WAS IN THE PROPER BIN! So even after sorting the parts into the correct bins, they had ZERO of the one part I needed.I spent about 15 minutes searching for a salesperson who scanned the price label for the part and then said: Well, it shows we have 5 in stock. BUT HAD NO CLUE WHERE THEY COULD BE. Wanted to send me to the 4 stores where I had already found that, although they had some listed in stock, THERE WERE NONE.GAVE UP. Home Depot wonders why they lose sales to other online competitors; this is why. Not gonna waste 3 days, my gas just to get irritated when I could order online and would have had the part in 3 days.God-bye, Home Depot. If I need something hardware, I will check Twins Ace Hardware in Fairfax. If they dont have it, I will buy online.

Extremely helpful staff!Im a freelance film and media associate and was out of state trying to recover a receipt for a large purchase from this location. Brian & Daisy both went above and beyond to make sure I had that I could get what I needed in an extremely expeditious manner.Its always assuring to be able to work with staff that make the customer experience as smooth as possible. Ill remember this location for the next time a movie or TV show is in town!

My kitchen sink faucet decided to bust a leak right before family was set to visit..My husband thought he could fix it, so I went to Home Depot with a piece of the faucet, in hopes of finding something close to what I had before to fit my old sink. Luckily Adam the manager was there and he knew the exact brand just by looking at the piece. He took the time to walk me to the correct section and find me a newer model that was a perfect fit and really easy to install. Had it hooked up the same day and the water pressure is great.

Did an online order for pickup at the parking lot/curbside at the Seven Corner Home depot recently. Did the order in less than an hour my order was ready for pickup. I waited about 15 minutes after hitting the Im here button in my order e-mail and filling in the info. I checked at the entrance and told someone already get inside to bring my stuff out, another 10 minutes passed no one showed up, went inside to the customer service counter mire than 5 employees were there cheat hating, my items was right in front of them and one of them visibly damaged.

The return center manager Daniel us the biggest ass…le in the world. The worst customer service, every second word is lie. And I need just to return my tool for repair, since I bought 3 years warranty.Daniel just refused to talk to me. He said have a good day and left. I f do not know how he work manager till this time. The worst store, never will recommend. And all this because of one guy. Shame on you, guys

Im a private contractor and this is my home depot. I am never dissapointed with the willingness of associates to help me out. I always have different projects and need different things. I prefer this location over the one in D.C. every time, because the service is far better and it is much cleaner.

Purchased a washer and dryer close to 4,00.00, waited 2 was for delivery . Upon delivery, washer was broken so I refused it.GE left a message washer was going to be delivered in 2 more weeks …. So now I’m without a washer for a month b/c the washer is on back order!!! Both companies are quick to take your money but not deliver ! GE supervisor was not apologetic and nasty!!! I will cancel all and take my business elsewhere!!!! Beware buyers

UPDATE - not one thing has been successful at this store dear lord. Now I can’t even get a refund. If I knew they would have the worlds worst customer service I would have never gone here. I get hung up on every day I call and they ordered our blinds to the wrong measurement. Go ANYWHERE else. Changed my review from 1 star to 2 stars because they resolved my issue. I called for 2 days and multiple hours and got hung up on multiple times. Your experience depends 1000% on who you speak with. So far the manager and Mauricio have been the only ones to help. Resolved but not how I wanted this to go. Will be without the right blinds for over a month. This was my number 1 priority getting into our new home. Sad to see it will not be done.Something always goes wrong at this store…. Standing here yet again with an issue. You’d think a simple item would go smoothly but apparently it cannot. I’m just going to continue to add on to this review every time I’m here waiting on customer service. The amount of hours wasted at this store is unreal.

This location is fine. Youll generally find what you need, but if you need assistance- forget about it. You always have to track someone down which is fine, its a big store, but 9/10 they are helping someone else so you only get 1 question and then youre on your own.

Would expect better because of the the location. Store is poorly stocked at times, but the employees are friendly at least. Some items may be listed in stock, but not available on the sales floor. Make sure to look above and see if you can locate a box with your SKU printed on it.

Wasnt a mistake, was intentional. In 07/30 I was the first costumer when stor was open. I was the first costumer in front of the truck rental line. The employees Dwayne and Adan gave preference to other costumer that wasnt in the line. The manager Cliff said that he would not charge me by the rent IF someone return the truck. It is an absurd, I did everything right for a no reservation protocol that is their policy, but looks like someone is making reservations. I tried to rent a truck there for 3 days consecutive and my last try was being the first costumer. But nothing helps. When they said they put costumer in first they are not talking about every costumer. They justo loose a client forever, lets go to lowes.

Lets start at the beginning. They showed up 2.5 hours earlier than the delivery window - thank goodness I was nearby and could run home. They brought up my new washer/dryer combo and said that the 4 ft hoses that HD pre-selects and that I paid for are too short for my installation. I asked if I could run to a hardware shop 2 blocks away to get the longer ones they needed. Instead of politely telling me they couldnt wait and were on a tight schedule, he said sorry - the hoses MUST be from HD. I later learned from HD online he just lied to my face. He also said they couldnt take out my existing washer/dryer till the new one was replaced and to call HD to schedule a new installation. So now I have a new W/D sitting in the middle of my living room, as well as the original which wasnt hauled away. I was on the phone (mostly hold) with HD online and this Falls Church store for about 3 hours. The HQ people who were nice said I should call the local store to schedule new haul away/installation. I finally reached a manager in the appliance department at the Falls Church branch who took the order number and placed me on a brief hold to look it up. 20 minutes later I hung up. No call back even though they had my order number. No date for installation. No customer service. No washer/dryer. These people suck. What absolutely pisses me off the most is the lying, which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

I visited this location to choose paint for my 1925 DC rehabbing project and future home. Very disappointed with the paint department, I was distracted by two young ladies and three gentlemen WHO WERE HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES talking loudly in the area where paint is mixed and customer service is given. The favorite word of the hour was, F@#$ along with rolls of laughter and straight up street conversation which was so loud and unprofessional that I got my clearance items and left without purchasing any paint products! I was appalled that the employees of Home Depot were speaking so cavalier in their curse words especially when there was a ten year old boy shopping with his mother who could hear the whole conversation fiasco! Oh well, I guess my paint dollars will be spent at Lowes for my 1200 square foot historic home. Home Depot did not value my patronage with their unprofessional behavior.

I just came from this Home Depot the other day this week. It was 7:00 am, and I was not able to get out of my car after drive through a confetti of mutilated litter all over the lot on the first floor. The lot on the 2nd floor was okay, until I saw the deteriorating steps, which looked like it was a part of an abandoned warehouse that was neglected for a decade. I was so disgusted that I lost my appetite for the day, and drove out of premises immediately!

This Home Depot is huge! It carries just about everything under the sun. Couple of annoyances though. In there are a lot of camera/ video monitors that keep telling really loud if you are standing and looking at just the right spot. Make me want to leave the store. And, of, if you walk within 15 get off one of the emergency exits a computer voice will tell at you too tell you that the door is not an exit. Makes you want to run!

A bunch of the employees have bad attitudes and lack enthusiasm. They never seem happy to help anyone. It always seems like they’re on the move to avoid being asked anything. I had a piece of wood cut and when done being cut the guy walked off. I thought it was normal. I mean whatever. I lifted it the piece of wood out of the huge cutting machine and I cut my finger really bad on the wood because it was kinda heavy. I wasn’t in a lot of pain but I was literally walking around the store with a lot of blood dripping in clear need of help. At least three employees walked by me and looked right at the blood and didn’t care or offer help. This is Home Depot. They should have first aid kits at every darn corner of the store. People take there kids there. Anywhere you look there’s a hazard. So if you business is hazardous thats fine but have the needed things all around and train your employees on how to handle injured customers.

A very busy store, and they appear well-staffed, but they still seem to have a sloppy and disorganized online order pickup procedure. In picking up several online orders there, it’s fairly clear that much of their staff hasn’t been trained very effectively in processing said online orders. Sometimes, they are still picking items off the shelf for orders that are noted as ‘ready for pickup.’ I would consider calling ahead to make sure your order is actually ready before reporting to the store.

Do NOT go here for cabinets- use RockvilleIt takes weeks to get an appointment to see anyone and weeks every time you want a change to the design. Forget any sale you thought you’d get- it’ll be over before you’re able to order.The designers are knowledgeable so if you’ve got all the time in the world and not looking to catch a deal, they’re good.

Been here several times and am always disappointed by customer service.  This ranges across departments.  One time we were interested in new appliances and could get no ones attention.Some things you may have to get at home depot. For everything else, we will actively search for an alternative..even at a price premium just for engaged, helpful customer service.

Just trying to get a key copied (that I’ve had copied at this store before), and I not only waited 15 minutes to find an associate, I was then told they couldn’t copy my key and was called a liar when I said I’ve had it copied at this location before. Just go to Lowe’s, they have real customer service.

Idk what “Rich Shea” is talking about but this Home Depot is not huge.. it only has 4 self checkout stations and tonight two of them shut down in the middle of a purchase. No hand sanitizer at the self check out stations either so you know that little scanner gun was filthy. This Home Depot should use the material it has in stock and build a new Home Depot.

Ive been a local in this area my whole life. If I go to a home depot then 99% of the time its been this seven corners location.They have always had what Ive wanted (that they stock) and if they didnt its always been easy to order and subsequently pick up.Associates are friendly and helpful. Ill continue to go to this location as long as Im around.Also ample parking with an upstairs level. Parking has never been a hassle for me.

I bought a fridge from appliances specialist Virginia Smith on July 21,2020. She doesn’t know how talk to a person! She need to learn how to lower her voice. Literally the fridge did not work upon delivery. So I call to request exchange or return she Said I’m sorry once an item gets delivered to your house you own it. The fridge cost 2300 it should not be default the first day!!!!!!!!! Her attitude completely change and didn’t approve return or exchange. Don’t buy anything from them. Specially a LG brand appliances. They are the worst.

This Home Depot is always packed. Drive up and go service is very good though. I would suggest this if you need something during COVID, or going early on a weekday. Also, not everyone who works there is very knowledgeable so you may have to work to find someone who can actually help you.

Probably the dustiest and messiest Home Depot in the region. Staff blame their volume of business, but shouldnt that support better operation? The ground-level parking lot is cramped and lighting is weak and sometimes not working. Other Home Depots fare much better.

Not sure why I keep coming back here. Ordering ahead is often a mess - right now they cant find my order and Ive been waiting 40 minutes. Not the first time. Shopping in store isnt much better. Employees either dont know where things are or are rude, with a few exceptions. Its only gotten worse over the years.
