Poor customer service. These people dont pay attention to shipping address. I ordered their product for my sister in Texas and they shipped the item to my address in Kentucky despite providing them the correct shipping address during the purchase, and later by text and e-mail. Even I called to check, and the lady told me they have the correct mailing address. It then costed me $50 to ship the item to its destination. Im suspicious that they might have found it cheaper to ship the item to Kentucky b/c we have UPS. Dishonest and greedy; abandon them!

Trash! It lasted two weeks only. Customer service is a joke. Sometimes they tell you the owner is in Ethiopia and sometimes he is busy. Literarily, they wanted us to buy a new one. Don’t waste your money. There are couple of good mitads these days.

The seller is not honest, his product does not work correct, he lies and avoids calls when a refund is promised by him. The wass Mitad is not what it is promised to be. The customer service is clueless, this is an unethical business and should not be aloud to sell in America. I would not recommend this garbage to my worst enemy, I have a receipt if needed to prove this machine was purchased from this business .

The customer service is terrible, I returned a mitad Dec 2019 and we bought the mitad from WASS Website, it was defective, we sent it back and have proof from UPS we still have NOT received our money, the business is avoiding our calls, lying about the warranty and selling a garbage products, lack of professional business practices. a better product is Addis Grill we have not had any problems and the customer service is great. I have a receipt if the owner tries to lie about where we bought it from! Update: The lying owner still has not returned our money 5//24/20 putting in a complaint with BBB and others soon.10/06/2020. In response to Wass Electronics false and crass innuendo.The poor business practices at Wass Electronics continues today, the deception is clear with other reviews confirming the lies, poor customer service and quality of product, there are no competitors reviewing this product only people who tried to give a small business a chance and now see what is under it all. There is a reason most small stores stopped carrying the Wass Mitad, because customers kept complaining and returning the poor product..**The Attorney General of Virginia ***sent a letter in our favor instructed Wass Electronics to return our money because Wass Electronics sent the check to them instead of us, and they have yet to send us our $163.00.The Ethics of such a business dealing in verbal abuse of customers and lack of ethics should not be able to do business in this country. How do you Sir rest your head and stay true to any faith you may think you have, knowing the immorality these act’s personify.“Laba” Where is our money?Sir, please stop trying to bring doubt to my moral character .I will publish the paper work from the Attorney Generals office of Virginia, where you agreed to settle your debt for all to see if you would like the world to know the real truth?If that is what you really want keep pushing my civility.

Please everyone dont waste your money it doesnt work it just work for short periods of time then it just totally stopped working and i was even try to call and talk about it and they didnt even answer phone call and its really disappointing and please i just wanna let you know to keep your business respect customer and dont try to be smart make good so that you can get good reviews dont blame others.
