DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The windshield replacement you can get anywhere but the customer service and taking responsibility is another. It is criminal how they treat and respond to their customer. This shop has damaged our navigation screen during the replacement of our windshield and will not take responsibility. I have called and messaged the shop manager and did not respond at all over 3 days. When I visited the shop, the shop manager told me to hire a lawyer. Enough said about this business. If you’re willing to hope and pray technicians doesn’t damaged anything while your vehicles is in their possession for work to be done, I wouldn’t trust it since they will NOT take responsibility and give you the run around and tell you to hire a lawyer.

I was very happy to have found Allstate Auto Glass. They are within walking distance from my home. I dropped my car off at 9am and it was done by 12pm. They were also $110 cheaper than Safelite. Im so thankful to the owner and the staff. They did a great job!!! I would definitely recommend and I will come back when I need their services again. Thank you!!! 👍👍

I was told to call them. I described my problem, rear view mirror fell off windshield. They said they could fix it, texted me their address and told me to come now. They were wonderful and fixed it immediately. They shared I should adjust the rear view mirror using both hands. Good advice. I was back on the road in a safe vehicle with rear view mirror firmly attached in less time than I anticipated. Great job. Delighted!

Found Allstate Auto Glass online, called and was told to come same day they could replace my windshield. Once there everyone was friendly, professional and I was in and out within a few hours. I called Allstate Auto Glass to get an estimate on installing a new windshield for me after debris flew into it while driving on 495 this morning. I spoke with Valley and he told me he had the correct windshield for the Make and Model of my car and told me to come right in. I arrived and got a reasonable estimate and agreed to have the replacement installed. Vince was the technician who installed the new windshield. He was friendly, professional and did an amazing job. I was very impressed at the thoroughness in which he prepped for the new part and made sure everything was removed and clean before the install. I would recommend Allstate Auto Glass to anyone and I would suggest you request Vince to do your install!Hes great!

Update: The owner called me very apologetically. He asked me to come by the shop next weekend (I wont have time through the week) and he said hell rectify the issue. I will update this review once again afterward.Pros:- Had a windshield in stock for my car- Had availability the same day I called them to install the windshield- 30-40 minutes to replace my windshield.Cons:- When I called and asked about brands of glass, owner stated they had a handful of non-OEM brands, and Carlite (which is essentially OEM). When I showed up, the did not have Carlite glass-The work is not the neatest. You can see in the pictures attached that the adhesive they use to glue adhere the windshields sticks out like a sore thumb on my white car around the perimeter of the window. They used too much glue on the driver side of the windshield, and its painfully visible in the interior of the car.

Definitely recommend to anyone in need of great, friendly, fast, good quality window repair needed for your vehicle. I was able to get my front windshield replace during my break! Glad I went with this choice and they will save you some cash to keep in your pocket! 💯👍

Great price! The only downside was that they do not set proper expectations. The gentleman tells everybody “2 hours”. I was there for a little over 3 hours. Not that big a deal but one should know before committing and then ending up late for another engagement. Once my car got in, it was fast! Good service for a great value! Overall, I was pleased.

Poor customer service. I did a walk in and spent 3 hours plus waiting for my windshield to be changed only to be asked to go home since my windshield was in a faulty car that wouldnt be able to deliver it before the close of buisness hours. They promised to come over to my home to do the replacement at 9 am and showed up at 3pm without any excuse or explanation. They also charged an additional $10 which I refused to pay.

I called the owner of the company after someone broke my passenger side window and he provided me with a quote by phone. Upon driving 40 miles to his shop, he conducted a second assessment on my car and determined a much higher rate than discussed by phone. I would never go back nor will I ever recommend my friends or family to this place. Scam Artist!

I went to the Falls Church location. They did a good job replacing my window and were very quick, however in the process they broke my sideview mirror. The owner then proceeded to try and blame me for it. He ordered me another sideview mirror for free (as he should have), but it wouldn’t get there til the next day so I had to leave the shop with a broken sideview mirror. Because I live in DC, I called the next morning to ask if the mirror could be shipped to my house. When I was told no, I simply asked “why?” and the owner argued with me, hung up on me twice, and told me to never call back again. I’ll be doing just that.

I called to get my windshield replaced after it broke while driving on the highway. I called Vali who was so helpful in explaining the whole process including advice on filing insurance. He took care of me like I was a family member. I highly recommend his business if you need to replace your windshield.

The worst customer service i ever had, They did the job but really unprofessionally they waste my time my money and the work was not done and before they start the job they even didn’t bother them self to explain the process and just changed the glass on my car and there was programming procedure that need to be done and they didn’t even said that they are unable to do the job totally they did half job . The installers and troubleshooters at Allstate are very experienced and knowledgeable. They saved me $650 from what the dealership had quoted to fix a water leak in my GMC Yukon. I also replaced a windshield on a 2014 Jeep Wrangler for much less than other places quoted me. They did it all on the spot in less than an hour!

The owner of the place is very rude. I called the place and asked if I need an appointment for my windshield replacement and a lady asked a few information about the car and told me therere no appointment need it, just bring it in and it will be about 1.5 hours. I brought my car around 3:30pm. The owner asked me to leave the car there and pick it next day at 9 instead. I had to change my schedule because of it.The next day, I called the place around 9:30, the front desk told me theyre still working on it and will call me when its done. I wait until almost 1pm, still didnt get a call. I called the place again and ask if the car is ready. After learning the car has been finished for several hours, I asked why no one called me about it? The owner answered with very bad attitude told me that there was no need for them to call the customer, I told you to come and pick your car at 9. Had we done that, we would have wasted at least another hour in their parking lot. This whole experience was just so unnecessarily frustrating and a lot of time are wasted in the process.

This past week I broke my rear window of my car. I have USAA and quickly was able to file a claim only to find out that the first appointment available would be a week out. Knowing that wouldnt work due to our daily schedule I decided to find another service. Safelite was only going to be $411 total so I knew anyone else was going to be more. Basically Id be paying for a premium for immediate service which I was cool with.Luckily I was able to get the service though Allstate Auto Glass the same day. The technician came and I gave him my key. He said it would take about 20 min so around that time I checked back he was reassembling the trim around the hatch. From the exterior, everything looked great. I asked for the price and was told it was $750. I expected as much and knew anything over my deductible Id get refunded for. I paid with my Visa and he was off on his way. Because it was later in the evening I didnt have anyplace to go so I didnt move the van.The next morning when my wife got ready to head out, we didnt have the key on the hook. I didnt recall the technician giving me the key, so I decided to look in the van to see if he left it in the ignition, or in the back seat area. As I lifted up the trunk and pulled up the seats, I didnt find the keys, but what I did find was all the glass that the technician didnt clean up. Also, there was glass that remained in the frame of the hatchback door. I was furious!I reached out to the company and he attempted to pass me off to the technician. I told him that this gentlemen works for you and represents your business, so its imperative to you to have him come back out, bring my key, and clean up the glass that was left. This was on Sunday, so the technician wasnt working. I told him that I needed them to come out Monday morning to correct the issues to which he agreed.Monday morning came and they didnt show up. I called him and told him that for 2 days they had inconvenienced me, failed to resolve my issues, and basically charged me a premium fee for substandard service. For a customer to have to continuous follow up with a vendor is a testament to the type of organization that he was running. He apologized and had the technician call me. He also said that he would refund $100 for the inconvenience. The technician confirmed that he did have the key, but he was at the Dr office, and that his wife was heading to costco and she would have the key. She phoned me and asked me to come pick up the key at costco. To which I asked her how did she expect me to do this when I was without the key to drive. She bought the key to my home.The Technician said that hed come today and get the glass out of the frame of the vehicle. I found it infuriating that I have to beg for a vendor to do the job that I paid for. Needless to say that the technician did not show up today.So, I would by no means recommend Allstate Auto Glass. They have proved themselves to be very unprofessional in the handling of my case. I would stick to a more reputable company that has a stellar record of resolving warranty issues. I will continue with sending my case to the BBB. Receipts below.

Good service coming out to my house to fix a damaged front window, however they damaged another car part while doing so. While they did replace the broken part, it required me having to drive out to the shop on my own time to do so, which wasn’t ideal.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS!The owner Vali Ghaderi is unprofessional and obnoxious! Not only he was deceitful about the windshield glasses replacement, he was also coming up with different prices and blaming on mere misunderstanding when all the information was provided in the written form. On top of that he tried to unethically discredit the glass replacement company I decided in favor of and hang up on me when I kindly declined his dubious offer. To sum up, he explicitly ramped up the prices of the windshield glass for the company I chose who tried to buy it from his warehouse. Such a malicious and comical behavior from a person claiming to be in the business for 20+ years.

I called around to get a quote, when I called Allstate auto Glass the young lady I forgot her name she was so nice she convinced me to drive 45 minutes to get the window fix, she went over the policy with me and I was so please and took my car there the job was well done.

I called and asked a dozen questions before I came in. They explained to that my insurance company was going to pay for everything once it gets approved (meaning I was going to get reimbursed). Once we arrived they told me it was going to take 2 hours to fix my windshield and the price was $180. I’ve gotten my windshield replaced in 30min before. I agreed to leave my car and they failed to tell me I had to leave the keys with the car. I was already far from the shop so one of the nice employees picked it up from my location. That was the first unprofessional move. Next, we get back to the location once the job was done and he try’s to charge me $250 after he already gave me a price. The manager argued with me saying that the insurance company wasn’t going to pay me for anything and that i have to pay for better insurance. He lowered the price to $230 saying that’s the best he can do for me since their establishment wasn’t prepared. They had to call another company to change my windshield since they didn’t have the proper material and that’s why they upcharged me. I’m not responsible for a company not being prepared. This has to be the most unprofessional establishment i’ve ever been to. The manager said that I was wrong from the beginning and claimed I didn’t ask any questions before i arrived. I had a company offer to change my windshield for $150. I should’ve never came here.

Allstate was amazingly accommodating and fit us in with very short notice (same day). I know it was inconvenient for them because we arrived so late, but this crew still took care our broken glass just ahead of a big rain storm and for the few minutes we had available while crossing the country. Their quality was higher than the dealership where we’d had a similar repair done previously. They were meticulous about getting all of the fragments so there was nothing left to rattle around or cut us. Two thumbs up for Allstate!

I experienced good service in responsiveness; and intake. However, upon arriving to pay there was no type of handoff and the pride in work and attention to detail went out the window.They were the cheapest, which was determining factor of choosing them.However they are in a very small isolated body shop that doesn’t have the parking lot space and people on hand to ensure customers are not mishandled.They did replace my windshield.However upon getting into my vehicle I discovered they hadn’t put my headliner back correctly. Upon informing a worker (as the two ladies in the receptionist desk were tied up) I was told by the worker that my car was like that and the job was complete. When I informed him that was not true and that they needed to restore my headliner back to its original placement I was told to get out my own car; his response was disrespectful and dismissive.I was shocked that after paying then discovering this mishap I wasn’t still treated as a customer. I got out of the car and went to address the ladies in the receptionist area; she was very nonchalant and was the stand in manager for the day.My headliner was restored back to its original state but I don’t recommend anyone going to this place without understanding a few things:1. It’s in an industrial location where various other car like businesses are housed2. Has very minimal parking and is very chop-shop like in nature;3. There is no waiting area, other than standing outside or walking around4. No processing and very lax employees5. Don’t expect to be treated too kindly; it’s the bare minimum6. You get what you pay for; paid for the window but the customer service was not includedIf you can deal with that then by all means go here. I wouldn’t use them again for any future needs.

Installation done in 15 to 30 minutes for windshields. Office has nice chairs, clean bathroom, water and coffee. If short on time, make an appointment so glass will be already on site or brought to your location.

I was very satisfied with the work that Allstate auto glass did and replacing my front windshield. I called that morning and got an appointment for that afternoon. Yes, I had to wait two hours before they started, because several other people were ahead of me. But once they got started, it only took an hour before I was all done.

Honestly I’d suggest you go somewhere else. Although the value was great, they installed two (2) defective windshields on my truck which caused my windshield to hum & vibrate at highway speeds. When I called again to explain the windshield was still humming, I was threatened by the Vali, the older gentleman in charge & told not to call again. I was then blocked & since then no resolution has been accomplished. I’m stuck driving around with a humming/vibrating windshield. I’m guessing maybe they’re better for passenger windshields, but I certainly wouldn’t advise seeking windshield replacement from this business.

Allstate Auto Glass was open on a Sunday and they had the glass in stock. Great customer service provided by Arissa (?) by making sure the glass was in stock before I drove to the location. The tech seemed to do a good job with replacing the back window, but there were several chars of glass in the seat, door storage area and back head rest area which I vacuumed out again. The tech did tell me that I may find glass later on but an emphasis should be focused on removing all visible pieces of glass. Overall I’m satisfied at the moment and I would go back just for the excellent customer service and conversation provided by Ms. Dubai that worked this past Sunday! Make sure she knows as she treated every customer with quality service whether they were getting quotes or service.

I had a cracked windshield, and the auto glass company recommended by my insurance company gave me a quote. I called around and was able to get a much cheaper price from Allstate Auto Glass. After calling around 2pm, they were able to have me bring my car in, replace the glass, and have my car completely done by 5:30pm.The technicians were even careful to remove my inspection sticker, oil change sticker, and my dash cam and place them on my new windshield without me even asking.I would definitely recommend Allstate Auto Glass to anyone.

I had called another vendor which I didn’t realize was exclusively “mobile”. I had to set an appointment for the next day but decided to call around. Allstate had good reviews. I called them and I was able to bring it to their shop (great to have a physical place to go in case of follow/up needed. They also do mobile repairs). I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours. My insurance was done over the phone within 10 minutes They are approve by my company so the windshield replacement didn’t cost them much. This is the spot. It wasn’t around the corner but it was quick, professional, and has a comfortable waiting area. I’m glad my initial plans didn’t work out. Thank you Allstate AutoGlass for making this so easy.

I found this place online, and they did give me the best price. I payed 200$ for my windshield to be replaced. It only took about 45 - hr to get it replaced. A lot faster than I expected. The people there are very nice and friendly and very courteous. The man who worked there, went above and beyond for me, even offering an appointment time for my busy schedule on a day that they were closed. I would have to say the only downside, is the woman working at the desk. She was not very friendly at all, she was rude and I did not have a good customer experience with her. Everyone and everything else was good and I was satisfied.

I came back to my car at about 1pm the day my back left window was smashed. My sister looked up some places nearby that were closed or overpriced and then she found this place. The manager was super friendly and he told us we could bring it in right then. We dropped off the car, ran two errands, and got a call that it was ready. From the time I saw my window smashed to the time I drove off with a replacement was less than 2 hours. The window now is indistinguishable from the rest.

Buyer beware, total gamble. Good price in beginning, expensive in the end when you have to go somewhere else to fix their work. Window doesnt go up or down properly, and rattles when opening and closing the door. They will play games with you when you need them to FIX THEIR WORK! The best technician will all of sudden not be available or out sick. It finally came to an end when guy calls me dishonest, says not going to help me, and says go ahead write a negative review and hangs up the phone. The other negative reviews are spot on. Having a Tesla it is hard to know who to trust with replacement glass. There are so many sensors Involved. Allstate Auto Glass is a Tesla certified installer. Great experience. Allstate Auto Glass found a difficult to source piece of glass for my Porsche and installed it flawlessly in a quarter of the time I was quoted from the dealer and other shops. They did a very professional job at a fair price, stored the car securely overnight, and communicated the entire time. I could not be happier. Highly recommend.

This place is great! I called to ask about an appointment to replace my car windshield due to a large crack, and was expecting to be told that I could come in sometime the following week. The owner said I could come that day, quoted a lower price than their competitor from which I had received a quote, and I was in and out with a new windshield in about an hour. This was a task I had been meaning to take care of for awhile, and I’m so relieved that it’s done now!

My side window was smashed and came here. On the phone the owner said it would take 1.5 hours, ended up waiting there 4+ hours before it was done. It was a busy day and the time you wait kinda depends on the day- they only do walk-ins, no appointments. Other than that the service was fine, the owner was apologetic and gave me a better deal (insurance covered anyways). Waiting room had WiFi so at least I could get work done

This place is excellent! I shattered my front passenger-side window in a freak accident - which I wont go into - and shopped around for prices. Safelite is WAY too expensive. The other places didnt even bother calling me back. Allstate immediately contacted me, gave me the lowest quote Id heard, and scheduled me for the next morning at 8am. Allstate Auto Glass was able to offer me next-day service when I called in via my insurance company. Even though it was raining on the day of my appointment, the office and technician were very flexible and worked with me to come up with a contingency plan that allowed me to keep my appointment time. The technician was very polite, professional, and understanding (my location was difficult to navigate, but he found me!). He was also efficient. I am thankful for the great service and will definitely recommend it.

Wonderful!!! I needed to get my windshield replaced. After calling round to multiple shops, this place quoted me the lowest price. They were able to get me in on the same day I called and their service was incredibly efficient only taking about 45 min. Very impressed and will return if I need any other window replacement!
